Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile a chiarire dubbi, elencare caratteristiche e a consigliare diverse alternative in caso di incertezza da parte del cliente. Molto affidabili ed estremamente puntuali con i servizi accessori (io ad esempio ne ho usufruito per far restringere un anello da regalare) e se possono la spedizione la offrono a carico loro. Più che soddisfatto, continuerò ad affidarmi a loro. Di sicuro un punto di riferimento per chiunque desideri acquistare un gioiello di qualità.

I had the best experience with this company. I bought a engagement ring from L`Anelleria when I visited Rome. I had a critical schelude and pretty high standards for the ring. Still they managed to get me a perfect ring in a very short notice and I was satisfied. I addition to this, when we noticed that the ring wasn`t the right size for my fiancee, we were able to switch the ring to a new one without any further costs. Also the owners were very helpful, kind and professional. All in all, I had a wonderful experience with L`anelleria!
