I'm disappointed with the aftercare!! I attended the Late Night Beauty Salon on the 22nd December 2021 to have a full set of volume eyelashes. I paid £65 which is slightly more than normal but I thought that it would be worth it. Plus it was going to take approximately 2 hours. The pre -care was excellent, you had to complete some COVID questionnaires before you attended the appointment, then pay a deposit which was fine by me. It was all automated which was brilliant. I had to wait a considerably long time as the previous client was over running. The co-owner was very apologetic but I completely understood. The lash technician was very friendly and professional. By the 23rd December 2021 my eyes were blood shot red, I thought that I would have to go to Moorfields Eye hospital. I contacted the salon and spoke to one of the co -owners and she suggested that I buy some eye drops. She did not seem to bothered. By the 24th the redness subsided, however my eyelashes started to drop out. By the end of the first week, I have a few tufts of lashes. Bearing in mind I have been having my eyeslashes done for 10+ years in another establishment and this has never happened!! Normally my eyelashes last for 3 -4 weeks so I was very surprised at how quickly they were dropping out. I contacted the salon again on the 7th January 2022, I had COVID so had to isolate, and spoke to the co-owner. Again she was very dismissive. I was willing to try again because I thought that it may have been a fluke but I was so shocked by the lack of aftercare that I would never return. It's a real shame because it is genuinely a lovely salon with a great concept. I probably would have been a customer for life had they treated me with a little care.

The lady that serviced me was nice but need retraining ASAP. There were major red flags that need to be addressed. 1. Double dipping - this is a huge No no in the waxing and beauty industry. It is unhygienic. The therapist doubled dipped to many times. It was very off putting. How are you using the same spatula throughout the whole wax appointment? RED FLAG 2. No pre wax cleanser was used and It was a hot day. Using pre wax cleanser is a must and a basic requirement it to cleanse the skin of oils, bacteria, sweat, and dust. No power used. 3. Wax was so hot, I kept saying the wax was hot but minimal effort was made to cool it down. Left my skin feeling sore 4. Wax heater was dirty. Wax all over the machine. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Very off putting. 5. I wax very regularly so I understand waxing is a process. So much hair left behind and I only had 4 weeks worth of hair growth. I had to go home and wax myself What a waste of £40 in this economic climate. I will not be returning nor recommending

Highly recommend! Not only is a local to me but the staff are amazing and super accommodating. They make you feel at ease and really know what they are talking about. As soon as I walked in I was offered a drink and my coat was hung. Khadija did my lashes today she gave me advice on aftercare and the results where amazing I also had a little filler done today by another amazing women I can’t remember her name but she recommended where it should be placed and what would suit me. Completely painless and she was very patient with me. I’ll definitely be coming here every month for my selfcare days!

I have been coming to the beauty salon to get my lashes done by Ashanti for a while now, and I always leave a happy customer. I love that they offer late night appointments, so I am able to come after work and it not be a mad rush. All the staff are friendly and professional, and I especially appreciate that Ashanti take the necessary steps to ensure I am comfortable whilst getting my lashes done. I have been a client to the L8NBS Salon for a while now and I always receive professional and welcoming services. The beauticians are super friendly which adds to the salons great vibe. The salon is always clean which I love and the beauticians always adhere to Covid-19 safe working measures. The beauticians always ensure they explain the treatments you are having done which makes you feel comfortable and well informed. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family. It also has local street parking which is a bonus

I came a few times and was satisfied until yesterday when I came and asked if I could get an appointment for a wax. One of the lady at reception noticed I am pregnant and said “ ah, Ive had problems with pregnant woman before” and didn’t want to take me . That was very rude and awkward , I will never go back there , pregnant or not . Part of going to a salon is the service, it’s about feeling welcome which isn’t the case with some of these ladies. Don’t recommend

I went for eyelash extensions and eyebrows shaping. It took 2hrs which was really uncomfortable and lasted 2weeks, compared to my normal place that normally takes 40mins and lasts 2 months. They then waxed my eyebrows and waited till after to ask if I used retinol, as they took all my skin off which took 5 days to heal. My party was there following night. I was in a lot of pain and very unhappy. They didn't even respond to my complaint! I do not recommend.

Firstly this salon is beautiful, when you walk in it looks and smells nice. It's clean and it's welcoming. Staff are brilliant, professional, yet chill and give plenty of advise. Ashanti goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. Yesterday I had my brows and lashes done and as usual left a happy customer. I always recommend their services as they are impeccable. Ashanti and the team you are doing a great job!

A beautiful gem in the middle of Peckham. I visit L8NBS monthly for my vitamin drips, facials, lashes and aesthetic treatments and have only ever had 5 star treatment whilst being there. All of the girls are amazing, beautiful decor and the personalised water bottles are always a lovely treat after a long day at work. My favourite one stop shop!

Really great salon, very professional, clean, great communication. I get my lashes done usually by Ashanti. All the beauticians are skilful & professional. My lashes are always beautiful get many compliments and ppl asking for the info of who did them for me. Customer for life wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've never had a facial before and had the hydration facial for the first time and what a great introduction. Was very relaxing and it almost felt as though i had a massage once it had finished. Skin felt and looked brand new afterwards. 100% will be returning and definitely recommend!

Had a hydrofacial with Ruby and she also removed my milias, she did an excellent job! Love it, my skin looks so much better and I have sensitive skin so I am always anxious with treatments and I don’t trust many beauticians because of that (scaring etc..) but I will def go back!

Love love The L8RS salon! For my wax and vitamin drips this is my go to spot. I don’t usually give reviews but if you’re in doubt with this place don’t be! Their customer service is phenomenal and the girls are super accommodating. Honestly I would Highly recommendable.

I’ve had facials, a vitamin drip, lashes and brow lamination and it’s been great every time. All the girls were really sweet and professional. The salon looks amazing and is most importantly CLEAN! I’m happy to make the 40 minute journey! (The music is great too)
