I wish I could give 0 stars... They charged me 42,00 for a couple times and next time when I went there they charged me 47,00 honestly it was very disrespectful but not ending there I could and asked for the price again they said 42,00 for mani gel and ref pedi. Than I called a few days later to complain they just hang up on me. I hope this review helps them to figure it and get a better customer service. Never going back again sorry but you guys won’t see my hundreds dollars anymore cause I usually spend a lot in beauty

This place is of poor customer service. I sc an appointment for 11:45am on 02/23/19...the appointment was not even honored ....lady said they were busy...they have many nail desks but only hava two people working......waited over an hour even after having an appointment sc.....i rate this nail shop a ZERO star....this place will not last a very long time.....i live around the area ....this place is of low category

I love LA Cuties! Everyone is great, the menu of services is great, and Erica is meticulous at making my eyebrows perfect every time. Today I went the extra mile and got an anti-aging facial for myself and a teen facial for my daughter. Very pleased, as always and definitely returning again :) Thank you ladies! Sat there for 2 hours.. she scheduled an apppintment after she saw i was sitting there, skipped me and did the person with the appointment even though i was there first, and another customer walks in and they started on her before me, like if i really wasnt sitting there for 2 hours straight!!!!
