Watch out for machine number 10 it's faulty and deceiving. This machine operates for $3.00. I dropped $3.00 and pressed start but it didn't operate. Then I noticed the screen shows $2.25. So I thought it will get fixed if I drop another $1.00. But it gets worse, now the machine says $2.00 remaining. So decided to call this number poorly written at laundry shop's office window. I told the lady on the phone about what happened then she told me that I'm confused. That maybe I did drop the coin in the quarter slot and she added that the machine is never wrong.... "Hello lady??? How can a loonie fit in a quarter slot???" Then she told me to drop a quarter in the quarter slot, so I did what she told me then the machine counted it as $1.00 The balance is now showing $1.00 remaining. So I dropped another one in the quarter slot, and there you go it counted again as $1 and finally I was able to start the machine. I told her you have to come and see this and again she told me I'm wrong that this has not happened before. "Hello lady I'm not dumb to understand and to operate coin washing machines". I told her I spent $4.75 to your $3 machine and I'm not making this up I just want her to see that this machine #10 is faulty. She then told me... "you just spent $1.75 extra and that's nothing"... Wow!!!! I can't believe she said that...what an attitude so unprofessional!!! Very disappointing!!!! I couldn't handle it anymore so I dropped the call.

I have been into this place for years. The place was used to be clean and I liked coming here because the owner was so nice and kind. But lately, you will see a lot of litters on the floor and some of their machines are not working properly or out of service. One time I was using their $4.50 machine. I put $2 twice, the machine should show 50cents left but instead it's still showing $2.50. I tried pressing the coin release button but my money isn't coming out. Long story short, I end up adding $2 extra to make the machine work. I called the owner to tell him what happened, a lady answered, was assuming his wife. She was doubtful keep asking me if I'm sure that I loaded extra $2. I'm like of course I did and I need my $2 back. Few minutes later, the male owner arrived. Same question he asked me if I'm sure I loaded $2 extra and I'm like what??? I could have easily lied that I used the $10 machine and would want $5 back. Then he told me it's not his fault that it's my fault I didn't insert the coin correctly and there's nothing wrong with the machine. Then he told me $2 is nothing that he will give it back to me. I have so much respect to elders that I didn't say anything back to him. He keeps on yapping that he was so tired and had to come just for $2. I was so surprised of his attitude I did not expect him to be so rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience that had me thinking to look for another laundry shop.

Simply due to this experience I will not be returning to this laundromat. I loaded my clothes into one of their heavy duty washers, put my money into the slot and the washer takes my $5 and doesnt turn on. I call the owner (because they dont have anyone working at the shop after five) and am told that they will need to call a mechanic to come fix it tomorrow. When I ask about my money, I heard some mumbling then I was hung up on. Being frustrating, but knowing i need to finish my laundry, I load up another washer. I came back after the loads were completed to find one of the washers has locked my clothes into it and the door will not open. I tried the emergency button several times with no success and resorted to calling the owner again. This time, I spoke to a woman but i hard the man i talked to in the background, ushering to to tell me that ill have to wait until tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow. They eventually agreed to come to the laundromat and open the washer and claimed they would be there in ten minutes. I waited forty minutes for them to finally show up. The complete rudeness I was shown and the theft of my money was enough for me to never return to this place again.

First, the place is always dirty. Second, used dryer 5i specifically and my clothes came out damp after 40 minutes of drying. When I asked for my money back from the guy there, he argued with me to dry it longer. A small load (6 boxers, 4 t-shirts, 2xtowels and 5 pairs of socks) of laundry coming out of a dryer used on 'high' for 40 minutes is still COLD and damp is already insane. Will not be returning.

Horrible laundry mat... Half the machine's don't work... when something goes wrong there is a number only to call and it says mailbox is full... when you call it a second time they just click your call so it goes straight to voicemail.. the change machine does not dispense the right change either... No response and machines eat your money without working...

disgusting place, and they raised the prices and they still don't have the heat on. freezing in here and the washers take your mo ey and then the owner gets mad when you call them to get your money back and they still wouldn't turn the heat on, .....and I have to argue for my money back, I. not sure

Excellent facility. Various priced machines which suits different loads. Clean and great location. Nice to get all washing done in one half hour even if you have home machines. Others using the machines are quite friendly.

This is a very nice and clean place to do your laundry. The prices are reasonable. The dryer's work well, it does not take long to dry a load. The employee's are very helpful and friendly.

This laundromat is very clean and has great service. The large machines are convenient and well priced. Owner is also very helpful who can be contacted via phone at anytime.

Inexpensive, clean, liked the change machines, however disappointed the washrooms weren't open. that's a must for me. Too bad there wasn't an ATM there.

The machines are clean and run well. Wish there was an explanation posted for the cost for each machine size. It would have saved us some money.
