Edit: the store manager contacted me and apologized several times. She was very nice and understanding Usually people here are nice and friendly but today (around 12pm) I dropped by to grab a beer, and the cashier was a middle-aged man with black framed glasses on. He straight up gave me this dirty look and asked me to show him "the thing with your face photo". I showed him my Korean driver's license and he said "Oh look at that, totally fake" and after he checked my birth year he called me a "12-year-old" with a very rude tone. I asked him "What's wrong with you" but he ignored me and dismissed me without giving me the receipt. I stayed awhile to see if it's just his personality but no, he was very nice to the next customer so I can't help but wonder if it's a racially targeted behaviour. I am really disappointed and hurt even though I know not everyone in the store is like this. I just wanted to grab a beer, leave me alone.
I was racially profiled at this location by an employee. I am a person of colour minding my business looking for what I want to buy, after 2 minutes of walking around, an employee approaches me telling me to leave the store and that I am not welcome there, along with security guard giving me dirty looks, obviously following me around the store. I was mistaken for another person that was band from the store but the way the employee handled the situation was undoubtedly very unprofessional It is was disgusting, off putting and very much so offensive. And in the end he laughs and smiles when I confront him.
I never write a review unless I have to, because if its good then people already know. Fire your security. I went today around 6:30pm and I was searching for a specific brand of tequila and did not find it so I decided to visit a different nearby location. But as I was leaving he yells at me while looking at the staff (as if looking for reassurance) saying "Why come to the store if you're not going to buy anything!" across the store. Like not all of us drink to only get drunk, its called class. Go to atrium LCBO, its down the street and have better selection.
Typical LCBO store with a medium variety of alcoholic drinks. There you can find a wide range of beers, from local to internationals, as well as many different ciders. There is also a good selection of wines, although most are from North America or Europe. The options of hard liquor, however, are very limited and if you are a whiskey person you may have a hard time finding a decent one there. They have cardboard boxes for cans available, which is really useful.
As I was paying at the counter, I tried to scan my air miles card on my phone. She said I needed to turn my screen brightness up, I said it’s my “security screen” and still did it anyway and she attempted to scan it again. After 5 tries, she said: “TOO BAD, you needed to turn the brightness up.” I then said again: “it’s my security screen.” It’s okay that it won’t work sometimes but it was how she handled the situation (7:31pm today)
This is a rather small LCBO. It has the basics that you would need but if you are looking for a specific non-baaic they may not have it. It's best to look on the LCBO website for availability. During busy times with the new restrictions there may be a line to get in.
I was at this liquor outlet & received 'The Worst customer service' ever. I don't know who it was, but he was a short older guy, a little big in stature, but HUGE in this lack of PR. He needs to find a different vocation in life.... THE END!!
Great service! Lisa welcomed me with a huge smile 10 minutes before store closing time and took time to exchange few pleasant words. Nice change from surly, tedious expressions from staff at other places at closing time.
There is a short guy there name Steve who is threatening people there. He is crazy and he screams at clients. Management is ridiculous and when you complain to them about the employee, they don't seem to care. Stay away
Small size LCBO store Located at 777 Bay St, Toronto. Inside the College Park. Great choice of Wine, Ice Wine, Vintage Wine & Liquor. Must be age over 19 to get inside the store. Open only College Park Mall hours.
Customer service is awful! Very bad experience, not once but twice. A lady and a bald man are so rude. People are there to spend their money on their products. A little bit of respect is very much appreciated.
You can get some basics here at the Bay College LCBO. It is a small sized store. Very convenient if you are traveling along the subway line as it is underground on the same level as College subway station.
The laziest and most unhelpful store I have ever been to. No cashier for 5 minutes, and when I finally got service all I got was attitude. I was polite but was treated with the opposite.
Look at your receipt. The price at cashier is often more than price on shelf. LCBO does not honour price code policy. This time I caught the overcharge, last time I lost out on $4.
“BEST” customer service ever. Don’t try to come here if your passport or ID has just expired. Because “your age is gonna expire”. The lady at the cashier will force you to leave.
4 stars because they have limited selection but great service! There’s one worker who’s really friendly and always offers to help. You can easily find him in the wine section!
Compact LCBO outlet, well maintained & clean. They had a decent stock of craft beer, with some cans I hadn't seen at other outlets. Checkout process pretty quick as well
Small location but convenient. Staff is always fabulous. They make great wine recommendations. Always amazed how they drop everything to help and give advice.
Always have what I'm looking for in this case it was IPA Boneshaker from the world famous Amsterdam Brewery and I must say the friendly service is wow here .
Fix your hours online. Huge inconvenience guiding people here when you're closed. Not sure who checks this, if at all. Maybe calling the HQ is easier?
This LCBO is a very convenient location, with very helpful staff. They were able to help me find what I was looking for before the store closed.
This store closes at 6 on the weekends. The owner doesnt bother to update this on Google and misinform others. Please fix it asap.
There is always security standing outside to keep an eye for safety, which is great because feel really safe when shopping inside.
I went to store with my friend, but we couldnt buy any beer because one of us didnt bring any ID. Can anyone confirm this? Ty
Full liquor store with cold beer Great staff and friendly. Busy on weekend nights and steady during week. …
Always well stocked and friendly employees!! They always give me great recommendations for wine☺️.

Small but well stocked. White claws fully stocked for Christmas by myself. :) :(
Quick friendly service.
