On 6th November 2021 , at 1955 hrs I was in square1 LCBO , my daughter who is 21 but looks much younger wanted to buy me a drink and picked a beer which she found through assistance of store employee who did not ask my daughter's age. My daughter followed me to the till, holding that beer drink in her hand, I had picked my whisky drink. Till person thought that my daughter was buying that drink for herself and asked my daughter for proof of her age. I informed till person that she is only helping me to carry my shopping and she is not buying it. This till person name is Saja ,very rude, I spoke with store manager also. They didn't allow me to buy my drinks. I am very much disappointed and don't think will ever visit this LCBO again and will tell everyone to stay away from LCBO.

In Ontario, there’s not a lot choices where to buy booze, and that’s the only problem. No competition and while there are wine producers in Canada, these might not be available at LCBO. Other than that, it carries most everything, spirits, brews, coolers, cocktails, etc. Normally this Square One location is not too busy and has enough parking spots, and nearby food places like Panera Bread, Boston Pizza and Popeyes.

Racist cashier and unfriendly service. I don't know why is this place still running. Worst LCBO ever. What is going on with LCBO's management? Talking about customers RIGHT in front of them???Is that a good service manner? I did same shopping in Toronto LCBO before and been a loyal customer for a long time. What happened this time in Mississauga?

Just came back from this location just wanted to say the woman at the counter was very rude. I went in there for my beer brand they didn't carry it I was leaving and the woman commented "that I couldn't make it more obvious miss" as to say I was stealing. Mortified and will never go to that location again!!!!

Worst customer service .I think the guy was the manager ,very racist and rude. was not at all helpful. I asked him about a particular beer that I couldn’t find but instead of helping me his reply was- it is not my job ! Poor treatment ! I wish someone can teach him about a good customer service and humanity!

Wide choices in terms of wine and liquor (can't say for beer) so reasonable size. What is really disappointing thought is the service: 0 advise, like they knew nothing about the products, I might have gotten unlucky twice, it happens, but they still have to train the personnel for client service.

Love the large selection of drinks here! Found what I was looking more plus some more. I really appreciated the friendliness and attention from the team. Especially from Ram who answered my questions and walked with me to each drink I inquired about. Thanks for a happy experience LCBO!

Typical lcbo, good selection, nice store well organized and spaced out. Staff usually friendly, they like to card me which I choose to take as a compliment. Loses a star for the somewhat agitating parking lot entrance, but besides that, good place to stop off for your future hangover.

Be careful with whatever they put "On Sale" or at front near the counter. I saw a customer returning a $80 Hennessy because it was leaking! One of their staff ( I think Sicilian or Italian or whatever) tried to convinced the customer that everything is OK! but obviously not.

A number of products were not available but that said the employees helped out fo pick similar wine products and definitely made life a lot easier. They made a difference from a 2 star to a 4 star! Thanks gentlemen for your help and patience! Much appreciated!

LCBO offers a wide variety of spirits, ciders, beer, wine and liquor. The seasonal drinks are especially delicious. Parking is easy, except for holidays. The staff work efficiently at checkout and always offer a friendly reccomendation if you need one.

Great selection, helpful staff. I was thrilled to find Serbian plum brandy ‘’Sljivovica’- Slivovitz’ Taste is decadent and delicious. Tastes better than vodka and whiskey. Move over vodka and whiskey there is new spirit in town. A must try!

I go to this location, I'm not really familiar with the layout, I asked an employee where the brandy was and she insisted that whiskey was "North American " brandy, I looked at her puzzled,and told her they don't taste the same I thought

Fast and professional customer service . Has many options to choose from , the store is well maintained . No line ups during non rush hours prices have increased due to inflation . Very good experience overall keep up the good work .

The store wasn't at all busy but I had difficulty in finding a member of staff . When I eventually did find a staff member they were not knowledgeable so had to wait further for a staff member that was able to answer my question .

Well-stocked and clean store. Staff were friendly. The cashier was very nice and offered to put our purchase in a box, so that it’s easier and safer in the car. She was really nice and seemed happy, I should have gotten her name.

Irene is such a lovely, kind hearted lady. She told me her story about her son in sick kids and that itself inspired me to donate $2 every time I shop at the LCBO. Her kindness really made my day. We need more people like Irene!

This LCBO has the biggest beer stocks Ive seen. The beer store, which happens to be in the same plaza has less than half to offer. The location is good with plenty parking. I like the late hours of operation.

Clean, well organized, well stocked as all LCBOs are. I love shopping there and always feel like I could spend a lot more time just looking at the stock. Friendly staff and not crowded at all.

Nice collection of beer and other stuff. Neatly maintained. Organized well. Nice parking lots available. Staff are good and cooperative. All COVID protocols were followed. Reasonable prices.

LCBO is still a solid place to buy good alcohol even if its selection is restrictive. My local LCBO gave me good service and is still as fancy as i remember from when i was a kid.

Well, it's a one stop shop for all your Liquor needs. Lots of variety available at an attractive price. One should keep atleast 30-45 mins free for an complete tour of the place.

Run out of nice gift things, really have to dig into it but with the help of friendly staff I got some goodies despite the fact that Mr. Ford's a back a beer is just a dream.

Well layed out, like most, this one is conveniently located on my way home. It has a nice variety of whiskeys and wines, my two favourite adult beverages.

Solid LCBO. I was mildly disappointed in their Ontario craft beer selection as it was significantly smaller than many other LCBO's that I have visited.

I was asked what kind of red wine I was looking for. After explaining my preferences, Todd, introduced me to a brand. It was the LIFE of the party!!!

Wide selection of wine, and a decent selection of beer. I think it's a better option than the one on Hillcrest, so worth the extra few minute drive.

It was on new year's eve, obviously the place was crowded but the staffs kept themselves composed, polite and kept the line moving at a good pace.

Bigger store. Helpful staff. Good whine selection but it's in the same area as square one so sometimes it takes a while to just get to the store.

It is rather busy being so close to the mall. The client to open cashes is always mismatched. The vintages selection is average.
