I usually go in quietly. Get what I need and leave. This incident happened on May 18, 2023 at around 10:55am at the Empress LCBO location I go in to buy some liquor, I knew specifically what I was going to buy so I go in and get it, I go up to the cashier, I have earbuds on, greet the cashier, pay for what I bought, card goes through etc etc. After the sale goes through I ask her for a bag (I'm not going to be walking the street with a bottle of liquor) cashier says she asked me before (from what I recall we had no interaction other than hello), but my earbuds were on and I may have missed it. I Apologize, remove my earbud and respectfully ask again. Anyways the cashier said I was disrespectful (I was stunned) left wanting to speak to the manager but had work in the next hour so couldn't stay. Please LCBO don't ever treat your customers the way I was treated today. Left the store feeling like garbage. THAT'S NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a miracle, today is a God blessed day for me. I was at this store, and I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. When I got home, I realized that. Having panic and nervous, I called this store. They told me that 3 teenagers returned my wallet to the store. There were a few hundred dollars inside as I just went to the bank. The staff there has always been so helpful. This incident tells you that this store is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Special thanks for Ivy and Thomas to save my day, and salute to the 3 honest teenagers. There are still many good people around and I am very lucky today. Store highlights: 1. There are plenty of parking space too. 2. New store. 3. Staff are nice. 4. Selection is somewhat limited but I could still find what I need.

Around 12.30 today Sunday two gentlemen seller were in the store I asked one tall seller about the large glass of greygoose vodka,he said we don’t have large bottle.Then I asked the same seller about the large bottle of black whiskey,he said we don’t have large bottle.while I was walking inside the store,I saw the large bottles of gregoose bottles that I wanted.when I told the gentleman that you have the bottle that I need, he went and brought the key and removed the bottle and he changed me and when I asked him to put the bottle in large bag, he said we don’t have large bag.I know working in Sunday is so difficult. But his duty is helping customers

Where do I begin? I am glad there is another lcbo close to me yet I still choose a further location. Why? It is a smaller store, the selection really isn't there. I am perplexed that they don't carry steam whistle. The way in which the builder designed the parking lot is no good. The parking spaces out front are very tight. To make matters worse for drivers, it is really difficult to get in and out of this location with all the traffic and no light. Hopefully the local city councilor takes can take note...

계산대는 한곳만 열려 있었고, 저희는 계산하려고 줄을 서서 기다리는데 한 여자직원분이 저희를 콕 찍어서 자신이 계산을 도와 주겠다며 약간의 짜증나는 말투로 오라고 해서 따라갔는데, 그 직원분은 다른 손님의 계산을 먼저 도와주고 우리는 또 다시 기다렸습니다. 그리고 그 직원은 상당히 짜증나는 말투로 손님을 응대 하였습니다. 무엇에 그렇게 화가 난 것입니까? 오히려 제가 화를 내야 하는거 아닌가요? 오라고 해서 따라갔고, 다른 사람을 먼저 계산해 줘서 기다려 줬고, 그래서 제 시간이 더 낭비 됬지만, 아무런 문제제기를 하지 않았고, 그저 저는 계산하고 나가길 바랄뿐인데, 왜 당신이 불쾌감을 들어 내는지 이해 할 수 없었습니다. 전 남편에게 그녀는 화가 많이 나있는 상태라고 그 직원이 들을 수 있게 말하였습니다. 그런 뒤 그 직원의 태도는 조금 부드럽게 바뀌었습니다. 하지만 이곳을 재방문 할 의사는 없습니다.

Quick grabber local LCBO. Not large enough in size to have variety of options for your wines and champagnes. If you are looking for big amount of options, this location ain't it. This place is more like a Beer Supermarket with small option of wines. Staff is not friendly, and judge customers based upon appearances, so I voted down 1 star based on that, and parking access is inconvenient, so I cut down another star.

There is a casheir named Roxana which is new here and is so rude! She teased me with white hair asking for my ID to refuse selling alcohol!!! I even offered to show the photo of my ID in my phone but she co tinued askibg for the physical one!!! What's that for God's sake?!??! I used to be the daily customer of this branch but this experience ruined it all... no more shopping from this branch!

I bought a Canadian Classic Whisky on Christmas Eve. I did not drink a lot from it . Since two days ago I have had multiple falling downs and even my wife say seconds of unconscious. I don’t now if it’s related to it. Myself never had a bad problem with it. Anybody with such experience?

Quaint little LCBO with a vast selection of beer. Much less hectic than North York Center one and with some really friendly and helpful staff. A nice place to stop for some tipsy refreshments on your way out of CenterPoint mall as it's right across the street from the parking lot.

Wasn’t expecting to find what I was looking for as this location outwardly looks small, but it was very spacious and had all the basics plus more. The cashier was very friendly and went out of her way to help me get aeroplan points after my transaction was done

It's a convenient location just south of Steeles on Yonge St if you are going north. Very helpful staff. The store itself is one of the smallest LCBOs, so they mostly carry the bestsellers, so I took ine star off purely for the smaller selection.

Finally a much needed LCBO missing from this area. Small location stocked with the essentials for any occasion. Parking at the front is terrible and cramped, better at the rear. Staff is friendly, shelves are always stocked and ready to serve.

Excellent customer service by the associate. As the location faces Yonge st at Yonge and Steeles, lots of dust enters the store and wine bottles get dusty! Hope they do something about it. The young security guard was doing an excellent job!

The staff member Roxanne is incompetent and rude. Not sure what her issue is, but I got in line, she told me to get in line behind 10 other people, THEN started cashing out anyone who just walked up. How miserable does someone have to be to

Amazing service, super friendly and understanding even about people coming in to the store right before closing. Amazing staff. Good selection of individual drinks, ciders, beers etc. Some limited free parking by the store.

My first time visiting this location and I was impressed with the selections, how well organized the store was, how clean it was, how friendly and helpful the staff was and the gentleman who ran the check out, amazing.

They have a wide range of alcohol and I found my favorite soju brand!! It’s so good and they sell it for a cheap price. I think they close at 9pm and we got ther 8:50. All staff are very accommodating too

Very satisfied with customer services. I was looking for a specific alcohol beverages. I couldnt find but employee help me finding them. Employee contacted other LCBO for the items that they didnt have.

The staff at this LCBO location were extremely helpful and offered personalized recommendations catered around my preferences. Not the largest LCBO but does carry all the staples you’d expect.

It's a very good idea to open a LCBO in this area as there is no other one around. It might be useful for other shops around as well. It is not as big as others and not everything available.

the cashier coughed onto his hands and touch the goods im purchasing, super gross, even got the nerve to ask me why im avoiding eye contact with him, because im upset and shocked, thats why!

Pretty good and expected for an LCBO. The stock is usually plentiful and they have multiple lines open for faster service. I also appreciate how they check ID and are diligent about that.

Normally I make funny posts, but I will say, the staff at this new location are super chill. The beer selection could a little better I suppose, but that's just nick picking.

There is a guy working here, so rude, i think he is the manager at least on weekends, talk very bad to the customers, hopefully he learns some manner and customs service.

A nice LCBO with free parking. Has got mostly all stuff that you need. Note it's smaller in size compared to other LCBOs I've been to and parking lot has around 5-8 spots

Very small LCBO. Went there to buy soju for my wife. Luckily, I found my favorite French wine which is not available in Markham anymore. Very attentive staff.

This location has amazing customer service. Brianna, the wine consultant was especially helpful with picking out some wines for me for Father's Day gifts.

Went out of my way to pick up Procecco at this location. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great product knowledge on different wines! Glad I went.
