"Small neighbourhood LCBO"
I had to return some champagne to the store and I come in store straight to the register. When was my turn I explained what is the reason why I was in store and leady start complaining that I should tell someone when I walk in with the bottle in hands. I feel uncomfortable the way she approaches, I didn't wanna people behind to think that I am trying to rob something. She was the right I should tell someone when I walked in however she should also be more polite considering that there is no customer service desk only the register.
Meh. A mediocre to OK selection if this is the store you stop in once in a while to grab something otherwise keep driving down the street to the massive LCBO on Bloor just east of Royal York. Beer selection is mediocre if you're looking for anything other than just the standard stuff. Same goes with the wines. Also, the beer selection never changes so when the stock is limited and they keep stocking the same old stuff it gets old fast.
The lady running the Japanese whiskey samples last night asked my pregnant wife unprovoked if she got vaxxed whole pregnant and admonished her for hurting our baby. Absolutely wild thing for an LCBO employee to even ask, certainly one you have never met and have zero rapport with. Stick to pouring half shots of whiskey, not giving unsolicited medical advice to a pregnant women tagging along on a quick beer run with her husband.
Multiple staff worked to find where in the store my new favourite choice of red wine was located. Online indicated 68 bottles were in the store but the regular shelf only had a few. There were none in storage. The rest were in the featured section and at the back end of an isle. The staff quickly found them and even helped loading the large quantity into my vehicle! Excellent service!
Small neighbourhood LCBO. Nothing special. Good choice of wines and beers. Lack of liquors esp.European one. Staff is nice and friendly ready to help. Why 4 and not a 5 stars? They could do a better job cleaning the store. Floor most of the time is wet and slippery and and in my opinion that is a potential danger for customers/staff esp.in environment full of glass.
First time visiting this location, it's really nice! It's smaller than other LCBO's but I think it has almost everything you might need for daily uses. They even had different flavours of Soju that you can't find at bigger LCBO locations. The cashiers were very friendly and sanitized my ID before giving it back to me. Great experience!
My local LCBO. Surprisingly good selection of single malt scotches, and sometimes they get really good beers in. Staff is hit and miss, sometimes super friendly and sometimes rude. The ones who know me are super friendly. I wouldn't say this location is underrated, because it's old and dingy, but it's convenient and gets the job done.
I had the worst experience today on the eve of Juneteenth, how ironic to feel discriminated by Andre strore manger and employee Madeline. I wont get into the story fully as i already wrote the District manager Nicole tonight therefore hoping the location at 270 The Kingsway gets some Diversity and Inclusion training.
One of the worst ones in Toronto. Incredibly small and plenty of unprofessional and unfriendly staff to go around. Labels missing from the shelves so you don't know what things cost and just all around out dated and unappealing. Avoid at all costs. Really out of place in such a high-class neighbourhood.
This LCBO is not a big location, but big on service! All super nice. Teresa is always great to my elderly Mom. They have absolutely everything we ever ask for. Great selection of new arrivals and vintage wines. I detour in order to shop at this location.
Open later than other LCBOs and always well stocked. If you're trying to get a hard-to-find bottle of a nice wine changes are this LCBO will have it. It also helps that it's right behind Royal York Subway Station so an easy stop on the way home.
Excellent location with exemplary customer service as always. This is a smaller location with limited selection, but they always keep a good stock, and a decent variety. They have more recently increased the number of craft beers they offer.
This new lcbo is a large clean well organized store in Thorncrest plaza at Dundas & Royal York Rd. They have a large suppy of coolers & beers & ciders along with the regular alchoholic beverages one finds in a liquor store. The staff is
Spent a good 15 minutes looking for sake and umeshu. Turned out they were lumped together with some other spirits on a random shelf. They need to have a labeled section for international liquors like many other LCBO locations.
Humbertown lcbo has a surprisingly good selection with a large selection of chilled beers and wine. Great vintages selection as well, lots of good French and Italian vintages options.
Very clean LCBO with a good assortment of drinks. I used to work as a mystery shopper for LCBO before and I have been to many, many locations. This is among the really nice ones.
Everyone he is always helpful and friendly. Beer selection can be better but overall it's a good location. Lots of parking and other food shopping options nearby with a loblaws.
Huge fan of this location. Tina went above and beyond to make sure my order was ready for the weekend! Superior customer service - thank you Tina!
I received a watered down bottle of wine. I returned it but received no apology, no discount on my next purchase. I realize they are overwhelmed.
Lovely staff , a decent selection for a small store. can't wait until they move to the bigger location ac cross the street.
Convenient location next to cobs, lots of parking and a good selection I clouding a vintages section. Recently renovated.
Standard LCBO with good choices of vines, liquor and imported beers. Good choices of my rose wines. Stuff very helpfull
New location, excellent service, decent selection. One of the better experiences I've had at liquor stores in the area.
Same as the small LCBO, just had more room for the same of everything, I do like the option for more coolers and beer
Too busy and loooong line up especially on Fridays yet less cashiers . Decent area with lots of alcohol selection..
Did like what I had to pay for, for a six pack of beer or wine. It's like 3 times the price than in the states.
It is a bigger store than before. They expanded their vintage selection a bit but still not very impressive.
Виликий вибір алкоголя, чисто обережно, ставлю 4, скудний вибір бренді/коньяку і української горілки,
Great selection. Was asked by the staff for assistance and they were kind to help me.
Amazing cashiers at this location, especially someone named janet if I'm not mistaken
Очень большой выбор алкоголя, работники приветливые. Все понравилось
Worst hours and worst selection. Probably the worst LCBO in Toronto
Bebidas do mundo inteiro, cervejas, vinhos, whiskies e mais recomendo
Selection better than expected - but limited in Vintages product.
old dude with glasses slow as a turtle i avoid him cashing me out
This place is always closed.....i don't understand the hours.
Very small place but soon is moving to a different location
Staff need more training on how to keep customers happy
One of my fav LCBOs. Freindly staff and never too busy
Great staff, difficult finding parking...but worth it
Lots of wine. Could use more coolers. Not very big.
This is the oldest throwback LCBO in Toronto lmao.
Small LCBO. Basic liquor and beer. Nothing fancy.
It is always the same. Stop asking silly things.
Looking for Ontario craft beers-good selection.
Small store, not a large selection. But enough.
Decent selection for the size of the building.
Все акуратно підписано. Кваліфіковані продавці
Small location with a great wine selection.
What can I say? Missing the Shooters though
Small. Can't wait to see the new location.
All the flavoured soju choices …
