Rude doctors, I had some paperwork in Year 12 for them to sign and stamp (less than 5 minute task) however the receptionist and docs were not accommodating and tried to shrug me off. Worse than that during another booking they told one of the fam (the patient) to never come back. So we haven't altogether, the best decision! Facility itself was ok including child's playpen, Chinese TV/channels and sit&waits for prescriptions. But their system of documenting things are way out-of-date, paperwork and folders are being used. I doubt they were entering any data digitally afterwards due to every record being handwritten. If the place burnt down say goodbye to your medical history! For traditional (middle-aged/senior) Chinese thick-skinned patients this place will serve your purpose. However anyone other attending here in this day and age, I would suggest in finding a new place (plenty GP's in that suburb) with better systems and Request a Transfer of Medical records asap. What use is a good facility with arrogant, up-themselves practitioners/staff and medieval systems?? Defeats the main idea of a medical practice. And since then we've found more more pleasant medical centres and helpful GP's who are friendly with effective staff.

This is a nice small local clinic. I have been through many different clinics throughout Melbourne and am glad to finally say this will be our GP from now on. I only see one Dr and he is fantastic! I have been coming here for 3 yrs now and very happy I always walk away satisfied. I love that I get a through explanation of how or why I got an illness, and how to prevent in future, little details as to what I can avoid etc This is important to me, some doctors just give you a prescription without explaining what it does unless you ask, or rely on the pharmacy to explain the details of the prescription they have just given you, whereas here I walk away well informed. The ladies at the desk are lovely too. Keep up the great work.

Don't ever go to this place, even you make appointment still have to wait more than an hour. My mum is an australian resident, but she always live oversea, once in a while she see doctor and today they refused to see my mum, that doctor (Thai Luong) said because my mum not go see them a while now. We told them that my mum hardly stay in australia, but still refused to see her after an hour and a half wait.

I used to be a patient here when I was young, this place got the longest wait time. I came in with a broken nose, this room temperature IQ of a lazy doctor told me it's fine to leave it, without realign it. Now i have permanent difficulty breathing and my nose is unaligned. I am thinking about a lawsuit.

Trusted family doctor. Reception and Doctor is very friendly and can speak Teochew. Wait times are long, but mostly due to 1 doctor present at a time. Worth coming here to bring elderly, to speak same language. Instead of trying to explain medical stuff from English.

The doctors are very expert and give the right medication, though the wait time is long, the doctor is good and the receptionist is helpful to accept the booking especially when there is an emergency.

Try to call them more than 10 times and didn’t answer the call!! They don’t want to take more patient!!

Very low grade service ...waste my whole day for 2 mins ...I don’t recommend to come here.
