"Check your change!! A couple of times between me and my friend throughout the night paid with a £20 note and was given change of a £10 i understand mistakes happen but for it to happen more than once just sounds to me they are trying there luck to see if you notice"
"Left My phone In the club and was messaging the night club and ringing them and emailing and got back no response, they replied to my friend telling her to be patient and considerate"
"Hitting the Club in Liverpool can be really interesting"
"I used to love it here but tonight a boy punched me in the face and grabbed my friends hair, after that I threw my drink over him and I was the one that got kicked out"
"I went with my friends and my boyfriend(21 Asian) with a foreign out of date ID was refused entrance after the bouncer had a go at my boyfriend for passing him his ID whilst my white fiend with an out of date ID was allowed in without a second glance"
Check your change!! A couple of times between me and my friend throughout the night paid with a £20 note and was given change of a £10 i understand mistakes happen but for it to happen more than once just sounds to me they are trying there luck to see if you notice. Also the same drinks seem to be different on each floor!!
Left My phone In the club and was messaging the night club and ringing them and emailing and got back no response, they replied to my friend telling her to be patient and considerate. Really Bad customer service. Still haven’t managed to get through to them and haven’t gotten my phone back this is almost a week later.
Hitting the Club in Liverpool can be really interesting. If its your first time in the city centre area at night, you should visit Level Nightclub, as the name suggest there are different floors in the building designated to play different genres of music. You are sure to have a great time here
I used to love it here but tonight a boy punched me in the face and grabbed my friends hair, after that I threw my drink over him and I was the one that got kicked out. They didn’t care about the boy that hit us so I think it’s ridiculous that we was the ones that got removed instead of him
I went with my friends and my boyfriend(21 Asian) with a foreign out of date ID was refused entrance after the bouncer had a go at my boyfriend for passing him his ID whilst my white fiend with an out of date ID was allowed in without a second glance. Absolutely disgusting and racist.
I would just like to say, MIKE the bouncer was amazing, I lost my phone and he was more than helpful, made sure I was okay and did all he could to get it back, phone found and a great night, Mike is a legend and a good soul to have on the door, a good egg …
The queue system is shambles and so is the ticket system. There is no communication between the staff so one would say go queue there for tickets than one would say it is sold out but 5 minutes later you see more people queuing. It is very
The actual club itself when you can get in is great fun, always busy and I have been a few times before with different friends. Sadly last night my Irish friend was turned away at the door because she only has an Irish passport as her form
Went for CL final. Paid over a tenner entry for overpriced drinks and to have half the club smoking inside with no one doing anything. Commentary played far too loud to have any sort of atmosphere and any time you did try to sing you’d be
Very nice place. One of the best nightclubs in Liverpool hands down. The first floor is the most comfortable one. The two upstairs are very crowded if you want that. The only and serious issue I found during our stay was the fact that the
Nightclub was a bit dead tbh. I must be getting old because I’m sick of hearing the same throwback songs over and over. They are over used and it just seemed like there was no authenticity with the music here. Staff were lovely and really
Worst night ever. Me and my girlfriend were with a group of our friends at Quids in. Got there near enough sober and went to the bar first to get me and my girlfriend a drink. After dancing for a bit (half an hour max), my girlfriend went
Was in level Liverpool last night, as I was on the second floor using the toilets went to go use the cubicle toilet as I’m self conscious about my self when I went to leave the toilet, the toilet assistant wouldn’t let me leave because I
Total racist approach. 20 person's not allowed because of our foreign names. None of the security even managers could explain why we are not allowed inside. We've bought tickets properly and on the entrance first person wasn't allowed to
Not even lying... a "bouncer" full on attacked me in the toilets, holding onto my top twisting my nipple and even punching me claiming I disrespected him. When I asked what I had done, he claimed I had something and wanted me to give him
An absolute joke of a club. I booked tickets in advance so that it would be simple as waiting and getting in. Might as well have had no security people for the lines considering people could just push in near the entrance anyway and they
Came from glasgow at the weekend there, few of my friends were assaulted for absolutely nothing by a couple of daft bouncers clearly on a power trip. People trapped in rooms and trying to take people out to a back exit rather than front
Myself and friends were having a nice night but suddenly were getting pulled, shoved and pushed until we were out of the club by security when my tired friend lay down at the seating. We never had an altercation, nor told why we had to
whilst covid restrictions in place - I felt very safe queuing 2m apart until the bouncer & manger type (no masks) came out to yell unnecessarily and demanded ppl start moving back for crowd control
A very kind employee found my daughter's iPhone, put it in the office and texted me (emergency contact). I've since thanked that person and hope the management see this also. Much appreciated. More
We went to the shop and the door staff made us queue up again even when we had a stamp Cost £4.75 for a desperados which the bar staff can’t pour properly got like 12% head on a 500ml drink
2 friends had their drinks spiked Saturday night in Level (Easter weekend) Horrible experience so be VERY aware. Something has to be done to get rid of the idiots doing this.
The woman receptionist is clearly deluded because she accused my friend of getting kicked out of the establishment 4 weeks ago when he had not been since October 2021. Crazy
Terrible bouncers, think they own the street and can force pedestrians into the road - into oncoming traffic. Little men acting big to compensate for their failings in life
(I genuinely feel like calling the police on this place because the amount of complaints about their violent bouncers is a JOKE and nothing has been done about it)
the security guards are very stupid, they let their friends go ahead in the entrance queue, they abuse many people during the time they have in the entrance queue More
Queued behind two Italian guys who were a great laugh whilst chatting in the queue. Both were turned away at the door despite being cooperative and both having ID.
One of the biggest night clubs in Liverpool. But it was way too crowded on Halloween. Still a good option for Liverpool nightlife. Entry is normally £5 More
Bouncers there are idiots, needs to get new guys running the door, puts a lot of people off going there, obviously spent a lot of money on renovations too.
Played up to date songs and great fun with friends, go you’ll be fine. Don’t know how any one place could be that much better than another lol More
very fun place, great vibes. good night out guaranteed here. there’s also a photobooth where you can make memories, cute lil touch. loved it!
Love the idea of a multi-level theme nightclub with different genres. Quite smoky and a bit difficult to breathe - quite warm also.
Had a bad time every time I've gone. Expensive drinks, bad atmosphere, music isn't great, sweaty as anything
Bouncer Mick is a bad G0bshite, needs a good hiding off the big boss …
Food: 1…

Shocking service. I left my jacket in the cloakroom last Sunday after losing my cloakroom receipt.
If you want to show off your dancing skills and have a nice night out, you can go
Bouncers and Staff are losers, won’t be back,
