I called for a ride I don't know who this person was he pick me up his name is Robert and I didn't know if you work for this company but obviously he did but it didn't give me a lot of information I just asked him if he could take me to the Goodwill on Rainbow and Alta and I live not too far not even a mile from there I live on Charleston and Torrey Pines because I purchase a dresser for $10 and I had no way to haul it back to my apartment it's not a big dress right very small he charged me $30 never told me how much it would be to begin with and you first pick me up I questioned him and you didn't answer my question and as we went there and got it asked how much I owe him he said $30 I had no receipt he never had no meter like how other taxis have a little meter that tells you how much a mile so I feel that I got ripped off for a $10 dress or just to go down the street to my house, $30 his name is Robert an old man go by C on a Saturn Scion red car

Seriously needs work in all areas! Don't believe they're fully established,organized or ready to pick anyone up at this point. With even the competition be low in drivers they haven't taken all precautions they need to actually be on the road. Especially safety precautions!! Oh and as for management goes God help the little employees they do have, that one man running it hounds his drivers like nobody's business and not caring that his constant texts and hounding to the drivers, how dangerous it is for the driver and also the passengers safety are not taken into consideration just to make sure the driver can make the other pick ups!!! Not ready for the road yet!!!

I had Manuel in Vegas ,drive me tonight he was so nice very polite he not only got me to my destination safe he kept a conversation with me the whole time his Vehicle was very clean and smelled good he help me put my luggage in the car carried it to the bellhop literally went beyond what a taxi driver should definitely recommend he needs a raise

Was stuck away from my hotel Get Taxi stated - out of range Searched for nearest taxi service Found Lexna. Arrived quickly. Picked us up and brought us back to the hotel fast and safe. Fair price.
