January 3, 2022 UPDATE Well to start off the New Year I decided it would be a great idea to go sledding with my boyfriend. I was sitting in the front of him and had a helmet on with all my gear. Nearly 3 minutes into this ride, I managed to bash my mouth on the mountain bar of the sled. We have really no idea how this happened other than a freak accident. Immediately, I felt my teeth out of place. I panicked and ripped my helmet off following a mouthful of blood. My boyfriend assured me that it was not that bad, unaware that I could see the damage on the reflection of his goggles. At this point, I was beyond in shock. All I knew is that I needed a dental emergency on a Sunday at 3pm and there was no way I would let any other clinic touch me. Dr. Ahmad was away from his phone, which was understandable, so I was unable to reach him. I did however have the idea to try his colleague, Dr. Brett Shkopich instead. Upon hearing his voice, I was so relieved, and he was able to meet me at the clinic. I got moderately lucky and did not fracture any teeth but, we did have to reposition them back into their sockets. I was terrified, however, I knew I was in good hands. Furthermore, I will have to undergo some post appointments to check how my teeth are healing. There is a possibility that I will eventually need root canals on all 4 front teeth as well. I am probably going to be an unforgettable lifelong patient due to my ridiculous personality and dark humour. If I have learnt anything from this, it's that I need to drive my own sled and remove any and all mountain bars. All I have to say is that, I will never. I mean, NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks again for saving me from my terrible life choices. This is the most awesome dentist clinic I have ever been to. I have had tooth pain for about 7 years and finally got some sort of benefits and based on the reviews chose this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff here are exceptional and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Ahmad and his assistant are my new favorite people. I had gotten some xrays done to talk about my treatment and they spent an hour with me answering my questions. I've never had a dentist do that in my entire life. I had an infection, multiple cavities, required extractions, and orthodontist work. We scheduled me back in on a Saturday for the cleaning and extractions. Dr Ahmad himself cleaned my teeth which is also un heard of. The extractions went very well. With my infection and the weird placement of my teeth, it was a little difficult but they reassured me. I can honestly say the needles for freezing were uncomfortable but they made it easier for me by going slow and at my pace. My face was so frozen at one point that I just kept laughing at one point and cracking jokes. PLUS, they let you watch Netflix. The monitor has good viewing placement too. Huge plus. My teeth are healing so well too. The day of, after a few hours I had 0 pain. No swelling. Maybe it's just sheer luck but I feel that the exceptional dental care had something to do with it. I can't wait to move further with my teeth journey and have the teeth I've always wanted. If you are scared of the dentist, this is the place to go. I was out for the day and decided to drop by the Life Dentistry to see if I could get an appointment to get looked at. I had extensive work done for a bridge a few days prior and I was in pain and nervous about how i was healing. I waited a few minutes and the staff squeezed me in. Dr. Ahmad did a quick exam, xray and gave me something for pain along with the antibiotic he previously prescribed. I love this clinic! I appreciate getting the email and text reminders because I tend to be forgetful. I call it my spa dental office because they calm my anxiety by making my daughter and I feel comfortable - never have they made us feel igly for any of our dental issues. During my appointment I was given a full body weighted blanket and a leg pillow to comfort me during my appointment! I've referred several people to Life Dentistry because they all work together as a team, They are compassionate and passionate about their work❤️

Really nice staff, the lady that cleaned my teeth remembered me and noticed I got a haircut after not being there for 8 months, which says something about how much they care for patients. They encourage me to take care of my teeth and the banter is always really nice too. The office is really clean and organized, plus there are TVs that you can watch and they play Netflix shows. The dentist was really friendly as well and same with his assistant this time. My first visit that required their time so it was nice to have friendly people working on my teeth. I was given a blanket when I felt cold after the freezing and they always explained what tools they were about to use so I could cover my ears for the drill. Overall great experience, a little loopy as I write this from freezing so don't mind grammatical stuff but yeah. Highly recommend and I will be coming back despite living way over in Westmount.

Beautiful office, excellent staff! Great service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. I was referred by a friend and I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends - in fact I already have! The dental assistant is so friendly and sweet. I love that she remembers details about patients making it feel like you know her and really makes you feel at ease! The hygienist was fantastic - very friendly and my teeth feel great! The dentist was very good at explaining everything as we went and took time to answer any questions I had. He’s also very conservative with treatment needs - which is so nice to see! First time being at this office. Went in for a routine cleaning and check up. Salina was amazing, very gentle, and kept me informed about what was happening the whole time. She took the time to show me how I can take better care of some problem areas and was very knowledgeable about some potential problem areas to inform Dr. Ahmad about once he came in for the check up. Dr. Ahmad was very thorough I never felt rushed he took the time to go through my X-rays with me and explain exactly what the problem is and how we can fix it and answered all of my questions. Clerical staff were also amazing from booking me in for this appointment to helping me with my billing questions and booking me in for my next appointment. ⭐This is the BEST dentist office I've ever been too. Professional but still have a sense of humor to make the teeth pulling easier. They make sure you are comfortable. The price here was incredible too. Way less then other offices. I didn't even swell or bruise after having all 4 pulled. Thats how gentle they were. ⭐BUT to top it off!!! ⭐ the best part of my experience going here to have my wisdom teeth pulled was Dr. ahmad!!!! ⭐He called me a few hours after to check in on how I was doing. And every few days after. Just the dedication, care and patience he has for his patients is outstanding! I will never go elsewhere. Amazing experience as always! Dr Brett Shkopich is always great and knowledgeable. He finally gave a cost friendly option which is something none of my dentists prior offered and it turned out better than I expected. Highly recommend. Kim and the other dental staff are so friendly! Also how Dr Brett treats the dental assistants are amazing. I was privileged to watch him train one today while he was working on my teeth and he was so patient and kind with the new assistant … I always say you can tell a lot about a person by how they treat others. Watching today made my already incredible experiences over the past year just so much better and the trust I have with Dr Brett especially with my kids is even higher.

LIFE Dentistry has been, hands down, the best dentist experience I have ever had. I’ve had a strange past where I felt ignored and dismissed by past dentist locations. I was so nervous to come here, but as soon as I walked into the office, I felt so welcome. Every single person there was kind, understanding, and made me feel so comfortable and immediately calmed any anxiety I had. My hygienist was not only incredible at his job but also an incredibly kind person. He did everything in his power to make my experience as great as possible, and he succeeded! First time here. My wife is a dental assistant at a pediatric clinic and recommended this office. From the front desk to the assistants and Dr. Brett, one of the most modern, comfortable and great experience’s I have had at a dental office. Had to have a wisdom tooth removed due to an abscess on the root which was clearly visible with a low dose radiation CT scanner. When you have great equipment it makes informed decisions easier. I want to take the opportunity to post a 2nd review. I wish I could give them 10 stars.. The clinic is awwwesomme!! I have recently had a couple of treatments here including oral check ups, fillings, root canal, cleaning as well as wisdom teeth extraction. All of my experiences have been absolutely amazing! The doctors, the staff, receptionists, and everybody else - they are all amazing people. They care for you, ask your consent for everything, make you feel comfortable, give clear and precise instructions, their treatment procedures are amazing, and plus, they are very hygienic. Its everything you can expect from a perfect dental clinic!! Recommend to one and all!!

Amazing service and all of the staff there are amazing and so nice to deal with! Everyone seems so happy to work there! I want to update my review. The staff here are exceptional. I had to have a tooth extracted and was terrified! The dental assistant reached out and let me hold her hand during the procedure. Additionally, she also helped me focus on my breathing to help me through the process. I was so scared because of previous awful experiences with multiple dental offices. During my visit I have no less than five of their amazing staff checking in on me. I’m so impressed with this office and I will be moving all my dental needs to this here!

Can't praise Dr.Ahmad and his team enough. Called in for emergency walk-in as a new patient and they were kind to accommodate me and provide urgent care needed. Because of shape and placement of wisdom tooth there were some complications that were well explained before the procedure. DR. Ahmad provided extra care and came specially twice on his day off weekend to check on the condition when I was not feeling comfortable after the proceudure, he also checked regularly on the condition via text messages. Dr. Ahmad is very knowledgeable, and the patient care he provides is exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Ahmad and Team!

Great experience... very thorough new patient exam. Highly recommend. I had Maha (hope I spelled that correctly) for my cleaning and she was fantastic. Very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brett and his assistant (I forgot her name, unfortunately) were also great and explained everything very thoroughly to me. Listened to all my concerns and explained possible treatments. They also put the xrays on a screen right in front of you, so the "proof" is there :) -1 star because I did not get any new patient package to go home with (not even a toothbrush, lol)

Ok so I never share pictures of my smile, but omgosh how could I not. I have been going through a process of fixing up my smile and I am so happy that I chose Dr. AHMAD to go through this with. This place is amazing. The clinic is brand new the instruments they use are the best you can find! I went in with horrible teeth and with in 2 weeks I have a brand new smile!!!! Life Dentistry is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. The receptionist, hygienist, and Dr.Ahmad were all friendly and professional. Dr. also explained the condition of my teeth in detail. I visited twice, but I will continue to go only to Life Dentistry in the future. And above all, the dental facilities are very good. My hygienist asked if there were any shows I wanted to see in particular, and I was treated in a very relaxed atmosphere.

I was very nervous going into my first appointment. All of the staff were so nice and welcoming. I felt better right away. They went at my pace, checking in frequently, and were so gentle. I had to have a freezing needle and a tooth repaired. They were fast but did a great job. My tooth looks better than before! Plus I got to watch the office the whole time. I am very happy with this place and can't wait to come back for my full check up!

10/10 recommend life dentistry, I called them after hours with a dental emergency and they got me in the next day for an emergency tooth extraction, I told them before hand I have anxiety when it comes to procedures they were so nice and understanding they kept asking me if I was okay, gave me breaks. The team at Life Dentistry did an amazing job today. 3 fillings to my lower middle teeth that were worn making a dip, due to screws and pens being held in my teeth. Hygienist did a great job and Dr. Brett Shkopich and the Dental assistant leveled them and matched the color of the fillings to my teeth so you CANNOT see them. Everyone there is so nice. My teeth, for 60, are not bad and the color match is very hard to do. Awesome job.

I had a wonderful experienced for my 1st time coming here!They are all very accommodating. Two thumbs up! ;) All the equipments are new and so far the best I ever experienced .Clinic is very clean! Dr. Saud Ahmad is one of a kind! He made sure that I will feel relax all through the process . He even called me and my husband to check on us and remind us about the meds that we need to take. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable and asked me several times if I was okay. They also told me if I needed a break at any point they were more than happy to stop. It was a great experience and as much as I hate going to the dentist I will be going back to get my teeth back into proper shape and I know this clinic will take care of me and my anxieties!

I was looking for a dentist to save my tooth. I found him at LIFE Dentistry. Dr. S. Ahmad listens to me describing my dental problems and is professional and kind. He and his assistant have done an excellent job with my tooth, although it was a complicated case. All the people at LIFE Dentistry I talked to, a dentist, his assistant and the receptionist, were kind.

My first experience at life dentistry was amazing!! Dr.Shkopich took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and truly listened to my concerns! I was dealing with a pretty bad toothache, Life dentistry was able to fit me in with no issues. Today I had to go back for the procedure, and they were so accommodating. I like that this clinic shows you your teeth X-ray and don’t be afraid to ask your dentist about your the condition of your teeth. I felt comfortable with Dr. Brett and Shannon (hope I spelled it correctly) asking about my teeth condition and they were patient explaining it to me. Overall, friendly staff team.

So far I have had two appointments with Dr Shkopich and he is an amazing Dentist, very professional, but what sets him apart and puts him in a league of his own is his compassion, patience, understanding, kindness, and just doing the right thing for his patients.
