Worst experience with dealing with the property manager of our rental as well as the landlords. We had an ongoing mould issue that was not disclosed to us prior to our tenancy, and when we raised it to the property manager we got told to open our windows and make sure we clean it. I was 30+ weeks pregnant at the time with an 18 month old daughter and an immune compromised husband. I informed the property manager in May and she came out to investigate at the end of July due to my constant insistence. She told me at her inspection that it was infact disgusting and she would speak to the landlords. A week later we received an email from her which read the response from the landlords. The landlords gave themselves in by admitting the mould problem was existing and told us to put moisture absorbers around and air out the unit. In the end we asked to be released from the lease to which the landlords agreed but the rule they set was that we could not sue for compensation! We lost thousands of dollars of our belongings because of the negligence of the real estate and landlords!! Our furniture, children’s clothes, toys, coat hangers, jewellery, bags and more!! NOW we have found out that the real estate and landlords have put the unit in Sutherland back on the market for an extra $30 per WEEK and who knows if the mould issue was resolved!!

Went to the auction and pre-bid building inspection report is like 250 dollar, which is the most expensive report I have purchased in my life . Most others are like 69 dollar -70 dollar for the other bidders and the winner bidder pays like 250-300. And after reading the report and I feel like it reports nothing. The guy uses most of the words are fair and needs to find a specific guy to deeply test. And the company called report master inspection which they use has no reviews and nothing info online. Only have a website and looks like a scammer site. And the auction is a real waste time trip and the agent puts the price lower and try to trap more people to come over. Not really good for buyer. The guide price is way lower than the final price. It should not be called the guide price, and more like baiting price. I can see most of the people who are next to me . They are very disappointed.

Rude, unprofessional, provided no help at all. Stay away from this agent. Never in my life have I experienced a service like this. Agent were extremely rude (talking down to us, ignoring our messages and replying to our polite query with a one word text message), always trying to charge us for unprofessional act of theirs, and provided no help at all. What is the purpose of a “property manager” when you cannot even deliver a simple solution, or at least trying to solve the problem? If you see their name on the market, steer away from them to avoid all the frustration and trouble they bring! Would give them a minus rating if I could!
