Ok I'm beyond done with this location. Went in today to check out dresses and shirts for an interview I have later this week. It never fails that no one even acknowledges my presence when I enter the store or while I'm shopping. I always help myself to a dressing room because there's no use in waiting for customer service. Finally found a few pieces that I liked and went to check out. Stood there for 10 min while 3 workers were gabbing away with two customers ahead of me, and 2 other ladies. I finally set my selections on the counter and walked out. At that point I was going to be late for an appointment and didn't have time to check out. From now on I'll do all of my shopping online with Loft. I pay too much money on their clothing to have a lack of customer service and deal with stuck up women. In fact I might consider doing more shopping at my other favorite stores instead. At least I feel welcome at the other stores I shop at.

I wanted to give one of the associates 5 stars because after YEARS of shopping here, she is the very first to be nice, friendly, and helpful. Her coworker, a young blonde, however, ruined that. When the items rang up incorrectly, she argued and rolled her eyes, while the friendly associate ACTUALLY helping, continued fixing the transaction. Thank you for finally hiring someone who should work in retail. Please fire the snobby associates you typically employ here!!

The hours of operations are terrible! 10am till 5:30 if you work till 5 it’s hard to get there to shop. Went there today got there at 5:02 and the doors were locked. No sign or anything posted on the door. It’s difficult enough to get to the store during their hours and to make it in time to find the doors are locked a half hour before closing is not cool. Post a sign or something so customer know what’s going on.

I went shopping last minute yesterday. Melinda immediately greeted me at the door, helped me find what I needed and was very attentive while I was trying on clothes. She made recommendations and brought me different colors and sizes so I could stay in a dressing room. I really appreciate the help and I got what I needed in time for my date!

Worst customer service. I give them try after try. I love the clothes but won't buy because they are so rude. It's like they go out of the way to avoid interaction with customers. I'm a retail store manager similar to Loft. If my associates did this they would be out! This is Albuquerque location. It's pretty shameful …

I spent an hour picking out clothes to try on from the sales rack. I left them in the dressing room to grab a different size. When I came back, all the shirts were gone, an employee had put them away. It was so annoying. This is why I shop online. Shopping in person is always a waste of time and terrible experience.

The cashiers at this store have a major attitude. I wanted to exchange the size of some jeans and she just decides to just return to my acct instead. It’s not the first time it’s happened, pretty disappointing with the service that I don’t even want to shop at this store anymore even though I love the clothes.

Love Loft clothing! Used to work here in college, enjoyed the environment. Unfortunately, the ABQ store has zero customer service, they close early, inventory is always low, and they don’t help in the wardrobe room. It’s unfortunate that they don’t emulate typical loft culture.

Very helpful staff, great sales. My wife has a hard time finding things she likes that fit well in most places but at loft there are so many things that look great on her, from sporty, practical, to dressy.

I like LOFT clothes but they never have sale items in my size in stock. I have a lot more success ordering online. Also, I can easily return online items at this store.

The customer service is poor and a few of the associates are rude. This is the second time I've visited this store with in a week. Sadly won't be coming back.

I buy all my work clothes here. Wait until they have a sale though, otherwise it's overpriced.
