I walk in to a group of teenage rejects lethargically smoking inside watching tv, hesitant to address the customers in the store its a smokeshop, so I look passed that and politely inquire about buying juul cartridges. he explains a 2for1 special and I'm super stoked to save money. He then tried to scam me by charging 5 extra dollars. I called out the guy for overcharging me after I see the reciept... he then proceeds to accuse me of stealing a lighter to cover for himself. 1st of all 4.96 is dam overpriced for a lighter 2nd,this guy was so stoned I could've stolen the mona lisa off his wall without him knowing. audacious attempt buddy. After I argue with the guy, he finally says ok Ill remove the charge. its been over three weeks and they never refunded me. bunch of no good downright thugs whos work at daddys shop with 0 understanding of responsibilty or integrity in business. never coming again, hope the 5 was worth it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Visited on a Friday night at 9pm and the gentleman working there rushed me out of there from the time I entered till the time I left. He was very hesitant to show me any products due to his bad back that he mentioned several times. He instead insisted I check out the humidor with their cigar selection although I told him I wasn't there to purchase cigars. He actually said at one point, "Let's go" so I would make my purchase and leave. Extremely rude. Will never go here again. I hope for the owners sake this is not how business is ran there.

Bought a puff from here. Tried it next day and it was completely defective. Took it back to the store and the clerk who helped me day before says he has no recollection of me and acts as if I was lying? Ultimately told me he doesn’t believe I was there and then refuses to give me a refund. Last time I’ll be going here.

Was buying here vapes twice a week !! I fell on one bad vape that didn't work, came back the guy is telling me if you didn't open it here I can't do much about it?! Seriously? You see me twice a week and thats your reaction?

Bought a vape that was far too expensive and didn't work correctly. They would not refund my money. Instead, they just replaced the vape parts with pieces from other vapes. I was not at all happy. I won't go back there.

Owners will sell you the wrong item, and won’t replace it once you realize. Even if product is unused but opened within the same minute they won’t replace the item for a discount. Terrible customer service..

I went by tonight and one of the owners or managers generously gave me a gift and just said to have a wonderful night. This was unexpected and highly appreciated. Talk about customer service. 5 star!!

This is the most expensive smoke shop in LA !!!! I tried few time to give them my business but they just way over priced !!! I recommend the smoke shop on Sepulveda and national blvd .
