A beautiful family-owned neighborhood store. The owners are very kind and caring, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with an urgent case. I had purchased a gorgeous floral arrangement for a friend’s memorial service. However, around 8pm on a Friday night, the night before the service, the flower basket accidentally fell off the stand and the arrangement were ruined. I called the owner Alex on his number that he left me before and I was so grateful that he answered my call so late at night. He calmed me down and arranged the florist to come to the store early Saturday morning before normal store hours to help fix the arrangement before the memorial service. We are so thankful the florist was able to re-arrange the flowers and deliver it to our friend’s memorial service on time with such short notice. La Floriya truly is an amazing, friendly neighborhood store who is willing to go to great lengths for their customers.

Pre-ordered some leis for graduation. La Floriya gets their leis from Thailand, not Hawaii. Amin called the day before pickup to let me know the color I ordered wouldn't be day of fresh. I told him if they look ok, that would be acceptable. However, when we arrived the next day for pickup, the leis did look ok, but it was questionable if they would still look good for graduation in another 2 days. Amin was incredibly gracious and let us swap the color to the leis that had just arrived super fresh that morning. He said it was important for us to be happy with our flowers and I'm so appreciative of his understanding and focus on customer satisfaction. In the end, our leis held up beautifully for the weekend, and I can absolutely recommend La Floriya as a terrific florist who'll go above and beyond to be sure his customers are happy. Real people with real flowers who treat your order like it really matters. When I placed a last minute order (in the evening) other shops were either closed or forwarded me to their 800 ordering service. La Florist (An's) was not only open but addressed my order instantly, knowing that there was limited time. When difficulties arose with the recipient not being available, the florists were very flexible in letting me change the order so the (already) arranged flowers could find the right person. Honestly, it was a small order but they still gave it their full attention. The flowers were simply perfect and brought such incredible joy to my ailing friend. Thanks Roslyn for everything!

The family who runs la Floriya has a strong sense of community and work ethic. I ordered a wreath for my mom's memorial and told them that my mom was a woman of a good taste in everything. Azar, whom we had a pleasure of knowing and working with has a sweet, warm personality. She listened to us in regard to the colors and types of flowers we wanted and accommodated our needs in all aspects. The wreath they created was gorgeous and exactly the way we had visualized. At the memorial service, we noticed they also had sent us a beautiful basket of flowers which made us feel loved and cared for as customers! We are grateful for this family's grace and talent!

This is a local shop near where the birthday girl lives. I’m not going to lie, I’m usually a farmgirl flower online flower shop kind of girl/gifter, but they weren’t going to deliver it to the the birthday girl until days later. This is when I found La Floriya, and they delivered the same day. Not just the same day, literally made the order that same morning and she received the flowers the same day, only a few hours later.

We have used La Floriya before and will never use another florist ever again. For her birthday, my wife received flowers from a family member who used another florist. The flower arrangement did not compare to what La Floriya gave us. What we love about La Floriya is how long the flowers last before they begin to wilt. Their arrangements are always beautiful and look identical to the pictures you see on their website.

Happy to stop by when they were open. I came and in very vaguely said I wanted a bouquet of blue flowers. The lady was very kind, generous and helpful. Every step of the way she picked out flowers and made sure I liked them. I trusted her judgment and I'm glad I did. We love the flowers! The way she wrapped the bouquet was also excellent. We hated to cut it open.

I was looking for flowers for a friend's birthday/anniversary and wow this place really delivered! They have a large variety to choose from online and delivery was exceptional. They send me pictures of the flowers and confirmed once they delivered. My friend really loved them. The pictures speak for themselves, I would definitely order again. Worth every penny !

Great local flower shop that can handle large orders and even same-day ones. Bouquets are delivered exactly how they are in their photos (check their website) and hand-delivered with care -- no wraps, boxes, or laid down -- just the flowers and vase as if you made it yourself.

Decided to do something special for anniversary. My wife loves pink peonies. Not knowing peonies are at the end of the season I reached out to La Floriya to order a dozen in a bouquet. Alex went out of his way to San Francisco to get the peonies and made my wife's day.
