I love this coffee shop anyway, but today made me love it even more! I ordered the rainbow latte (which is delicious!) and I dropped my drink in front of the counter. It went everywhere! I felt so awful, but the staff were so understanding, kind and light-hearted. They were actually consoling ME!!! As if that wasn't enough, they remade my drink without charging me! I can't express my gratitude enough! It was refreshing to see that Lala Land KIND cafe truly lives up to its name! I wish I had asked the names of the staff so I could thank them specifically :)

Been looking for something refreshing to drink and I’ve noticed quite a few people sporting this catchy yellow/orange cup! Determined to check out the mall and made my way up the second floor/food court area and found a line and the yellow cup that everyone was holding. I passed by it, there was a line and decided to look around more. Not interested with açaí bowl and so I was determined this time to get in line. Aggressively made my way up front and got the mango refresher and it was phenomenal. A refreshing drink indeed!

I really enjoyed the French Toast Latte on my first go around, it’s not too strong with a coffee taste but not too lite either. The pastries and different signature toast look really tasty (will have to try next time). Last but definitely not least, all three staff members were very courteous and informative about the brand. If you’re having a good day and want a better day, or a bad day then go to La La Land Cafe the staff members tell you they love you when handing you your purchase. That’s refreshing like their coffee!

First time going there and certainly won't be the last! Got the cacao banana chia seed pudding, the brown butter chocolate chip cookie, and iced purple rain latte. Everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time I had questions when ordering the drink and the cashier was thorough in explaining the milk options available (there's a lot to accommodate different dietary needs). Very impressed.

Love everything about this coffee shop. The staff are always super friendly, and bonus, they even know my order by heart. It's nice when people you don't know take the time to get to know you a bit. Definitely recommend 10/10

Service here is awesome. People saying “Hi Friends” & “here you go love” threw me off but it makes you feel good. I had the French Toast Latte it was really good. The chocolate croissants are really good.

Great service and drinks! I asked for a matcha recommendation and got the french toast matcha with coconut milk. My wife got the perfect latte and we both loved our drinks! I can’t wait to try the rest of their matcha menu. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Loveeeeeee this coffee shop/cafe!! The "perfect latte" is soo creamy and smooth. The strawberry honey cream cheese toast (very good) and the burrata avocado toast (excellent). Food was so tasty and fresh. It did take a bit long - 15 minutes but worth the wait. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Customer service was bad and sad. People in front of me left because no one would greet or ask what they would like to order. My coffee ended up tasting worst than Starbucks. I never write reviews but the service was just discouraging and so bland.

Just wanted a latte with some caffeine in it and taste like I got a whole lot of milk instead. I guess it’s not a terrible place but I think Lala is focused on sugary drinks and not so much the coffee. Now I’m just tired sipping on some warm milk …

came here for the first time while I was at northpark last weekend. Server was patient and kind. Had the milk and honey matcha latte. It was great and I'll definitely be back for the drinks and especially the great service.

Service was prompt and the employees are always so *kind* and genuine. I love their matcha teas and croissants!
