This place is awful!! Over priced, the staff is tolerable at best. The owners are unreasonable, change the rules mid stream, and don't even care how they are affecting other people's lives. I lost $1000 because they changed the lot rent(Which is unreasonable int the first place) during the application process. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING HERE!!!

Parking is horrible and they are not being helpful they are forcing us to move our cars move them where though. Now they telling us that towed is being enforced.. in that case they need to make room for parking instead of adding more mobile homes that no one stays in and they are not even ready for move in.. FIX THIS ASAP..

Great place to raise your children ( I know because I did). Residents are kind and friendly and will wave as you drive by. The m team works hard to assure issues are solved in a very timely manner. I feel very blessed to have been apart of this awesome place for over 27 years.

Well its gettin cleaned up..but the security and I guess head security that looked like an officer had no courtesy while we drivin in they both just mugged people passin..what kinda of security did u all contract..

It's very good but it's only been 4 months and they told me that they were going to charge $100 dollars more in rent for the land or they were already going to charge me $745. It seems it's already very expensive.

Management there is the highlight. Friendly ladies! Manager tries to keep everything working smooth. Keeps things quiet for the most part. Rents are avg. for the area. The place is well cared for.

The manager at the property is amazing she has always went out of her way to help everyone that she can. She has made the property look very well.

This place gettin ver pricie and we can even have anything out side not even chairs it's crazy that office lady is rude as hell time to sale...

They don't let you rent if you got big dogs.but if you rent and find out you have to get rid of your only small ones …

My mom and sisters lived here they were happy. Felt safe. Tammy is wonderful.

It is clean and safe, it has cameras and games for children.
