This place is rough. I'm honestly confused why the other reviews are so good. Ordered two paninis and it took them 15 minutes to put the pre-made ingredients onto bread and in the sandwich press, and we were the only customers. The vegetables were fresh enough, but otherwise the paninis weren't good. Salami panini was mostly just mayo and the chicken pesto panini had something on it that looked like guac instead of pesto. The salami and cheese were greasy. They were also cold...I saw them put them in the sandwich press and not close it all the way...just enough to give the top of the bread some dark spots. The place definitely still looks like a bar and run down. There are still beer signs all over. When they had to refill the nitro coffee machine for our coffees they just poured stuff out of a commercial bag. It tasted fine enough but definitely doesn't give the sense of specialty coffee that they advertise. Overall the biggest disappointment was that it took over 20 minutes for two iced coffees and two paninis, and the vibes and food quality is poor enough to not make up for it.

Amazing place to grab a hot or cold coffee and tea ☕️ and get some awesome, healthy, food I recommend this chill and bright place for working on projects, reading or hanging out with your friends. Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. they have beer, wine, liquor, pet friendly patio.

Very solid coffee, of higher quality than what’s offered in this area. Got a latte, very reasonably priced, from the friendly staff, and this place is spacious and cozy. There is a limited selection of pastries, all of which look very fresh. Atmosphere inside is relaxing, and with fall coming, the patio will be especially nice to have in the area. There are comfortable leather chairs throughout and lots of table space, so as someone who works on their computer often, I’ll be coming by for sure!

Vibe- This is a neat coffee shop on Washington Avenue near Buffalo Bayou. There’s a lot of tables and chairs outside. There’s a good amount of seating inside and the inside has a very cozy home like feel! Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got a hot chai latte with oatmilk, it was delicious. I didn’t even have to add any syrups because it had a nice sweetness to it as is! Parking- There’s a lot with a decent amount of spots.

Good smoothies and friendly service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well. Updated... Now serving burgers and they have a special one every month. Oriental burger was good and came with a side of brussel sprouts.

This is a wonderful and tranquil spot, with a great atmosphere that includes incredible treats. Including a delicious Raspberry Braid that can be paired with a Expresso with a shot of club soda to cleanse the palate. I do recommend this spot. I do love the beautiful window treatments as well. Love talking with Ms.Jessica about these selections.

Great coffe and the staff was super friendly. Really cool looking place with outdoor seating as well. Gave us a punch card that gets you your 10th drink free. Just wish they had a bit more variety of pastries. Plenty of coffe options. Plenty of seating as well. Will definitely come back

Disappointed. Advertising burgers but only 2 choices on the menu for $10 each. Fries are an additional $4.50. If the food was exceptional I’d say great. But it was average. Sorry but it’s the truth. Coffee was just okay.

I really enjoyed my time at this little coffee shop! The employees and owner of the restaurant were super sweet and thoughtful. I ordered the orange creme smoothie and it tasted just like an orange creamsicle ice cream-but even better! The decorations were a bonus :)

This place was pretty laid back, spacious with plenty of seating. The patio area is HUGE! I stayed here for a few hours to get some work done and decided to have a ceaser salad without salmon, chicken, or croutons and it was the best ceaser

I was passing through a few days ago and stopped in randomly for a coffee. It was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had (I ordered a latte - no flavor) and the staff was so friendly and warm. This cafe has so much room to sit here and read
