Today was my first time going to this shop at this location..I should’ve went with my first mind to go to divine touch hair braiding in Duncanville where I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! But I chose to go here because it was closer to my house..big mistake..I decided to get knotless braids not knowing my hair wasn’t thick enough for them..by the way I have thick hair but it’s very fine..at the beginning of the service I was ok..when the lady who started on my hair didn’t finish my hair and another braider had to finish what she left off I started to feel uncomfortable..they started laughing and talking which I felt was basically about me and it was...I will never step foot in this shop again!! Most of them were unprofessional and one little girl that was a braider asked me why did I choose knotless braids? You never ask a paying customer a rude question like that..the only thing I liked about the service was that I got in the chair at 10am and was out by 2:00pm...my hair is not bad but it was the unprofessionalism for me..next time tell your customers if the style they choose to get will be right for them in the beginning of the service not afterwards...I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!! This place really deserves zero stars..

I made the appointment on July 15th and requested Regular Passion Twists for my granddaughter. I checked the Mansfield store and was advised you had the Passion Twists in stock. When we went to the appointment on August 6th at the Oak Cliff store she was informed that the Passion Twists were not there. Needless to say, a 14 year old girl was crushed, disappointed and humiliated as she did not get what was requested. She also asked the braider to give her tribal braids, but the braider said she didn't even know how to do cornrows. At that point, she requested box braids and asked for the part to be centered on her scalp.. She was told she should have requested it earlier and at that peculiar time the braider was working at the back of the head. As a result, the part is slightly off center. When I picked her up she was very unhappy and upset with the hairdo.. This was a terrible experience for both me and my granddaughter. I will not recommend your service to anyone.

They got me in the chair for my dread locks fast so I thought the experience would be great. Was I wrong, my dreads were nothing like I wanted and they weren’t even parted on my scalp. I told them about my concerns and they guaranteed it’ll be fixed two weeks from then when my retwist would happen. I paid the women in full and gave a tip still. Since then I have called the shop 3 times and was told the dread lady wasn’t in and that they’ll call me back for an appointment. That never happened. I Waited another 5 days and called back just to be told the same thing and while I was letting them know how inconvenient this was the women hung up on me. Horrible experience and yet I still tipped these people.

The person that did my hair was an hour late to the appointment. To do 7 cornrows it took this woman over 3 hours... she was very very very slow and did not care about the customers time. She would stop and talk and take her time... i told her what color hair I want and she brought the wrong color because that’s the color that she liked. I don’t know the ones name but she is the oldest one that works there . I have been here before and never had an issue but this time horrible customer service!

I went here once to get some faux locs, I was told my hair was too short, I settled for box braids, which I wasn’t too crazy about and all they did was speak in their native tongue. The owner looked at me like I was beneath her. 2 months later I went to Rae on Trinity Mills Rd and asked for faux locs, my hair was still the same length, Rae hooked a sista up. I will never go to LaBelles again. If the girl didn’t want to do my hair, the professional thing to do would be to tell the truth

If I could rate this so-called business less than one star, I would. They told me over the phone one price and then tried to change it to a higher price at my appointment. I asked for Senegalese twists and when I showed up, they tried to talk me into getting box braids because of the lack of braiders. I was told that I would get ten dollars off of my services because I mentioned that I found them on the internet....NOT!!! I wasn't satisfied and they way to fix that is to not go back.

First off they are so nice and friendly. They braided it fast I was only there for 4 hours. AND my braids have lasts 3 months. I got them in June, I'm literally just taking them out tonight and I still get compliments on how good they look. I'd definitely recommend LaBelle Braiding, you wont be disappointed.

My first visit at Labelle was amazing. It’s sometimes is hard to find a good beauty supply store and I think I may have found a new home. Tonya was amazing and so friendly! She made me feel right at home and made sure I knew where everything was in the store that I was looking for.

My experience at LaBelle Braids on Polk and HWY67 was an awesome one! Aroara was sooo hospitable, kinda, and pleasant! She made my experience an exceptional one! She was always making sure I was comfortable. I love my hair as well and I will be going back!

When I walked in she was really rude she said she couldn’t do my daughters hair until she was 8 which I understand but my daughter is used to braiding I just wanted to try something different but the fact that she was really rude I wouldn’t go back

I asked for small box braids and did not mind paying the price of $350 but I get online to the website and seen these are the same size braids (medium) and it’s only $190. Very displeased with that type of price difference

I love getting my hair braided at LaBelle Braiding & Beauty Supply!!! They are very professional and fast! My hair in the picture only took 3 hours!!! Definitely my go-to place for beautiful braids!!!
