My drying had just finished and I was folding away a large towel when the woman came over and demanded I use a basket to remove my clothes so the other customer could use the dryer. I told her I was folding the towel first so I could throw the rest of the clothes into bay easily. This wasn't good enough for her, to which she replied I was being aggressive and rude. I laughed and broke down the whole conversation we were having to make her understand how ridiculous she was being. Even the customer who was waiting could not understand her behaviour. I told her I will not be returning, to which she was quite happy about. The customer followed me outside we were both confused as what just happened. This is not the first time she has busted my balls over nothing. The time before she was trying to charge me a pound for removing my washing out of the machine because I was all of a minute late from when the machine had stopped. I was in the meat shop next door which I told her I was quickly popping into. What has my life come to, reviewing a launderette..oh my days. Just thought you should all know she is a wrongunn...oh yh the place has about 6 dryers and only 3 were in use at the time of the said incident officer.

VERY RUDE LADY!!!! She grabbed my wrist and started fighting with me over the liquid I wanted to use in the machine and said she would charge me extra money for that because apparently the blanket wouldn't be washed properly and would need extra time. But the amount she put in wasn't even enough to wash the blanket properly in the first place. Upon adding extra liquid when it was washed it was almost dry already but she wanted to lie and take more money which is why she said that.Drying was only £1.50 for 10 mints which completely dried my 2 blankets but she was asking me to give her £5 instead and wash for 30 mints to dry it.Overall experience was very poor.

Horrible experience, I paid for the washing, drying and service in the end the owner did not inform me that my laundry was done hence my laundry came out not smelling nice even though I left my number. She gave me her word that she will call me but she didn't. She overreacted and refused to admit her mistakes. She blamed me that I should have used the expensive service. The most greedy person I ever met. STAY Away from her and staff, they milk you dry and blame you for their mistakes even though you paid for everything and was given empty promises.

I had a wonderful experience last Sunday at Ladybarn Launderette. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming. She helped me with literally everything as I have never used such a service; she provided coins and helped me with choosing the right parameters for both the washing machine and dryer. I noticed that she did the same thing with two other young ladies. She did all of this with a big smile on her face. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible service. Very rude and arrogant couple. I will never go back and can never recommend them to anyone. They damaged my clothes and refused to accept responsibility for that. Check you items before you leave there because they damage your item and hide it in a bag so that you don’t notice it. If possible, they would have gotten a minus zero star from me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very kind and friendly. A very helpful lady with clean and professional service. Understandably she put clear instructions to ensure that the washing machines are used and not abused. I highly recommend this place , clean, reasonably priced and welcoming.

If I could leave six stars I would. I discovered this gem of a place during lockdown. And even though I live in Salford I would gladly make a 2-hour round trip to have my laundry done by Dina. Immaculately folded sorted laundry. And for a fantastic price.

Amazing! Wonderful customer service from both lovely Deena and her lovely husband. I have been going here to have my ironing done for over 2 years now. They have never let me down! Great high standards and a pleasure. Highly recommend!

A lovely helpful couple own the place. I went to do some washing because at home it is so slow. They gave me all the help I needed and it was pretty reasonably priced.
