its quiet good for both of us where we had a meeting and services was very good and a quite place when doing your own staff.

Friendly service from the Receptionist on night duty ( Didnt note her name) ,Liz the AM receptionist and Simba the night guard.. ( Always saluting guests) .. Disappointed though by their booking and payment regime. Stayed there for barely 18hrs ( 0100hrs - 1800hrs) on 15th March 2020 but had to pay more than 150% of the daily rate.. Just because I requested to stay beyond 10am. As their regular customer, I was dissatisfied.

Logos hotel has 1. Perfect customer care with a smile, 2. high quality service at restaurant, 3. the rooms are very spacious 4. high standard of cleanliness in rooms and whole facility 5. Conveniently located at the city with convient transport nearby 6. Effectively listening and understanding management. 7. all these come at lower cost to a customer compared to other hotels that even have lower standard . 8. I have to come back to the hotel and also market it to the community.

I like this place bcz it's really decent and they have very good Kenyan food. Today I was a bit disappointed by the person who attended to us. After giving us the food prizes, the bill was increased by a small amount which seemed quite odd. When we enquired, the person said the prices had been increased. This seemed very odd. Anyway, we paid but it will be a while before I visit the hotel again. I am quite disappointed by that particular attendant.

Its a nice hotel, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is phenomenal, customer service is excellent, the only thing is the shower is in the same space with the toilet, wster gor in the room when we took a shower, we were three and they did not have 3 towels ready for us, the key did not work for the door. One good thing the concierge was super nice with us.

The restaurant is well furnished and is stylish compared to other joints in the same location. The meals are also nicely prepared and they offer a variety of dishes in their menu. However the washrooms at the restaurant are in a very poor condition compared to the standards set by the restaurant. All in all it is a good place to hangout

3 star Hotel that's reasonably affordable with very friendly staff that can go above and beyond to help out. Location is by a very busy and noisy bus stop so prepare to be disturbed by Horning buses during the day and club music at nights on the weekend. Located close to the city centre as well and easily accessible by cabs and buses.

The hotel is but a building that rises to harbour criminal activities and malicious meetings between innocent civilians and thugs from the Jiji.co.ke syndicate. Had such an experience recently and I would advise anyone thinking of coming to … Zaidi

The rooms are ok and have all amenities except for mosquito net or repellent. The lack of it takes away what comfort you'd have. The restaurant waiters are also slow, not recommended if in a hurry

Great service, comfortable rooms with hot water. Some noise towards morning hours from touts outside the North side of the building but otherwise manageable. Breakfast was great too with big satisfying portions.

Bad experience,bad if not worse customer care services in terms of booking for an event.They don’t have a focal manager.Every one keeps giving you different rates and different halls for meetings and events.

Very nice hotel.I and wifey spent a couple of nights there and it was really cool.I mean it was so amazing.

The hotel is good but the place is really noisy due to public transport buses. A nice place to be though.
