It's a jazzed up neighborhood patk. There is a small paved circular walking trails. If you go around 3x it's a mile. It's good for walking and cruising on a bicycle. The playground is typical, all the equipment appears in order. The best part and the reason I go is to take my son to the skate park. There are two ramps and a couple of other things. The skateboarders are always respectful. The varying in age from 6 -46. Young kids, adults, dads, teenagers seem to seamless skate in harmony. The teens hangout , in a respectful way. It's a nice park.
This skate park is well maintained in terms of trash and the porti potty. The trees and all the grass are dead so there is a lack of shade except under the awnings at the picnic tables. The skating ramps get power washed regularly yet the trees are not watered enough and are stressed before dying (see pics). The landscaping is really lacking but this is an otherwise clean park. There is a children’s play ground, a tennis court, a soccer field, picnic tables, baseball field, and a sidewalk around the perimeter.
This is my neighborhood park. It has a nice playground which caters mostly to smaller children. There's a skate park with several ramps and obstacles for doing tricks. The paved walking path circles the park which makes it great for getting your daily walk in. There's some parking but it's primarily made for residents within walking distance. They also have a field for soccer with goals as well as a baseball field and tennis court. If anything I would add a basketball court and possibly more trees and seating.
No porta potty anymore. Lots of kids on Saturday playing tball and soccer. Snow cone truck camped out all day at park was distracting so many kids and there was no where to park besides up and down St.Francis making it a oneline road. If you tried to walk between the parked cars oncoming traffic could not see you making it very dangerous. Could use some speed bumps. Condoms on the play equipment. Gross No water
I really enjoy taking my kids to this park. It's a lot to do there and it has plenty of seats for adults and a picnic table if you need it. There are only two down falls to this park which are there is nowhere to use the restroom for kids that have to go and the kids on the skateboard park aren't friendly to other kids they don't know. Other than that it's enjoyable.
Great. It has a baseball diamond, large soccer field, and simple skateboard ramps. The playground is great for little ones. The picnic pavilion and benches are very close to the playground so you can keep an eye on the kiddos. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street and it's safe. Oh, and there's a tennis court.
People come here to skatboard the mini park, play tennis in the court, play soccer in the fields, play baseball, jog the trail, walk dogs, and bring kids to the playground. Nice little place. Down the street is a little ghetto but i always see cops strolling by and never seen any incident happen before.
It is a good place to hang out with kids and the ones who like skateboarding. Almost always some people who are here doing something. There is a tennis court, soccer field, baseball field, skateboard ramps, a bunch of places to seat, a playground for young kids, and a spacious parking lot.
Im sorry but this skate park is trash!!! trust me dont waste your time goin here for the skate park especially if you have been to allen lewisville frisco and McKinney skate parks isnt worth it ... If you have never been to any of those well then you wont kno any better.
The playground is still as is. Yes, it's dog friendly and the spot for the restroom is there it is put to use on request because it's a mobile restroom kind of fenced off. There are slides, swings, and skateboard slides. There is a walking
There are play areas for soccer, skateboarding, and tennis. I found this to be nice. There are only two swings for babies and two regular swings on the playground. Other than the lack of swings and unfinished construction the park is fine.
Walking trail, tennis courts, and the only skateboard park in Dallas! Soccer field is pretty worn and there is a baseball diamond with a backstop and bleachers. New playground for youngsters and they are adding a pavilion.
This park is pretty close to my home, I go here for my runs and walks. They have a skate area and its always fun to watch the skaters do their thing. They also have a play are for the kids, my little girl loves it here.
Great park to bring young boys to skateboard skate or ride scooter. My kids love this place and there's a trail surrounding the play area that allows parents to workout while keeping an eye out on the kids
It's a nice park, but some of the people that go there they don't pickup afterthemself there is trash cans all over the park, so people can put their trash in but they don't And it's annoying
First time at the skate park and it was really fun. 3 stars because for a city of our size we should have something much, much better. Felt great for beginners like me though.
This is where I take my kids to skate or to play in the play ground. Also there other parks closer to my house but clearly i drive the distance because i love it #pino
It's a good park to.go walking ♂️ go early cause it get crowded when they have soccer ⚽️ games & parking lot takn up full with soccer players/ family …
This park is small, but it has a mile trail around it for walking and a skate park. It's a nice place to take your kids and to get in a good cardio workout.
Newish tennis courts, walking trail, playground for the kiddos and a cool skate park with a large field to kick the ball around or for exercising.
If your child enjoys skateboarding this is the place to be. There’s even an open trail For one to get some steps in while the kids play.
Grandson just got a skateboard. The skateboard area of Lakeland Hills Park is really nice.
Nice park but the port a potty is gross they really should clean this daily!!!!!!
Had a nice walk!
