Went in with some clothes that I usually sell at markets but am way too pregnant for markets now. There was a lady in there called Melisa and a young man. The lady wouldn't reply or even look at me when I said hello. The young man attended to me..took my details and said he would call me the next day and I left the clothes there. About 30 minutes later I received an SMS from Melisa. She was extremely rude it actually made me sad. She said "I'm not interested in your goods. Please collect them as soon as possible"..if you're reading this Melisa..how about next time you try something like "dear customer, thank you for coming into our store. Unfortunately your goods are not what we're looking for. Sorry we couldn't help. Good luck." Customer service is very important Melisa.

Lakeside Clothing gets their stock from people who sell them their second hand clothes. This means that the stock is not very consistent but dependent on who has brought clothes in. That being said, I have found a couple of items over the years. I also find them quite expensive, especially for the quality and style of most of the items. Certainly of the charity shops that I know, they are one of the most expensive.

Its a damn shame that you cannot give a zero rating. The customer service is nonexistent. The elderly man working there is an absolute nightmare. He has to be the most unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. As far as he is concerned you may as well not exist. He pays you no attention and doesn't see you as a human being. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never go there again.

Lakeside clothing is a hidden gem. I may have been cash-strapped when I was there, but I will definitely be back for some good old affordable slow-fashion. Definitely a thrifter's delight. And the man behind the counter is the sweetest person ever, silently making you feel welcome.

Absolutely terrible customer service, Michael the person supposedly there to help us was rolling his eyes and sighing. Very miserable person. No support to places like this. Who ever plans to go there be sure to not engage with the owner. Plus let me add that you are over priced

First time here. Man with gray hair was extremely impolite and rude, he even cursed as I walked out. Bald man is very helpful (kudos to him). Bad experience - would not recommend to anyone.

I went there to offer 2nd hand clothes for resale and received very pleasant service, both from Melissa, via WhatsApp messages, and from the friendly man working in the shop at the time.

Lovely quaint little shop... selling previously loved, well looked after, quality clothing at affordable prices. A store with a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy!

Great shop friendly staff. Have a wide variety of garments to suit most tastes. If you want a good bargain it's worthwhile paying them a visit.
