I went to insure my new vehicle here the other day. the lady who helped me was unfriendly and literally charged me double the amount monthly to insure my vehicle then she should have. When i told her that she is wrong on the amount she told me that i am buying an expensive car and this is what it costs. She was charging me almost 500 a month. I told her to cancel my transaction and i am going elsewhere. Thankfully i did, and she did in fact over charge me by DOUBLE ! I called them back to let them know they have someone working there who clearly does not know how to do her job, and they did not care ! They said " Thank you for letting us know " I wonder how many people have went here and said nothing and are completely over paying for their vehicles. All i can say is YIKES.

I can not give this place enough stars. Robin is absolutely amazing. We came to them after a terrible experience with another broker. Robin not only helped us to get home insurance, but gave us advice on how to make a claim against the previous insurance decision, that our previous broker had "oh well" response. Thanks to her care and attention, we were awarded over $10,000! We have kept our insurance with them and due to our previous experience, I have so much anxiety about it. Robin follows up with me when I am unresponsive and manages to communicate what is important to me and my family, enabling me to make an other-wise almost overwhelming decision. So happy with our service and if Robin ever leaves, we would take our business to where ever she goes!

lack of attention to details and lack of customer service. Went there for Home Insurance. last year and asked directly the service an Insrance broker can offer and the broker ensured me "we as insurance broker, will provide new insurance quote when you need to renew and will review everything with you again." so time to renew. what service did i receive? nothing she mentioned at all just an email telling me the new premium and told me everything is on the form. why not providing a summary in an email? where is the "review everthing with me" service?

I got hurt in there last week which is November 2021. They did not care at all and act like nothing happened. I have tried to talk to Keenan about it and he just wipes it under the carpet like it's not important. My chair toppled backwards due to their weather carpet right behind the chair we are supose to sit on for service. I am in incredible pain and go to physio now. This is a very poor business with not proper customer service. I have not been able to work since.. I will not be using this insurance company no longer.

Harriet is always rude and unwilling to help me with booking road tests. She gives attitude and says she cannot help me or that it’s not gonna work out with them because it’s such an inconvenience and “takes up a lot of time”. Every other person I’ve talked to has been incredibly nice and helpful even calling me back on certain days to let me know when road tests are available.

This past summer my fiancé and i bought a new home, after getting quotes/requesting quotes from our previous broker (who never got back to us) Keenan and the crew at Lakeview not only came in with the best price, but the best value of coverage.
