I had a loud rumbling noise coming from my car driving at high speeds that I needed a diagnosis and repair for. They quoted and charged me $124.95 for the diagnosis which I gladly paid. They asked me to leave the car with them and they were able to get back to me in a couple hours. Their diagnosis and recommended repair was to replace my front driver side wheel hub and bearing and quoted me $1000. I didn't bother to ask for the itemized bill because $1000 seemed too high. I declined the repair and researched that the national average cost of this repair was $450. I decided to get a quote from 2 other places for the repair in Austin that gave me a quote around $460. The diagnosis was correct and I was able to get my car repaired at a different auto shop for half the price. Pros: - Professional, quick, and knowledgeable Cons: - Not transparent on repair recommendation cost (no itemization) - Overpriced

Super crazy horrible. I started up my truck after the basic oil change. It’s making all this noise (whoever parked it had to have heard it). I told your guys inside they went out and open the hood and there was oil everywhere oil all over my engine actual puddles in the low spots and on the belts. It had to of been almost a half a quart. They took it back and cleaned it up and then Raul tried to tell me it was something besides the oil on the belt that was making noise when the other guy from up front already told me that’s what it was. Got back in my truck and my doorhandles and steering wheel royally where they grabbed it with their oily hands. Terrible. Terrible experience. Or something simple like a basic oil change.

I called Lambs from a gas station 25 min until closing time on a Friday. Tire, completely flat and the fix it in a can didn't work. Brandon, the manager answered and then drove to the gas station, filled my tire enough to make it to the shop and alerted his guys that is be coming. With his finger in the hole in the tire, it barely got enough air. I drove straight to Lambs and the bay was ready for me. They're fixing the tire now. WOW and thank you is all I can say. Brandon and his guys helped me out where I'm not sure what would happen next. I can't thank them enough. On a Friday and at closing time. So much appreciation.

The team at Lamb’s has treated me and my car with care for several years. Today I took my car in to have a Low Tire warning checked out. They checked that tire—and the other three—and, fortunately, it was just low. Maybe because it’s 106º out? :-) Jeff took care of me and had the car back in just a few hours. When I picked it up, I went to pay and he told me there was no charge. Wow! That made my day and made my wallet happy. That kind of service and value is “per usual” for this shop. Thanks again, Jeff! And thanks for the times you’ve gotten me back on the road without hassles or headaches.

Came to this place on a Saturday morning after getting a flat tire the night before, and I needed an inspection as well. These guys made everything so easy for me- they suggested when I should come in in order to have the shortest wait time, and when I came in they got me squared away quickly. David is super nice here; he’s got great manners, even walking me out to my car and opening the door for me. Makes me happy to see that there’s still kind people out there who bring an outstanding level of customer service to those they work with! Will be coming here again in the future for tire needs.

I have enjoyed doing business with Lamb's in the past, but today was an exception. I took my car in to be inspected. They told me no problem. Leave it with them and it will be ready in an hour. Many, many hours later, I call to find out status on the work and they tell me 'Sorry. Our connection to the state's inspection system has been down since I left and they won't be able to inspect my car after all." That's not something that was in their control, but giving me a quick call hours ago to let me know was in their control. Sloppy work.

Got a basic oil change in Nov 2023. Good price, friendly sales staff, fast turnaround, but the technician got oil all over my car. Oil on the exterior door handle, dashboard, seat, arm rest, and tons of gritty black grime on my floor mat. Took me 2 hours to clean the mess up. Even left a dirty red oil towel on my floor for a nice gasoline aroma. I realize someone who does oil changes all day likely has some oil on them, but this was careless and disrespectful. Likely wont return.

Very pleasant. The person who assisted me was so detailed and helpful. He went above and beyond, even took pains to direct me to tax office where I went to do my license and tag swap. My first impression of Lamb's Tire & Automotive has not changed. They got every client covered depending on what your auto challenge is. They are very honest, competent, thorough, professional, respectful and cost effective. Their Customer service approach is top notch. I am stock with them !

They got me in right away. Gave me a realistic list of what needed to be done, and that it would take a while to do so. They also contacted me for approval when additional things needed to be taken care of. My car is 10 years old and has required very minimal maintenance, partially due to caring for things before it is an emergency. I was expecting additional items to be found and am glad they are being taken care of.

I’m so appreciative of Lamb’s Tire! I ended up on the side of the highway with 2 busted tires and my dog in the back seat having just finished a medical procedure at the vet. Had to be brought to lamb’s via tow truck. They ended up putting me ahead of others so we could be back on the road home with my super tired/woozy pup ASAP. She’s now home resting peacefully. I dropped off my Jeep for a tire fix. They quoted me a price and a pick up time, both of which were met. Then Lambs filled up the other 3 tires to match the same psi , yes I am a Dad. I'm going with 5 stars. It seems simple enough, but it's a detail which is super important that I didn't have to ask for. I'm confident I will be there for other automotive issues.

On a day like today starting with a flat tire on my wife’s new car, discovering that her car does not have a spare tire, not being able to find a working air pump, missing multiple meetings for work. The guy in the office, Brandon, was really funny and helpful. I would give it 5 stars for him. I only needed one tire but in the rim and put on truck. But, when I got my car back my rim was badly scratched. This is a new car and the rim was fine before I took it there. It’s not fixable and really obvious. It was disappointing.

These folks were super nice both on the phone and in person; and they explained my car’s issues thoroughly using words I could understand! Told them my car was overheating and leaking coolant. They diagnosed it and told me it would be $700 to change the radiator hoses. Wrong diagnosis and I had the hoses changed for $200. I’m sure they knew that wasn’t the source of the issues
