Bob the owner is very knowledgeable on wines. Wine tastings are a great night out, top quality wines to taste. I always enjoy these events. Do look out for wine tasting evenings next one 27th May 2023 tasting Italian wines with cheese and biscuits, cold meats. The shop sells wines from around the world plus beers and spirits definitely worth a visit.

I love this shop, Bob the owner is a friendly and happy man with a deep knowledge of wine which he is always happy to share with his customers. The well stocked shop has a wide variety of wines - and some spirits - to suit all pockets and tastes. He also does some rather fabulous wine tasting evenings, I thoroughly recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic. Didn’t realise it was there. But as I walked in I was welcomed by a gentleman who knew what he was talking about. Chose me a cote du rhone based on what I explained I liked and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definately be returning for every bottle of wine I want in the future.

Great find. The owner is both friendly and knowledgeable and able to suggest the best wine for any meal. Good selection of wines and spirits, many of which you will not find in any supermarket. There is also a good range of ales and ciders.

But disappointed, asked for recommendation and was recommended a very bland Malbec wine that also had bad reviews online which I found out after, not tried the second bottle yet but both were £3-5 more than elsewhere
