This is my second visit to Dr. Archers office since I started going there about a year ago. Both times were nothing short of a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming the first time I came, making sure everything was all squared away with my insurance and what not. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen for my appointment - always a plus! By the second time I came in, they knew me by name and made the experience even better. Mimi was the hygienist that did my cleanings both times, and she has been great! She took the time to be gentle and kind, explain every step along the way, and provide me with education based on my exams. Dr. Archer came in for the exams both times and is so friendly and quick! You are not in that chair for a long time, he is very thorough and Knowledgeable and speaks to you at a level that is understandable. I have always had some dental anxiety from past unprepared visits at other offices but between the front desk ladies, Mimi the hygienist, and Dr Archer, this has been a great experience so far and I’m excited to be back for future appointments. Bonus - a comfort dog named Gracie will hang out in your exam room if you let her! Thank you Dr Archer!

I was greeted as though I was a friend at the front desk. I was called into the examination room on time. I was introduced to Marissa, a recent addition to the LandMark team. She is every bit as professional a hygienist as I have encountered over the years. Her technique, while thorough, was fast. She made me feel comfortable during the process. As always, Dr. Archer was punctual. He was engaging and asked all the appropriate questions. I find my semi-annual visits to LandMark Dentistry to be enjoyable and instructive.

I just had my first visit here and it was such a great experience! My hygienist, Jennifer, was so kind and caring! I loved chatting with her during my visit. I felt so comfortable during my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Archer and the receptionists were also wonderful! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I loved the 80's music that played in the background. Meeting Gracie, the golden retriever, was the cherry on top! I look forward to making this my permanent dentist while living in Charlotte :)

Today’s experience was great. Beautifully clean office and environment. Staff was friendly and professional. Allie, my hygienist was very nice, always made sure I was comfortable as she performed exams, X-rays and cleaning. She explained why and answered questions. The Dentist Dr Nick was cool, he helped me understand what was happening in my mouth and why I needed the work forthcoming. It was 5 Stars all the way. Looking forward to my follow up work and getting my wife an appointment.

My first Visit at Landmark Dentistry was an amazing experience.It all began at the front with friendly greetings by front Desk and Gracie Dr archer’s Dog. My Hygienist was wonderful loved her personality and Dr Archer was fabulous too. I walked away satisfied with my the entire experience. I felt at ease when I sat in the dental chair. Everything was explained clearly, the staff member was very experienced and knowledgeable. Although the cleaning procedure was a bit long, I endured until the end with very little discomfort. It was a good thorough cleaning. The facility was clean and inviting. I was called back in a timely manner and overall it was a very good experience! I'll recommend LandMark Dentistry to my family and friends, thanks for a wonderful experience.

Let's be honest going to the dentist is NOT the most appealing thing a person wants to do right!? HOWEVER everytime I come to Landmark I feel comfortable, safe, no anxiety, welcomed and above all very well taken care of when it comes to my teeth! I would definitely recommend you to come here! They'll have you feeling like a new person with the "mother of pearl" teeth! Oh and their new digs (office) is SWANKY!

The entire staff at Landmark Dentistry was so welcoming and made me feel at ease for my root canal today. Dr. Archer and his assistant, Amanda, were such a great team during my procedure. They kept me comfortable and aware of what was happening. Going to the dentist is not my favorite place to go, but Landmark Dentistry is where I will remain for all of my dental needs. They truly value you as a patient!

I have had several appointments with Landmark dentistry. Each one gets better. They greet me by name when I come in the door. They are very friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have about your visit. They know what you were coming into have done, and review it with you before your treatment. If you need dental work done, I think this is the best dental office in the area.

The best dentist appointment I have had in a while. My dentist when I was a child retired recently and I have been to few dentists that turned out to be awful. Here everything was up front and honest I didn't feel like I was being cheated. I always saw the office as I was going in to Trader Joe's and when I had searching for a new dentist I remembered them and boy am I glad I did.

I love the care and kindness I receive from the time I enter the office. The staff are excellent, very friendly and always willing to help. From the time I first met Dr Archer, he has been nothing less of a treasure. My anxiety is really at a high level seeing a dentist.. He is very reassuring and makes sure I'm calm throughout my procedure. And I love seeing the dog.

Allie was an amazing Dental Hygienist. Even though I’m comfortable sitting in a dentist chair, she always made sure I was comfortable. They moved from their location down the street, so the new office is immaculate. And if you are lucky you will meet Gracie, she is the service pup of one of the clinical staff. Any pup that is an employee is a place I want to go!

I truly enjoy the great team of folks that work at LandMark Dentistry Mallard Creek. I have been going there for almost 40 years now! Dr Archer is awesome and so knowledgeable. And his staff of young ladies are also so friendly and very good at what they do! They truly have become like family to me and I enjoy my visits there!

Friendliest staff. I didn’t have to see the dentist (Dr Archer) this time. However his staff is not only friendly but explains things comprehensively. Things they were not sure of( finances because of my choice of procedure, order of procedures), they checked with him to be sure I would be satisfied. I am more than satisfied.

I had a great experience here! I can't remember my hygienist' name but she was great! Very friendly, professional and great conversations. They took care of me and my teeth. Gave me recommendations. As a new patient, I had the option to choose between $25 or an electric toothbrush. Guess what I choose!

I recently had to have some restorative work done and I have to say a big Thank you to Dr. Archer who took very good care of my situation! He was very attentive to my condition and did a fantastic job of explaining what he did and post care treatment. I will make Landmark Dentistry my go to dentist!!!
