VERY VERY over priced. I gave 3 stars because the young African American girl (she seemed fairly new) was so sweet and patient. She was generous with her time and talked to me regarding aspects of multiple of bras (I was looking for Christmas gifts for my daughters) The older woman working with her that day was impatient and borderline rude. This Castleton square store was stocked with A LOT of stuff to purchase for Christmas. But return policies at this Lane Bryant did nothing to rival online Christmas return policies offered by many other online companies. Some online companies (not Lane Bryant) offer a return by date of January 31. This would have been helpful since the prices are so high.

I need all new bras. Employees were more interested and on the phone--- in why they Didn't get shopping points on their profile than helping me find the right size bra. This was the conversation as I waited and looked. After I asked to be fitted, the lady left and rejoined the conversation with the other lady about the points. I had to ask if it would be better to order given my size. She said yes. I wish she had told me that after she measured me, but since they were so focused on why they didn't get their points, I was ignored. Very Agitated at this point. I left... My time wouldn't have been wasted looking a size I had to order...

Sadly, display placement is more important than customer service. Also, do try to be a savvy customer and check the website and store for sales, management will not actively listen to you when there are no customers in the store to ensure you find the better deal in-store vs online. Lastly, management is more interested in helping new employees learn employee discounts vs efficiently ring up customers to move flow of traffic (previously witnessed issue). Washington St. Store in Indianapolis customer service and Edinburgh Outlet location rocks in comparison to this location.

I had such a great experience at this store. The entire staff greeted me upon entering the store, and there was a nice selection of intimate apparel to choose from. Mrs. Angie took such great care of me! She helped me find the perfect everyday bra, and the service was very professional and warm. I’ll definitely be a returning customer of this location. Thank you again Mrs. Angie for being so nice and welcoming to me☺️

To be honest I thought they would have better clothing for plus size people but their clothing sucked and it was out of fashion at least at this store. Most of the dresses for women had to be tied in the back like if I was 5 years old, not elegant. Its like they make whatever and expect u to wear it because you are plus size. Did not have a good experience with the apparel however costumer service was friendly.

I ordered two items, and did the ship to store option. I went to pick them up, I had a good experience. The associate said I could use a 50% any regular priced item. So. I picked something out. I went back to exchange it for something else, and the associate that was there would let me use the 50% off the item I wanted to get even though it was regular price, so I didn’t get it.

I absolutely love this location. Susan is a light to see every time I walk in the store. She's so sweet and so nice always had great advice. Will always come back to this location because of her.
