Excellent customer service, very refreshing to get such good customer service. Good quality products, no hassle, help only when required, very good product knowledge. I would highly recommend this store. We took delivery of the leather sofa we ordered today, the quality is A1, the product was excellently packaged, the sofa was put in the position we required, and the electric recliners tested, advise given on cleaning, honestly could not be happier.

Absolutely faultless from sale to delivery. I could not recommend a store more enthusiastically than this store. From placing my order - when I was given a clear expectation of anticipated manufacturing time - to the courtesy that was given to arrange the delivery date - this store was wonderful. The gentlemen that delivered my suite, were polite, thorough and followed my requests exactly. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We did all the large furniture stores with the sales people. Then by chance when passing nipped into the (old people) shop. What a pleasant surprise, we were left to look around after the welcoming hello & when we needed some help got the information we asked for. Returned a couple of weeks later, got the same & purchased our furniture. Delivered promptly & excellent service.

Really nice to have a good experience when buying furniture bedding etc, knowledgeable sales people helpful but not pushy, brought a table and bed delivered and erected all packaging taken away absolutely 5 Star shopping experience.

We have used Langtons for years and will keep returning as they go 'above and beyond' with their service. Everyone is so helpful, what they sell is excellent value and their after sales service is beyond compare.

Sunday 19th February 2017. Went to Langtons furniture shop about 1.30pm and it was closed. Website says open 10.30-4.30 on a sunday. What happened !!! Explanation please
