If you are a new customer (and not regular agent) please beware before the payment for an advertisement. I did the payment and send a payment confirmation with their reference number but they told me that they did not receive the payment. I have to send a copy of my bank account details to show the reduction of the funds. What a trouble, and time waiting process!! It took one week and the advertisement was down. I had to communicate through over 10 emails. If I did not pay this much attention, I am sure I will lose my money. Finally, I have to remind them of the possible police complaint for fraud. The advertisement appeared live after one week of payment. Terrible time-wasting customer care!!

The website is the worst I've ever come across. It deceives clients by advertising false packages, all aimed at just collecting money. If you're considering placing ads on this site, think again – it's a waste of money. Please beware of the individuals who call from this site, urging you to upgrade your package; they're nothing but liars and money collectors. The whole experience is frustrating and disappointing. There is a serious need for improvement in their practices

Poor after sales support. Upon paying for a membership online, I was not allowed to post any new advertisements. The messaging platform they have for issue resolution can take up to 7 days before they reply. The phone numbers for the company does not seem to work and there's no way to resolve an issue in a hurry.

I paid full amount and share my details by email and no confirmation received. Then, I got a WhatsApp number to share my details. Still my post is not published. They say "Have already done the activation" but my add is not visible. Poor customer support. Be careful when you do the payments.

The people of this property web find our numbers and call me and give me a lot of trouble..They call me every week for more than a month...They always call me to tell me not to take calls..It's a lot of trouble...I don't even want to sell a property like this. Others.

Does not deliver as promised. Tried this service twice. and both the times it did not get published as they say. after spending 25000 per month i only got 07 leads, out of which only 2 actually called. I was able to sell the property on facebook marketplace.

Super web spece for to our requirement compare to other web sites...there are some difficultes during posting advertisment i think web site will be devoloped in future..overall this is the best...most of the people visited to this site....

If you are selling a property in Kandy, down South or Colombo it may be worthwhile. Other places just look for a local broker. I wasted money on an ad on this site for 3 months and not a single lead called, messaged or nothing.

the website is very slow and search commands dont function......I was searching for Col. 5 commercial properties....once the page is loaded initially and you type in Col. 5 or commercial properties...it doesnt function....

Don't post any ads through their sites i published two times but i didnt get single reply and they are publishing our ads from 3rd page. Don't waste your money to these fools. 2023.09.22

This site charges insanely high price for property advertisement. They charge separate for boosting, social media marketing, I would think this should anyway include for initial amount.

No way to edit your posting after making the payment. No response from the staff to inquiry about how to edit the posting. The post is not visible on Myaccount page.
