Bought a bouquet of flowers for Eid celebration today and was totally disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and rude staff. I asked for a couple of roses and gerbers for a £12- £15 arrangement and the lady proceeded with telling me that the roses alone were £3.50 each which is fine but her tone and manner of speaking was condescending. When I said that the extra cost was fine, she disappeared from sight and I had to call out "excuse me" 5 times before someone appeared to request what colours I wanted. The second lady then told me that the bouquet would not include roses for that price but I had already agreed the £15 cost so this was a rude and unnecessary comment. I then requested the flowers to be in water but she said that was not possible because of the size and when asked for a bag she said cost would be £2.50 extra which is normally included when you buy from a florist! I asked for a card and stick to place in the bouquet and that was an additional cost too! I could have bought a larger bouquet from a supermarket so not value for money. Left quite upset at the start of a special day. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

I can't express how grateful I am to the flower shop for making my proposal to my fiancé's hand so incredibly special. The flowers played a crucial role in setting the perfect atmosphere for this momentous occasion. I selected a stunning sunflower bouquet for her stepmother, and a delicate pink flower arrangement for her mother. The vibrancy of the sunflowers and the elegance of the pink flowers perfectly represented the love and respect I have for their roles in her life. What truly amazed me was the swift service provided by the flower shop. I placed my order just a day before the proposal, and to my surprise, everything was ready on time the next day. The centerpiece of it all was a massive bunch of white roses that took our breath away. The beautiful flowers not only added charm to the proposal but also conveyed my feelings in a way words couldn't. Thank you for being an essential part of this special day and for your outstanding service!

Highly recommend. I use Lansdales because their flower lasts so much longer than anywhere else. I knew I would be using them to do my wedding flowers. Mike and Julie did my flowers and took my order, they made everything so easy. I gave them a theme and left it up to the preoffesionals, I was so glad that I did. It looked even more magical in real life, the details they added really made a statement. They did my bride bouquet, button holes, bridesmaids bouquet, flower girl headdress, flower girl bouquet, table arrangements, dining table arrangements, top table arrangement and other decorative items. I have had so mamy compliments and haven't seen anything that got desingend for me online anywhere else, completely custom made/ unique Thank you so much Mike, and evryone at Lansdales and Doris. I can’t give no stars on review page so it one star. Shop does not take debit cards unless it’s a contactless debit card stating it’s company policy. Rude woman demanding I must use my contactless card. I left the shop purchase a card and flowers (£70) and arranged a monthly order (£80) for local centre from another local store who were glad of the business and my money in any legal form. I told them about the what happened in the other Lansdale they laughed and said their lost is our gain. Too right it was! You would think they are the only flower shop in south London and in times like this they could have a policy that limits how customers pay. The shop is hardly ever busy and refuse legal payment is laughable. Plus Staff are rude!!!

My partner ordered me flowers from there and they have arrived today. They are one of the cheapest, tackiest arrangements I’ve ever seen and I love flowers and have never had a problem before now.. they came in a very cheap looking basket, in a very cheap plastic pot and the red roses are absolutely tiny. My partner had paid to have a message in a card attached but I opened it up and it says ‘no card message given’ written in the card. If there’s no message in the card, why have they bothered to put a card with the flowers?! I was absolutely astounded when he said it cost £30 as a £5 bouquet from Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s is so much better, I was actually gobsmacked. Massive rip off and will not be using them again, appalling quality.

The staff are very friendly, however, I can’t give more than 3 stars as I was not happy with my bouquet. Having described what I’d like, I felt as though the arrangement didn’t meet my expectations. Most importantly, most flowers were already fully bloomed or even already dying. Thus, after only 2 days, the bouquet is almost dead. For £40, I would’ve been better off with a premium quality supermarket bouquet. Unfortunately wouldn’t return.

Great florist, literally round the corner from Morden tube station. Very nice selection of flowers. Make sure to ask for what you want, they have many more options not visible in store. Wonderful morning visit to buy ad-hoc flowers for my wife's birthday. Able to accommodate at short notice. Will definitely visit again for Valentine's as well as future floral needs.

I ordered a Posy from Lansdales as a floral tribute for a funeral. I was more than pleased with the Posy, it was beautiful. Flowers were fresh and the arrangement was superb. It was also very reasonably priced and was larger than I had expected! I would highly recommend this local florist, they always have lovely flowers and provide a very good customer service.

Reasonable prices. They prepared a bouquet with a large variety of beautiful and fresh flowers. I found the final result a bit "classic" or oldfashion to my standards but this can be my problem. Obviously you can give guidelines and I didn't . With more creative construction I would give 4 or 5 stars. They accept cards.

I recently ordered a bouquet for my sisters wedding and they did a great job, it wasn't so expensive and it looked lovely. They were very good in offering different choices and price comparisons. The flowers were beautiful and they also did button holes. I found them very good, would definitely recommend.

I received these as a gift, the delivery driver was very friendly, flowers beautiful, fresh and well presented. They came with care instructions and I found out they were purchased and delivered the same morning. Thanks very much I will definitely recommend and use this florist for future occasions.

Ordered wreath of light pink & white flowers which I specifically asked Should be freesia which assistant promised to include. This combination was ignored and was predominantly mid to dark pink with no freesia!!! Not happy with service and very disappointed!!!!!!

We ordered a posey and 'NAN' wreath for a funeral. They took the order and payment over the phone and sent to undertakers on time. The quality of the flowers were wonderful. Looked amazing today. Thank you so much. My family all said Nan would of loved them.

Amazing Florists, value for money and great customer service. Once I needed a wreath and the lady offered one of their designs and it was so amazing that at the funeral it made an impact. I always go there if I need something special.

Not willing to provide wild flowers for wedding, was told the owner refuses to offer them which seems strange for a florist! Called ahead to book appointment and wasn't informed of this so a complete waste of time!
