Dieses Rent a Car hatte ich eigentlich ausgewählt durch die 100% positiven Bewertungen auf Google. Meine Erfahrung war jedoch ganz gegenteilig.... Nachdem ich online ein Auto reserviert hatte, hatte ich einige Tage später die Nachricht von einem Mitarbeiter bekommen, dass sie nicht sicher seien, ob ich überhaupt die Chance hätte, ein Auto zu bekommen, was mich bereits skeptisch gestimmt hat. Nach einigem hin und her schreiben, hat er mir ein Auto garantiert und die Adresse des Unternehmens geschickt. Ich habe als Abholort die Nähe des Flughafens reserviert, worauf kurz davor die Benachrichtigung kam, dass dies doch nicht möglich sei.. demzufolge musste ich mit dem Taxi zu dem Büro fahren. Die nächste Überraschung war, dass ich vor dem am helligten Tag geschlossenen Büro stand, obwohl auf der Webseite "rund um die Uhr geöffnet" steht. Dort mussten wir darauf über eine Stunde darauf warten bis der Autovermieter vorbeikommt und uns endlich einen Wagen übergibt. Nun.. der Wagen hatte bereits über 320.000 km hinter sich, zudem war die Motorkontrollleuchte sowie weitere Warnleuchten an. Er hatte uns darauf beruhigt, dass dies kein Problem sei und wir bedenkenlos fahren können. Am dritten Tag fuhren wir zum Petra tou Romiou, eine halbe Stunde nach unserer Besichtigung wollten wir darauf weiter fahren, jedoch sprang unser Wagen nicht mehr an.. als wir versuchten beim Unternehmen anzurufen wurde unser Anruf abgelehnt, nach weiterer hin und her- Schreiberei hatte der Autoverkäufer uns unterstellt, den falschen Sprit getankt zu haben, obwohl wir bis dato nichts getankt hatten. Zudem muss ich erwähnen, dass er nicht einen Moment irgendwie versucht hatte uns zu helfen oder geschweige denn einen Ersatzwagen zu liefern. Er hatte die ganze Zeit nur versucht die Mängel vom Auto auf uns zu schieben, wahrscheinlich um uns das von der Kaution abziehen zu können. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir mit dem Taxi nach Larnaka gefahren, da wir sehr früh unseren Rückflug hatten. Danach kam der Knaller.. Wo wir bereits in Deutschland waren, hat der Autovermieter von uns verlangt, Bilder von unseren Flugtickets zu schicken. Denn er hatte uns unterstellt, dass wir absichtlich das Auto an diesem Ort stehen gelassen hatten, wo der Wagen endgültig nicht mehr ansprang, um schließlich von einem anderen Flughafen abzuhauen. Im großen und ganzen hat diese Autovermietung uns unseren Kurzurlaub ruiniert! Es gibt noch weitere negative Erfahrungen mit diesem Vermieter, diese Rezension ist aber lang genug. Nun könnt ihr euch selber ein Bild machen, ob diese ganzen 5 Sterne Bewertungen..............?? Ich melde mich wieder.....5 Woche nach Auto Vermietung hat abgezogen 395€ von Kaution natürlich OHNE GRUND. Ich war schon bei Rechsanwalt....bis nächstes Mal

The car they gave us, despite having clocked a significant 92,500 kilometers, was in a less than desirable condition. The inside of the car was unclean, and to our utter disbelief, it still contained trash left behind by the previous renters. This showed a lack of meticulousness in their cleaning procedures, raising questions about their customer service. The air conditioning stopped functioning on the second day, making the inside of the car unbearably hot. To cope, we had to roll down the windows, which severely affected our in-car comfort. This wasn't what I anticipated when I paid 341 Euro for a 5-day rental. Regarding the young driver's fee of 54 Euro, I was aware of it and agreed to pay. However, what caused the dissatisfaction was the 20-minute wait for the receipt of this fee. On top of this, having mismatched tires with the front ones from a Chinese company Farroad and the rear ones from a reputable brand Michelin, was quite unsettling. It raised safety concerns and made me question the company's integrity when it comes to ensuring vehicle safety for their customers. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, we were left in the heat for 25 minutes due to a delay we were not informed about. The situation was exacerbated by a staff member who responded in a rather rude and unprofessional manner to the issues we raised. For added proof, I'm attaching screenshots from a video taken during the car inspection. I won't be using this car rental service again in the future and cautiously recommend others to consider other potential options before choosing this service.

Car rental online was easy enough and communication with the office was good. They were responsive and willing to help through several extensions. Their cost was slightly lower than other companies, so I accepted the fact that the car I've received was rather old and had several minor faults and many dents on the outside. It didn't bother me at the time and they were nice. We ended up extending for an entire month. Upon returning the car, we realised that unknowingly we had a very minor new dent in the back. Nothing even remotely close to the other major cosmetic flaws that the car had. I've accepted responsibility and was told that I'll be charged according to the body shop's estimate. I was eventually outrageously charged 212 euros: 140 for the tiny dent, 20 for admin fees and 22 more for rental loss (when the car had to go through serious cosmetic repair as is). VAT was added to all that. I've asked to see the original quote from the body shop but didn't get it. This was extremely disappointing after the decent care I've received from them and after I've let go of many flaws the car had. It felt like they were trying to make another buck since they knew they had my deposit and there was nothing I could do about it. Will not work with them again.

Arrived to pick up the car and found the manner of the person dealing with me to be quite blunt, abrupt and lacking in any friendly or warm communication. The car itself was scratched all over on the exterior, and I ended up taking about 20 pictures to verify which scratches were preexisting before leaving. Had to manually open the car door as the battery for the key had gone flat. When I turned the key in the ignition for the first time, "Engine Failure, Repair Needed", flashed up - a great start to the day. Was advised that this wasn't an issue and the car worked fine. Then had a challenge getting the car out of the confined space between a wall and a pole, which clearly has proven difficult for many to negotiate given the chunks that are missing from it! I will admit not encountering issues whilst driving it, however, the sound of scraping metal whilst starting off or changing gears from 1st to 2nd did not inspire me with confidence. In spite of these issues, the car gave me no issues whilst driving it around Cyprus, however, it did give me cause for concern when the warning lights kept coming up.

Cualquier persona que conozca Chipre sabe que necesitas un coche para poder disfrutar de la isla al máximo. El transporte público es muy limitado y no te permitirá exprimir la experiencia como es debido. Yo elegí Larnaca Car Hire, y si tuviera que resumirlo en una palabra, sería "excelente". Desde mi punto de vista, la relación calidad-precio es insuperable, teniendo en cuenta lo atentos que fueron y lo sencillo que resultó todo. Alquilé un coche dos días antes de mi llegada a Chipre, y al llegar ya lo tenían todo preparado para mi. La contratación fue muy sencilla, y en cuestión de minutos ya había firmado el contrato de alquiler con toda la documentación en mi correo electrónico. El coche era magnífico, automático y prácticamente nuevo (creo que tenía 18.000km, no recuerdo exactamente, pero muy pocos!) bonito, con muchas comodidades como pantalla, bluetooth, Android Auto, etc. Una auténtica gozada disfrutar de él durante 8 días. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

I have rented a car for 3 days in this company. I was bribed by the cheap rental price. The car was very. It had traveled over 300,000 kilometers. The steering wheel made strange clicks. I`m not sure, that it was safe to drive this car. The rear windows went down but didn't go up. During the night, the car's alarm went off intermittently. When I returned the car, another surprise awaited me. The company refused to return the deposit because they found scratches on the bumper. As a result, after lengthy negotiations, I was charged 300 euros for this damage, despite the fact that the car was insured. In the end they just stopped answering me. When I visit Cyprus next time, I will definitely contact the police about the fraud. If you don`t want to have problems, never use this company.

Hab mir spontan ein Auto dort geliehen. Knackpunkt war: möglichst billig und ich hab nur ne prepaid Kreditkarte… Prepaid war gar kein Problem, es wurden einfach 500€ Kaution von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Für 30€ pro Tag haben wir dann ne alte Schüssel (250tkm) bekommen. Das Auto war durchaus gebraucht, aber dafür war es billig! Wir waren etwas in Sorge, weil das Auto schon bei der Übergabe nur aus Kratzern und Dellen bestand, aber der Vermieter kennt seinen Bestand! Bei der Rückgabe kurz einmal rum gegangen, und die Kaution gabs zurück. Hier würde auch nicht versucht Kratzer zu finden um Geld zu machen. Wer mehr Geld in die Hand nimmt, bekommt aber anscheinend auch mehr

Зашел спросить насчёт аренды авто, жил не далеко. Джорд - очень доброжелатеельный хозяин, предложил несколько вариантов. В итоге сразу договорились за сумму не хуже чем на сайтах агрегаторов. Так же я брал детское кресло и бустер для двоих детей - на это тоже была значительная скидка. Машину подготовили за 20 минут, договорились на депозит, который я оставил наличкой. Само авто отличное, по ходовым, салону, кондиционеру без нареканий. Резина, правда, немного лысовата, но это не было проблемой - все дороги на острове в порядке и додждей не было. Приём авто так же без нареканий. По следующему прилёту скорее всего обращусь ещё раз. Советую.

And he gave a excellent service and very help full and even helped me find my hotel as l followed him until l got to the hotel. The ford focus estate was a very good car . Clean and drove really well and was perfect for my family with the prams. Just wanted to say thanks to larnaca car hire for makeing this proses very easy and no waiting around . Так і не вдалося взяти тут авто. При бронюванні на сайті виявилось, що не можна сплатили банківською карткою, лише Pay Pal. Прийшла у офіс, де повідомили, що страховки жодної у них немає (хоча на сайті 2 види страхування). І якщо щось станеться, наприклад, спустить шина, гроші будуть вирахувані с вашого завдатку (500 евро). Я не ризикнула брати авто без страхування. І звісно, машини у наявності на сайті не збігаються з тими що запропонували в офісі. Лише дарма витратила час на заповнення анкети на сайті та дорогу до офісу.

Very nice guy! Alex was super chilled and friendly. He checked the car upon check in together with me but was only looking for big issues, not the scratches. Loved his attitude. We asked for a drop off at ECN Airport (Northern Cyprus), but that was not possible. Instead he offered to drive us himself at 7:30am for a very reasonable fee. Would recommend anyone to rent your car here.

Honestly it was the best experience yet with car rental, easy pick up easy drop off clear explanations. I even had an issue (forgot something in the car after drop off and the car was already in the carwash) and they were really helpful and I finally got my item back. Very descent company. Alex, informed me that the car i booked was late and offered to get an upgraded car instead the day after. I took what they have on hand and drove to Paphos as this was our trip plan. The day after he delivered the upgraded car in Paphos and got the 1st car i took. That is a good service.

Hired car here in April 2019 and it was smoothless experience with perfect communication with the company. Debit card was enough for blocking the deposit and the deposit was returned within a few days after the car was returned. If every car hire experience would be as this one, world would be a better place.
