This is going to be a little longer, but I want to explain what service I received from larson: I was looking for an engagement ring. I am very specific about what I wanted, and wanted to design my own. I talked with and visited about 40 jewelers who promised me all sorts of things. Alex from Larson always had that extra bit of knowledge he shared with me and the realism to not promise me the world about this ring... Alex straight up told me that some things couldn’t be done the way I had imagined, and he explained with expertise and examples. He went into amazing detail of why I should consider this or that. His suggestions made the ring better. I had researched for months and what he told me was never wrong. With other jewelers, I could tell that they were promising more than what was possible in order to close a sale. Alex made me multiple designs, we had multiple meetings and even though I was possibly the most difficult customer ever, Alex had complete patience with me, explaining every step along the way. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, and I'm sure other jewellers are as well, but the time he took to make sure he knew what I wanted (and I knew what I was getting) was fantastic. The engagement ring turned out amazing, and we went back to Larson for our wedding rings. Again, I compared and checked jewellers (I wanted to go with Larson but wanted to be thorough). There were offers that were cheaper, but the other jewelleries always seemed to "not include" something, or seemed to forget to mention this "extra cost". On closer inspection, Larsen is very reasonably priced for the product, but the service you receive is truly special. We then made our own rings with larson (literally you can do that with a jeweller in a day) and again Alex went beyond my already high expectations. I referred a friend to Larson (after I went with him to about 12 other jewelers in Melbourne) and he confirms my impression. Larson, but especially Alex, is a solid jeweller with prices that are fair and you will get the end product you are hoping for. There are no ugly surprises and their professionalism and standard of work is exceptional. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you Alex!

I searched everywhere for the perfect wedding ring to suit and fit my trilogy engagement ring. While everywhere else (including where my engagement ring was made, just across the other side of the mall..) completely disregarded what I was after, Larsen were so accommodating. They had a large range of absolutely beautiful rings, completely customisable, to the point where they even had my engagement ring for a few days to ensure the rings fit together perfectly. I dealt with Elissa, and she made the experience just perfect. I can be so indecisive and she spent as much time with me as I needed, showed me everything, even coloured in rings with a gold pen to show me how it would look with white claws on the yellow gold ring. And never once was she impatient or anything other than lovely. (She has also completed her trade in jewellery making and worked as a jeweller herself which was a big plus). And the price of the perfectly customised ring was cheaper than a stock standard, similar design but not perfectly fit, lower quality, ring off the shelf at a chain store. My now husband even purchased his wedding band from Larsen. Could not give a higher recommendation - absolutely perfect service. Thank you Elissa and Larsen Jewellery!

Larsen Jewellery really are an incredible group. From the moment I contacted them asking for help to design the perfect engagement ring for my partner, Jacinta and the team were at the top of their game. Jacinta had the perfect plan for the ring, with timelines and explanations of how the ring would be created (these were sent to me within a day of asking). The consultation was also seamless - a couple of quick visits and a few emails to clarify design details, and the production process was then under way! The ring itself is of exceptional quality - considering the level of detail required, Jacinta and the team really outdid themselves to bring the ring to life! My partner was extremely happy with the results, too, so we're very grateful to Larsen for such a superb job. As an added bonus, Larsen are also very socially-conscious, working alongside a number of charities and maintaining a small carbon footprint. 10/10 Experience, would definitely recommend!

I looked at and spoke with a few ring shops initially, to get an idea of what the process of buying or making a ring was like. By far, Larsen provided the best service. From the first day I walked in, Fleur and her colleagues had prepared the gems I wanted to look at and ran me through the basics. She was extremely patient with all my questions and queries throughout the entire process. I wanted to create a unique bespoke piece of jewellery and Fleur was a delight to creatively chat with and sketch and figure out what it is, and why I wanted, certain design elements. The whole process was informative, creative and fulfilling. The ring is a spectacular piece and Fleur was also budget conscious when it came down to the numbers and how best to wrangle it within my budget. Cannot recommend Fleur and the entire team at Larsen enough.

I adore working with Larsen Jewellery! My engagement ring was designed here (Melbourne store) back in 2021, and so it made perfect sense to come back for the wedding band in 2023! Ben at the Brisbane store was such a dream to work with. We coordinated remotely as we were flying into Brisbane (only a week out) for the wedding. The team, luckily, were able to begin working on the design remotely and used the final week before the wedding to finish off the fitting so that I had my band right on time. Their professional advise and manner is always exceptional. They always leave a lot of room for creativity and unique finishes, while ensuring durability and exceptional quality. 10 years ago my husband and I made our wedding rings at Larsen Jewellers. They were so friendly and approachable, helped with the design and did an amazing job. They offered us free annual polishes of the rings too. So I've been going back there regularly and they are always super friendly. This year we made a new ring to celebrate the 10 year anniversary and it was very beautifully engraved. They really help make the occasion feel special with their fantastic customer service. My husband also needed his ring resized (made smaller) and they did a wonderful job explaining how it would be done, what the risks were etc. When we decided to go ahead anyway, they managed to resize it really well and with almost no damage to the design. They are excellent craftsmen. :) Can definitely recommend.

Working with Larsen on an engagement ring was an absolute pleasure and I couldn't be happier with the end result (pictured). Fleur in Melbourne was honestly incredible. She guided me through the whole process from start to finish and made me feel at ease throughout. My endless questions were always answered and I felt like a valued customer at every step of the process. On top of that, the quality of Larsen's custom creation was fantastic. Rod did a great job working with my own personal stone and the ring turned out perfect. I visited several jewelers in Melbourne looking for one that would set my stone into a ring and none provided an experience or guarantee to quality like Larsen. The wife and I needed our wedding re sized so we reached out to Rod at Larsen Jewellery and he took care of the rest for us. Rod provided us with expert advice on the best way to get our wedding rings back on to our fingers, the rings we re-sized, cleaned and made ready for us to collect within a week and a half which was about a week ahead of schedule. Whilst we visited their showroom we also purchased an eternity ring too, the quality of their workmanship, and product itself is second to none and i would recommend them to anyone. As an FYI, we originally participated in the Make and Design your own ring process where we spent the day at Larsen Jewellery craft out our own wedding rings under the guidance and tutelage of Rod way back in 2011 and nit was a fantastic experience too.

Larsens is a bespoke family run jeweller nestled within the old GPO building. If you’re looking for a unique and handcrafted product, at a honest and sensible price point, you should check this place out. We worked with Jacinta through the design phase for both engagement and wedding rings to produce something that matched our taste, working off similar designs. The result - in both cases - were truely exceptional pieces that were truely unique. Highly recommend! What was also a little bit of fun about their process, for engagement rings especially, was starting with the process of picking “the rock” amongst a trove of specimens presented based on our price and quality requirements, before considering the ring to match it with.

Fleur from Larsen is amazing! My partner and I visited Fleur to pick an engagement ring for me and I was initially feeling overwhelmed at how many options there were and I wasn’t sure how I would ever settle on one. Fleur had such a great systematic way to help me narrow down which ring I wanted. She even made suggestions for how I could pair a wedding ring with the ring I ended up choosing. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable! We still talk about how fun the experience of choosing a ring was. Fleur was so professional but approachable and maintained communication throughout the entire process. We will be back to purchase our wedding rings and any other jewelry we may want in the future. We went to Larsen to design my dream engagement ring and were so impressed with the amazing service! Communication during the design process was above and beyond, the designing itself was so personal. We sat down in person and Fleur drew up exactly what I'd envisioned, perfecting every little detail. We gave them our budget and what we'd hoped to create and they worked out how to get us our dream within our price range, we were so thrilled. We came back a year or so later to create a bespoke wedding band and it couldn't have been more perfect, it matched the detail of the engagement ring perfectly and the pair look stunning together. My partner and I visited a number of jewellers when looking for my wedding ring, and right from the first visit the service at Larsen's was exceptional. Jacinta at Larsen designed the most beautiful and unique ring for me made up of some of my diamonds, and both my grandmothers stones from their wedding and engagement rings. I now have a ring which i can wear everyday rather than the stones and old rings sitting in my drawer. She went through in such detail with me about what i wanted, and made changes and suggestions as we stepped through the project - she is incredibly talented. So happy with the final product. This is my 3rd ring designed by Larsen, their whole process is so professional and the final products are incredible.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Larsen Jewellery. I had some old family gold melted down which I wanted to make into a special piece. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, and Rod suggested a bangle using an original design of his. Not only was the piece finished ahead of schedule, it is stunning. I had a sapphire ring that I hadn’t worn for a long time and decided I would find out if I could get it re-designed into another piece of jewellery. Originally I thought a necklace however landed on some earrings after Jacinta was able to create a design that utilised all the stones in my ring and find a matching sapphire. The result was amazing!
