I picked this office after reading the reviews and the compliments of the office staff. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was far from the praise of the reviews I read. I called to make an appointment for one of our employees who had a terrible toothache and I was hoping to get him seen in an emergent aspect. Angie, who answer the phone, in the beginning was very accommodating, I explained the situation, advised he did have insurance, and gave her the number to call to verify eligibility. Angie phoned me back, explained that the insurance company was not showing that our employee had coverage. I then called the insurance company myself, verified coverage, and asked the representative from the insurance company to do a conference call with me to the dental so that we could verify coverage and eligibility. The representative from the insurance company did just that, Angie got on the phone with both of us, was very rude and arrogant to the representative from the insurance company. At one point the representative from the insurance company had to ask Angie to stop yelling. We did eventually get the insurance verified, and our employee did get taken care of. However, this morning, when we talked to him about his experience, he had complaints regarding the office staff as well. Disappointed and in disbelief of the treatment received just to try to get the visit covered by our employees dental insurance.

I went in with a cracked molar that really needed to be pulled in my opinion, and I wanted an extraction and an implant. The doctor ignored what I wanted and stated that “we’re doing a crown” on a tooth that two dentist have told me that I needed a root canal on 10, and 20 years ago respectively. After the preparation of the tooth it felt so poorly that I canceled the crown, and scheduled an extraction. The doctor came in “I really think you’re being aggressive “ and threw a big fit about pulling my tooth again. I reluctantly relented, re-scheduled, and went in for the crown. Two weeks of pain went by, and then they told me that they had to do a root canal(which I already told them). Then I had another week of discomfort and they said it was an adjustment that needed to be made. Now, the tooth is still sensitive. One of the ways they discouraged me from getting an implant was “that will cost $3000!”, we’ll, I knew that, but here we are $2500 into it, and when I go to my new dentist to have him finish this cluster%#+*, it will be well over the $3000 mark. Thanks, Las Vegas Dental Group, but no thanks. One more thing: the keep bothering me about the “scheduled work” I guess referring to them running by my chair and saying “$19,000”. I received no itemized estimate on the dental work that I wanted. What a joke!

Very disappointed with the service I was provided. I originally went into this office based on their high rating on google to get a cleaning and general check up. Prior to this I had no pain or issues but hadn’t been to a dentist since the pandemic kicked off so I figured I’d go maintain my teeth. After initial inspection and cleaning I was told I had 2 cavities that needed to be filled. I proceeded to schedule an appointment for later that week to get them filled. After getting them filled I was told to wait 2 weeks and if I was still in any pain to call them and schedule a adjustment which I waited 3 weeks to do. After the first adjustment I was told to give it a week or so. I waited a month and still in pain where they drilled out the cavities so I scheduled another appointment. They did another “adjustment” and again I’m still in pain. It has now been 6 months since my initial appointment and my teeth still hurt as well as I can’t drink or eat anything that isn’t room temperature without extreme pain. Hopefully I can visit another practice to get this resolved properly.

Great dental office when I first started coming here a few years ago. Then overtime it seems like the customer service became very average. What took me from 5 stars to 2 stars was my last experience when I came in for a full service (cleaning, xray, exam) and I had a $100 service voucher. Long story short, when I paid for my services cash, I noticed my bill was upped $100 because I had a $100 voucher which they had sent me to my email. When I asked if they raised their prices for cash pay, I was told "Oh no, next time you come in it will be less" .. like what does that even mean? She didn't elaborate any more on it and I wasn't going to make a scene. Never in the years that I had been going to get my teeth cleaned here, have I seen this price for full service. Sounds like they definitely up sold me because of a coupon I used so they can keep their regular profit margin and make the customer feel as if they saved. Funny thing is, I only did a full service because of the coupon, only needed a cleaning. Beware of this tactic!

I'm so very pleased to find a permanent place to continue going to for all my future regular cleanings. Dr. Mark & Dr. Dean are so very kind and I've never experienced anyone to possibly be more gentle and quick with my teeth cleanings. They made sure to ask if I had any questions and were very informative. I've been to two other dental offices in my life in Las Vegas and have experienced regular cleanings that were rough and felt almost aggressive. I took a 2 year break due to being in the middle of moving states and change of insurances. I realized I grew accustomed to other dentists rough handling, thinking that was just normal. I'm glad I found this location and I have my husband going here too. The office is like other reviewers have said, immaculate. The other members of this group were all also very professional and extremely organized. I can't thank this wonderful team enough!

The first person I saw was Gabrielle she was amazing. Next I had my x-rays and I liked how there a learning office so they were teaching two of the other girls and the office that were new how to do the x-rays. I had no issues with them learning with me. Then I saw Dr. Uy. She was amazing. I love how she took the time to explain the procedure in great detail. The dental hygienist who clean my teeth was also extremely detailed and what she was doing. Because I haven't been to a dentist in years. The cleaning was thorough and she took the time to make sure I was okay throughout the entire procedure. Then I went back to Dr. Uy to have my extraction done. I was extremely nervous but she made sure throughout the entire experience that I was okay. So I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone!

Las Vegas Dental Group provides excellent dental care at a reasonable price. My family and I have been coming here for around 35 years. My dentist, Dr. Nicholas Maffeo is awesome! I'm confident in him and trust that he knows best for my teeth! He cares greatly about his patients dental care and how best to treat them. My children also had their braces-orthodontics done at Las Vegas Dental Group and their teeth turned out very attractive and straight! We also get my teeth cleaning done here. The dental hygienists are top notch! The dental support staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Going to the dentist isn't always fun but coming here makes it OK! LV Dental Group takes care of my family dental needs for over 35 years and they always exceeded my expectations.

This dental group and Dr.Maffeo, was referred to me by Adele and neighbor in Sun City. Summerlin. I had a problem with a very expensive crown that my old dentist put on 2 years ago that was made with the 3D machine in his office and never did fit properly. I also had some other problems I needed addressed and this doctor was so wonderful in caring, considerate and patient answering all of my questions that I had not to mention that his fees were very livable within my budget. His staff was fabulous also and I can't say enough about Melissa who made my appointments and helped me fill out all of my documents online. Anyway, I look forward to my next visit in a week for a root canal and a replacement of a crown that I mentioned earlier.

I have a phobia of the dentist and it took a lot to get me to go but I did. I saw one of the dentist who confused me about the plan for my teeth. My insurance had questions about his plan and sent me a letter and LV Dentist. When I called to ask about their answers to the insurance Co., I got yelled at on the phone by the insurance lady. To get yelled at because I was asking questions is ridiculous. This is how they treat the patients before any work is actually done. I told her I would find another dentist and she couldn't have cared less. Thanks a lot LV Dentistry, you have no idea the anxiety just walk through your doors. You should be ashamed to treat your patients the way you did me.

I discovered lvdg from a friend. I've used their services for the past year 3 times. The staff is very friendly and shows genuine care for my needs. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being takin in and have never had to sit and wait for the tech to begin..what a relief! In and out in a reasonable time and never pressured for services I don't want. Care here has me rest assured I'm receiving exactly what I need. I would recommend using them for your dental needs. Updated 2 years later: still the finest dentist! Dean the hygienist is great, listens to any issues with discomfort and does a great job. No waiting is a plus. I usually never write reviews, but this place deserves the best reviews ever, I am so happy I went here instead of anywhere else. Everyone that works there is super nice, they made me feel very comfortable. I have always been super scared of the dentist, but I am not scared at all when I go here. They keep the numbing thing gel on for a long time, so you won’t even feel the needle at all if you need numbing shot.They are super careful and gentle, if you are scared of going to the dentist, You for sure should go here. My husband Paul Harralson and I had gone previously to another dental office. We were very disappointed in how filthy the examine room was. The main office behind clerical was very disorganized. When we both walked in for our appointments, the entire facility from the lobby, reception, examination rooms was prestine. State of the art equipment. The fantastic staff was every bit friendly, and accommodating for both my husband and myself. Our doctor was very attentive and thorough in our examine. Over the past few months, while preparing to replace outdated caps, I found Rigby incredibly committed to making certain my insurance company was fully informed and up to speed. Dr. Carol Marrandino is a consummate professional. She is always interested in how life is affecting the work she performs for me. Her attention to detail is amazing and her kindness and thoroughness are what continue to motivate my returns. I travelled the United States for years and visited with many amazing dentists. I can honestly say, with experience to back it, that the people at Las Vegas Dental Group at top notch.

On my first visit, I wrote a commendation for the Las Vegas Dental Group. Now I have visited them several times mostly for teeth cleaning. (Probably would have visited them more if it hadn't been for the Pandemic.) I still find them very professional, thorough and ready for me at my appointment time. Needless to say, I am still happy that I have been treated so well and pleased to recommended Dr. Maffeo and his staff. I feel I was treated as well as in the past. I was a little disappointed that Dr. Maffeo was not able to discuss my x-rays after the teeth cleaning was finished.

We recently relocated to Vegas and were worried about finding a new dental group that we would be comfortable with and have confidence that we would receive very good professional care. Well, not to worry, we found it in the Las Vegas Dental Group. Our first visit with Dr Mark, one of the resident dentists, was warm and friendly and extremely reassuring that we were in good hands. I was fortunate to have Danny, Dental Hygienist and co-owner of the practice, clean my teeth. It was the BEST I’ve ever experienced. We are here to stay!!!!

I really like this place because they're so nice and they care about how you feel and if you're comfortable and they're very understanding when it comes to cost and they did an excellent job on my root canal I just got my crown it looks so good. The wait time is not bad at all and the staff is awesome and my crown is awesome they're awesome and and I like them if you're going to go somewhere in Las Vegas I would recommend them. Their staff is The coolest and my favorites The receptors in the back , she's so cool

Dr. Maffeo is the best dentist I ever had and I’m 50. He will never suggest a treatment that you don’t need, he is gentle and very good with the injections And most important of all he talks to you while he is working on you makes you feel good about he is doing so you don’t need to fear that root canal or tooth extraction or any procedure you get from him he is straight up with you In fact his entire staff is great!! They treat you like family and that’s hard to find these days.

I’ve been going to this dentist for a few years now and they are the best. I love the fact that Las Vegas Dental Group doesn’t have a million offices scattered throughout the town. They are very professional, personable and the office is very clean. I just love Miss Rigby she is a very sweet person. I would never ever think about going to any other dentist. If you’re looking for a great dentist, look no more because Las Vegas Dental Group is the best.

But, as soon as I walked in welcomed by nice smile and tone of the voice. X-ray was much pleasant than other place (still not loving it) but she was nice. The doctor was also very pleasant surprise to hear that he said complete opposite of other doctor said. I felt he wasn't after money like many others I had experience. Over all I felt good and hope that I made right switch. Thank you for your kind touch not just teeth I'm talking about!!!

I was in town for a trip to Las Vegas in June of 2018 and my Maryland Bridge came out during the first night of this trip. I frantically called multiple dentists around Las Vegas to get them to fit me into their appointment schedule to glue my tooth back in. I was desperate. Las Vegas Dental Group fit me in, glued my tooth back in and saved my trip. These guys deserve any and all praise and I will never forget Las Vegas Dental Group.

Very disappointed! I've going to the Dental Group for a long time when Dr. Minguey was the owner. Danielle is a great hygienist but last time she drilled into my husband's tooth during a cleaning. I get that people can make mistakes but Dr. Maffeo told my husband "oh you had a tunnel in your tooth" and we had to pay $100 for a mistake they made! very disappointed!!..My husband was NOT in pain before the cleaning.. after it, he was!

I really like the dental work I had done. The staff in the office were professional, courteous, and mad me feel at ease. Especially my dentist, Dr. Williams and his assistant. I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS so I was apprehensive. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and I was very comfortable with the level of covid precautions the office took to ensure everyone's safety. I had no issues using my insurance. I didn't feel any judgement even though I made that poor hygienist work. He did a wonderful job, and I will be sure to come again in 6 months, my teeth look and feel great.

Finding a dentist after moving here was stressful. To find someone, I used reviews to find them. I've now been going here for 2 years. The staff is professional, kind, and honest. Dr. Dean, Mark, and Seth are friendly and made me feel at ease. X-rays & cleaning were painless and what you'd expect. They ran on time, and everything was clean and sanitized. I've been a patient at this office for more years than I care to remember. My dentist & hygienist both retired, and I was worried that the new people would not be as caring and gentle. I love this place, all of the staff especially the receptionist. She is always so helpful and let's me know things ahead of time. My dentist is cool too, he tells me things straight and doesn't BS the way most places would. He tells me what I need and what I can get away without buying end of story. No pressuring and no conning!! These people really treat you like family and I appreciate it.

Absolutely amazing Dr. Williams is the absolute best I honestly hate the dentist but he made the experience legit painless. Multiple root canals and I felt nothing! Absolutely amazing and he really knows what he’s doing and he genuinely cares about all his patients 10/10 recommendations to anyone needing a good dentist that cares and knows what they are doing!

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. Filling was quick and easy and had no pain at all. And the cleaning was great too. The 99$ teeth whitening promotion is awesome. Dean, who I've never met until today, did my teeth cleaning and was good! The front desk is SUPER NICE! :) Only complaint I have it please get rid of the cherry flavored polish. :( Mint is a must!

There is a friendly atmosphere. I've been going here for several years and have always been thoroughly pleased with the service and performance. Dean was very amicable and engaging. He went into depth on what fundemental processes drive gum disease in a way that was easy to understand and encouraged me to take dental hygiene into my own hands.

I've been going to this office since 1987. Dr Tract was great so I was a little worried when he retired and Dr Nick took over his patients. It did not take long for me to realize that Dr Nick is just as good as Dr Tract! I do enjoy the upgrades to the dental care they have made. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my teeth!

The front office employees have always been professional and courteous. The Doctors and our hygienist Dean are exceptional. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My experience today was very painful. It will be great if my next experience with your dental office will NOT be so painful. A cleaning shouldn't be extravagantly painful. I was so ready to walk out of that office in the middle of that torturing experience. The next time I will. Try explaining that to your butcher.

I know, dentist offices are scary places but LVDG dental has the best technicians, dentists and reception staff in town. Super convenient as it is right off the highway. Great technology for setting up and reminding you of appointments. Latest equipment and no wait. Go in with that bad dread and come out smiling.

Dean was a pro in cleaning my teeth. Wasn't uncomfortable and didn't feel any pain during the entire cleaning. Plus, he is a great conversationalist :-) Dr Aranbasich (known as Dr Mark) was great as usual. Only does what is necessary. Never tries to up sell procedures that aren't required. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I was in Vegas on vacation and had a tooth the needed fixing asap. Treatment was fast, excellent quality and all questions and concerns were competently handled. Dr. Maffeo was able to coordinate with my regular dentist back home and everything went well. Staff was helpful and patient. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mark and Danielle the hygienist were welcoming and fantastic as well as the staff from the front desk, assistants, and check out. I was due for an annual check up and their office took great care of me. Diligent about Covid precautions including temp checks and a questionnaire before appointment.

Dr. Marandino was thorough, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. The staff was helpful and friendly, with a steady eye on making sure I was always comfortable. I'm new in town and they were able to schedule me within a week, and they took care of all my needs and concerns at a reasonable price.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Maffeo and Danielle, as well as the entire staff. Fast and friendly service, even unscheduled emergencies are handled with care and competence. Full and focused attention as usual. Who would have ever thought visiting the dentist would be something we look forward to?

My dental hygenist Danielle was awesome. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed her easy touch, booked another appt with her 6 mo from now. Felt very comfortable and the staff was great.
