Weeks after the hard rainy season that washed gravel and rocks onto city streets and intersection, the city has yet to clean up the street and intersections on Durango between Hacienda and the 215. Some rocks the size of golf balls in piles at different intersections. I know for fact that these locations have been reported to the city repeatedly. Has the city abandoned all local maintenance in favor of the F1 project?
