"Please train your guys to be respectful and courteous"
Please train your guys to be respectful and courteous. Not only was he rude and disrespectful but he showed no regard for the people using the facilities. At least let everyone know they're cutting the power off before switching it off. They did not have any chance to shut down CCTV or any important appliances. What if there was someone on life support and dies because of that?!?!?
