Ik had een afspraak bij Romina Dehghane, ze heeft mijn gebit grondig gereinigd. Enige minpunt was dat de kosten hoger uitvielen dan ik verwacht had, iets wat zij niet vooraf duidelijk had aangegeven. Bij mijn oude mondhygienist werd slechts de activiteit gebitsreiniging gerekend wat neerkomt op ongeveer 78 euro. Echter gaf Romina, nadat ik had gezegd dat ik alleen voor gebitsreiniging kwam en alles zelf moet betalen, ongevraagd ook met voorlichting/instructie en een fluoridebehandeling van boven- en onderkaak. Dit was nog eens 40 euro bovenop de 78 euro gebitsreiniging. Ik heb hierover gebeld en er werd aangegeven dat de fluoridebehandeling standaard bij reiniging hoort en dat de instructie wel is gegeven dus dat ze er niets aan kunnen veranderen. Wel heeft ze toegezegd dat ze beter van tevoren de kosten aan zullen geven en er is een notitie van gemaakt. Vriendelijk te woord gestaan maar ik baal wel een beetje. Update 2023: Afgelopen afspraken bij verschillende tandartsen en mondhygiënisten hier zijn erg fijn geweest! Er is naar aanleiding van bovenstaande in mijn dossier gezet dat ik vooraf de kosten wil weten en dat wordt netjes gedaan. Vorige maand mijn verstandskiezen laten trekken bij Meshkan Moghimi, was een (voor zover dat kan natuurlijk) ontzettend fijne ervaring. Degene die het deed was heel vriendelijk en rustig, straalde vertrouwen uit, legde uit wat ze deed, was ook voorzichtig met bijv. de verdoving plaatsen waardoor ik de hele ingreep nauwelijks gevoeld heb. Het is dat ze er allemaal al uit zijn, anders zou ik de volgende keer zeker om haar vragen! Kon ook met spoeddingen snel terecht en er werd door de assistente extra moeite gedaan om dit te regelen. Sterren van mn review dus aangepast!

Vandaag ging ik samen met mijn dochtertje die bang is voor de tandarts naar angsttanderts genaamd Rose en haar assistenten: Frederique , Ze heeft ons super geholpen, allebei zijn ze super lief en begripvol , omdat mijn dochtertje echt bang is zijn wij doorgestuurd naar een gespecialiseerde CBT in unlvenhout, mijn moederhart hart is deze dames erg dankbaar! Vooral omdat ze de zorgen bij me weg hebben gehaald en dat mij dochtertje op de juiste manier behandeld gaat worden! Ik had kippenvel over mijn hele lijf toen ze ons hielp vooral omdat ze erg begripvol zijn en heel vriendelijk maar vooral omdat ze me dochtertje op de goede weg heeft gezet om niet voor altijd bang te moeten zijn voor de tandarts Bent u bang van de tandarts?? Maak een afspraak bij deze zorgzame maar vooral begripvolle tandarts Rose!! Dankjewel dames Jullie zijn toppers! Ga vooral zo door en tot de volgende behandeling!

Echt heel jammer. 3 jaar terug nare ervaring met receptioniste. Die zelfde receptioniste kwam later ook nog een x in het weekend niet opdagen, waardoor zowel ikzelf als vele andere (op een vroege ochtend) voor een gesloten deur stonden en naar huis werden gestuurd. Nu 3 jaar later opnieuw een onbeschofte, onaardige en opdringerige front Office werkzaam. Als ze pauze hebben willen ze jou als patiënt zsm afhandelen. Iedereen is geïrriteerd & chagrijnig. Wij patiënten kunnen er niks aan doen dat jullie ons inplannen tijdens jullie pauze. Ik kom hier niet meer. Het is iedere keer wat met ze. (Lassusstraat 9) Ps. Ik zie vaker dat jullie via Google zogenaamd reageren op een slechte review maar in de realiteit heel anders omgaan met klachten en niks doen met het kritiek want jullie front office is gewoon ronduit onbeschoft en onprofessioneel. En dit is sinds 3 jaar geleden niet verandert!!

Very dissatisfied with the level and quality of service at this practice. My latest visit was very disappointing, specifically due to the condescending attitude of the dentist. I was in for a checkup that didn't last more than a minute. I had a missing filling that fell out a few days before the check-up. Dentist completely missed it, how is this even possible? I had to point it out so we can plan to fix it. When i came in for the appointment to fix it, this lasted less than 10 minues, I feel like the tooth was not prepared properly before the filling was placed, I got alot of cuts and wounds from the polishing of the filling, and in the end it is still rough. Absolutely horrendous. I am going somewhere else to fix it as i can no longer place my trust in this practice. Everything felt rushed and with no attention to quality or background of the patient.

A couple of years ago, I gave them 5 stars and recommended them to everyone. Unfortunately the dentist that we liked left, and they’ve become unprofessional. The last 2 time we went (me and my daughter) the dentist appointments was cancelled without notice and we could only see the hygienist which is imo the secondary reason for a visit, not the primary. I received the following email from their from office: “…you are free to go to another dentist idien you are not satisfied.” 2 stars - as they took the time to run the reply through a translator, evident from the spelling error in the reply, which I do actually appreciate. I am taking their advice and going to another dentist.

In August, I had a root canal in which they BROKE THE DRILL off in my gums. They tried to a while to get it out and couldn't find it. They sealed it off in my gums and only told me after the procedure was finished. They showed the broken drill to me as well as the xray. I was in extreme pain for a few weeks and I am still in pain FOUR months later. I went back twice due to this pain, but they told me it was all in my head and charged me for each visit. I am still paying off subsequent bills from this mistake. I would not recommend them as a trustworthy physician. They want your money and they are not afraid to exploit you for it.

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed with Meshkan Moghimi, and if I could give her 10 stars I would. She took her time talking through the details, pros/cons, options and reassuring me countless times. I never ever thought that I’d be able to have the procedure done in the chair, and I avoided having it done for 2 years due to anxiety. When I finally saw Meshkan she removed each tooth in less than 30 seconds with ZERO pain whatsoever. She calmly talked through each step, played music and put me completely at ease. Her patience and professionalism is outstanding. Highly recommend her, she is top class!

The level of professionalism is rock bottom here. They are highly incompetent and not fully skilled to be working on anyones teeth. I have tried to give them multiple chances and they continue to drop the ball on every level professionally. I have 3 tooth that got worse because they had no interest in properly evaluating my teeth. They do not value their clients and will justify any dentist who are inadequate and rude. In addition, their communication skills are amazingly unprofessional and poor. If you value your teeth or health, then dodge this location at all cost.

They let me come one and a half hours early of my appointment because there was a big time gap between another patient and me. I did my best to come there early, but the assistant was chatting inside and forgot I was there, I waited 30mins, he didn't feel any apologized, and also talked to me impolite. I had to cancel all of future appointments because I am tired of the poor management there. I really need to think of change to other tandartsen. Although had several bad experiences there, but mostly tandards are nice.

Mijn zoon was door een fietser aangereden en zijn voortand was afgebroken. We konden gelijk terecht. En we werden warm en geïnteresseerd begroet door een lieve receptioniste. Het ging even niet zo goed met mijn zoon en zowel de receptioniste als de tandarts waren geweldig! Wat een lieve en kundige mensen. De tandarts heeft er alles aan gedaan om de tand van mijn zoon weer mooi te maken. Echt een kunstwerk. Als zoiets dan moet gebeuren dan kan je maar het beste in deze geweldige praktijk terechtgekomen.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de behandeling van deze praktijk! De balie assistentes waren heel erg behulpzaam, toen er verwarring was ontstaan over een afspraak. Er werd door hen alles aan gedaan om zo toch nog een half uur later geholpen te kunnen worden. Een fantastische professionele houding! De tandarts was doortastend en bijzonder vriendelijk, samen met haar assistent. Alles bij elkaar een hele fijne ervaring! Wij komen graag weer.

Bad service with the secretary where miscommunication on billing and lack of clarity on the cost resulted in bill being processed with collection costs. Therefore, in terms of invoices, they are not transparent on their cost.nether to explain anything or simply inform you with an email that there's an invoice remaining till you're up for your next annual teeth check up. Would advice anyone looking for a dentist to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, even though I really like this clinic and my dentist is very professional , I must report that during this morning's appointmet the inside of my lip was deeply cut by an assistant. I initially didn't feel pain as the area was numb due to local anesthesia therefore I didn't pay much attention to it. When I arrived home and took a better look I noticed the deep cut, swelling and now I am starting to feel the pain.

Who would have thought that dentist can be actually nice and cool! Firstly, love the place, doesn’t feel or smell like your typical dentist office, it actually feels cozy and sets the right tone. Secondly, the dentist is young, friendly, funny, professional and good! (at least the one I have). Happy to have found my dentist in Amsterdam. Side note: Heard that they are very good with kids as well… So definitely recommend.

Bad service with the secretary where they wrote my email incorrectly and claimed to have sent invoices to my home which did not arrive, until they sent the invoice to a collection agency. They called me not to apologise, but to keep insisting that they did sent a letter with the invoice when that didn't happen. I have no need to lie. They are charging 40 EUR for "incassokosten" for a 30 EUR behandeling cost.

When I first moved to The Netherlands I struggled to find a good dentist because I didn't know anyone. It was tough. I'm happy to say that I found Lassus about 5 years ago and they are NEXT LEVEL amazing, great service and great care. Super happy with them, I would recommend for sure! I travel about 1 hour to go to them, that's how good they are! Thank you Lassus for saving my teeth! - 5+ stars!

After years of avoidance due to anxiety from experiences with past dentists, I ended up coming into Lassus with an urgent issue on recommendation of a friend. The issue was diagnosed and treated quickly, and they made me comfortable enough to continue with the necessary cleaning, maintenance and future check ups. Really happy with them! Teeth look and feel great again :)

I used to be a patient at Lassus Tandartsen but decided to quit as service level has decreased over the past months. I felt some new dentists had arrogant and rude attitude lately. Not to mention that even with frequent check ups, they have missed a cavity on a tooth which they had treated themselves not while ago. Waste of time and money.

I had my porcelain veneers done with Victor Massip at Lassus Tandartsen. I am not an easy customer to please, but “working” with Victor was a breeze. He really listened to what I wanted and made the process into a collaborative one, where a beautiful and natural result was achieved. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Lack of medical ethics, approach not professional but rather personal. I waited almost two months for the start of dental treatment and no one noticed that I had tooth inflammation. In Lassus Tandartsen Stadionplein it is no longer possible to write my opinion .

Some people at reception are on an another level of incompetency. Made appointment for 8am specifically told them to be on a location and they still did it for another. And they way how problem is handled is blaming the customer and not even apologizing.

I just got my four wisdom teeth pulled out by Meshkan Moghimi. She did it in the most professional of ways, with zero pain, and together with her assistant they provided a totally relaxed and pain-free experience. Highly recommend!
