I went and the staff was very rude and unprofessional and unorganized with the place and as well as the areas for certain activities. For example the dodge ball area was just a free roam area and there was no games going on and the battle area next to the rock climbing was very unorganized the workers were just standing there and not letting people take fair turns there were little kids that took almost 30 minutes without being told anything which is unfair to the people that were waiting and the rock climbing launch pad was very dangerous giving there was a big gap that anyone can fail and hurt themselves in. Also there was this one worker who would not give a break to my group half the time he was there he kept telling my group dont do this and that when we looked at the rules for the activity it never said we couldn’t do that but he got so mad and unprofessional he had to tell another worker to “watch my group”. This place was very unorganized and can do way better with the staff giving during this time they were all very rude and kept bothering my group when we were just jumping. Had to give a star but I would give 0 as far as management.

The overall experience was awful, I took a group of students with me. We were scheduled 1-3pm, we were kicked out way to early (2:30) because they wanted the privilege to start jumping. I asked why was that and was told because the bus was outside in the parking lot. We came 10 mins early to put on socks ‍♀️. Never again, I spent over 6,000.00 for the kids and they were disappointed! I should've taken the mask face girls name. Im going to call the person in charge to see what they say... update later! Update, sorry it was 3,400.00 and my invoice states 1-3pm, I gave the second group waivers. If you didn’t take them that was on you, 12:45 wasn’t early, the kids needed to give their waivers and put on socks, which took time. I understand you would like a good review, but it won’t come from here. Stick to the invoice that show 1-3pm. Do what you like with the review, you will never receive my business again, do better. Been here a few times. Not much to complain about buuut they definitely ran out of pretzels (or never had any) on Saturday and parking is very scarce. Maybe 30 to 40 cars and that might be too generous. We all parked on the street locally. Another very strange thing was, there were literally no napkins inside any of the dispensers at the party tables. Our section had 8 tables, which sat 48 people potentially. I spent over about $70 on food and drinks, yet, not a napkin in sight. Very inconvenient. I actually walked to my van to get sanitizer and antibacterial wipes for everyone, so be prepared for that. And the food, well, its what you would expect from a childs trampoline park. Otherwise, staff found to be very helpful as pertaining to our direct needs, which weren't much. The children had a great time. That's the most important thing. Plenty of jumping space, lockers for your things, video games, etc. Have fun!

My 5 year old son and his friend had a great time bouncing for 90 minutes!! The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the employees were all sort of useless in enforcing their own rules such as no cellphones while bouncing. Other bigger kids were pretty wild and one was holding a phone while bouncing and the employees just stood there and didn’t try very hard to intervene. That is a safety hazard especially in a trampoline facility that has a huge sign upfront that mentions inherent risks of bouncing on trampolines include injury or death. I wish they took safety more serious but overall we had a nice time and we’ll like come again. Maybe even do a birthday party here.

Great place with amazing stuff for An active day out. It’s really nice that parents can jump too (my son appreciates it) and/or stay nearby to watch for those too tired to jump but who want to feel part of it. The staff is really exceptional too. Was very impressed by how friendly and proactive they all were - fast to jump in if someone got hurt, managing lines etc. I enjoy going with my son but it’s the rare place I’d feel comfortable leaving him alone if it ever came to be and that’s saying a lot.

My wife and I went to Launch to inquire about making a reservation for our child’s birthday party. Anthony was a great help. He was very helpful and patient and answered all questions. We actually requested him to host our party because of the excellent customer service he had. We were also given a tour by Zephra who was also very helpful showing us around and answering all our questions as well. We are confident that our party will have a blast, thanks to the staff.

This is an awesome place for kids and adults like to break free and just have fun. The staff follows Covid- 19 protocols and someone greats you at the entrance to take your temperature. Everyone had masks on and the place was clean and tidy. Every person gets a new pair of green socks to keep. I ordered the package for 4 which included a cheese pizza and a mug of soda. I really liked that there were staff throughout the facility to ensure everyone was being safe from injuries and preventing accidents. I recommend booking online ahead because they limit the amount of people in the facility.

Great place to take the kids duro the winter if there is nothing else. Is a little pricey but it’s somehow worth it. I been taking my kids there for a few years, i went last week with my kids and my 4 months old, and I ask how much would it be for the parent pass that is usually $9.99 they told me it was $29.99 the regular pass, I think they should adjust that price as my baby was in the baby carrier on my chest and I was just looking to go inside to record my 3 kids and their 2 friends I pay $150 and they where expecting me to pay $29.99 more just to watch!

What nasty customer service they have at this place. The two girls at the front are rude and seemed to be bothered by the fact that they have to work and that people are visiting this establishment. While here a fight broke out between a lady and other children and there seemed to be no responsible adult in this establishment to handle the situation.I would not recommend that anyone comes to this place!

Chelsea at the desk was super attentive and kind. My son had a great time for his birthday. I got the package for 6 people which included two large pies and two pitcher drinks for $200.99 I thought the deal was pretty good. The only complain I have was that the place seemed a tad bit unsanitary and dirty. Our socks were BLACK when we left and a few pieces of garbage laying around and the ac did not seem to be on and if it was it was not on high enough to cool the place.

Very nice place for both kids and adults. I like the spaciousness! I came on a Sunday right at opening and it was great! My kids got to run around and freely roam. It wasn’t packed. By the afternoon, it was really congested! Minus 1 star, for being crooks and selling me 4 pairs of socks when we had our own with grip. Your socks gave 0 purpose and made my kids slip even more. It’s a nice fun place for kids if you go on weekdays. Weekends are crazy crowded. The staff are courteous, helpful. The downside to this place is that you have to pay to be there with your kids. I wasn’t crazy about that. December 2023 I took my kids during a weekend here and they had a lot of fun. It does get pretty crowded but the kids didn’t mind. They still had lots of fun! I brought my three children, nephew and nieces here, they treat me and my children with so much disrespect. They kept telling that I am not following the rules, when I only was taking care of my 3 year old baby. Meanwhile so many parents where doing exactly what I was doing and they never said anything to them. They isolate me and my family and made us really uncomfortable.

Customer service was great. Specifically from Maddy and the manager tenes.they were understanding, calm and very helpful. Made my experience with 9 kids from ranging ages of 4-15 a lot easier! Thank you! We will come back!

Since I move back to New York, I’ve been looking for a place like this for my son… it’s a bit small for a trampoline park but Sam please are very friendly and everything seem to be very clean. I had my sons birthday party there and the prices are very reasonable and the employees are very very accommodating! I would definitely recommend

To say this was disappointing was an understatement, The place is nothing like the pictures. Area is super tiny and half of the playing areas are closed. Might sound crazy but the trampolines weren’t even bouncy. Overall I don’t recommend going here.

I've brought my kids here twice, once for my daughter's birthday and once today for my son's birthday. They always have a great time at Launch, the first Launch we went to was in Newark, NJ and I definitely recommended this location. I also like the layout of this place better then Sky Zone and Bounce.

Launch has truly gone above and beyond to make my sons birthday a memorable one here at launch today!! Special shout out to Zafra who worked extremely hard to make the event possible. My nerves are a mess from the stress parents are familiar with but they were a HUGE help!!!! THANK YOU LAUNCH!!!
