Good, clean laundromat. Instructions were available in Czech, English, German and Spanish or Italian (I’m not sure which). There were three sizes of washers, plus they even had a separate washer and dryer for pet bedding. You can use Czech coins or paper money up to 500czk. The dryers are in 12 minute cycles, and there are plenty of carts for moving your clothes to/from the washers and dryers. There were also clean tables to fold clothes on. As a bonus, they had good, working, free WiFi. The laundromat is also tucked in next to the Aloha Bar, Hanger Restaurant, and is across from the back of the Spanish Synagogue. I would have given it 5 stars, but one of the dryers did not get fully hot on high heat. There is also a tv that was not working. It would have been nice to watch the tv while waiting. Lastly, I passed by later in the evening and saw the light in the front part of the laundromat was out or off. All in all, it was a good clean, easy place to do laundry. With a few tweaks it would be five stars.

The laundromat is small but clean. There are several washing machines and dryers and all are numbered. There are folding tables, hampers, and the detergents/softeners are automatically injected while washing. There is a machine to buy additional detergents depending on the stains. How to start? Claim a machine and put your laundry in. Now go to the back, there's a control panel, see pictures. You pick your language and it shows a drop-down menu. You can see if your machine is free (blue line) click on it and pay. I paid with cash and the machine did give back change. Washing cycle for the big machine is about 40min and the big dryer takes about 30min. There are a few seats inside. Kindly note that the owner has hung up a note on the column: if you leave your laundry and keep occupying a machine, others can take out your laundry without recourse. I spent about 200K. Worth it to get clean clothes! Recommended!

Good washing machines - 3 different load sizes (and prices) to choose from and they automatically dispense detergent. Dryers only come in a large size but work! Was worried the dryer wouldn't heat up as I've heard other places have issues but no problem here. There's instructions in multiple languages and the machines are easy to use. Washine machine prices at this time by cash were 150/200/250czk, dryer was 80czk per 12mins. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because the price feels high and although signage suggests there's free wifi, we couldn't find any details for it. Also couldn't find the light switch to light up the main seating area. Otherwise gets the job done and seems like a reliable laundromat.

Majority of advertized things are not there: - no air conditioning - no refreshements like coffee - no detergent sales - only cash sales, no cards There is couple of washing machines and dryers that do their thing but its definitely nothing fancy. I chose this because I needed special detergent for oily stains but vending machine selling such items was empty and out of order. Also note that prices on printed lists differ from actual prices so it can cause extra hassle when paying. If you're tourist, I highly suggest that you use laundry services around the city which is both cheaper and more flexible.

Great laundry to do your holiday washing. To provide up to date information. - The laundry does not accept cards, only cash, CZK currency only. - Despite what other reviews say, the machine gave us change to our cash (although it was all coins). I’d suggest using smaller notes. - You don’t need to bring detergent as this is provided automatically by the machine. - there is a vending machine for pre treatment products. - Wash cycle takes about 35 mins. - If you’re drying on high heat, it should take about 24 mins to dry your clothes. About 36 mins for drying on medium heat.

This is a fully automated laundry. I paid 120 CZK for washing with small washing machine and 50 CZK for drying. Drying is 50 CZK for 12 minutes. Prices are a bit expensive. Machines only work with cash. No credit card is accepted. There is also card option and payment is cheaper with card but not sure how to get card. While using machine no detergent and softener required because machines have them and part of the price. There is also wifi and it is good to have wifi while waiting. There are also pet washing and drying machines but I didn’t understand how they are used.

Machine ate my money twice. Other people experienced the same issue. Owner was rude over the phone and "didn't believe the machine ate our money". Paid on the touch screen. Menu highlights the washer I picked as red (in use). Go to use washer. It says I haven't paid yet. Go back to make sure payment went thru. The touch screen still shows highlighted in red. Original 1 star bumped to 2 star because owner eventually showed up after 4 people all complained of the same issue.

So helpful as a tourist needing cheaply dried clothes! A small 7kg wash program costs CZK150 and a 12min dry is CZK80. Importantly the self service machine only takes cash and only crowns so be sure to exchange some and bring it along! First load your washing into a free machine, note it’s letter and select it to pay from the touch screen. Once paid choose a programme and hit start on the machine. That’s it!

The location is clean and as noted by other patrons it has instructions in several languages. There is a soap dispensing machine, but it is currently out of order. The sign that says out of order though also says that soap is provided in the machines, so no big deal. The cost to pay with cash rather than a ticket from the machine is 10 Karunas more for a small washing machine.

9/21/23 Clean for the most part. The prices posted from their sign are NOT correct. Small washer 150 czk, medium washer 200 czk, large washer 250 czk, cash prices. Dryer 12 minutes 80 czk, 26 minutes 240 czk, cash prices. The sign with price list posted on-line and at laundry have old prices.

When traveling in Europe the most coins a traveller has is euros not Czech currency. It was a pain walking there to find it only takes cash (no card facilities) and no cash converter i.e. a bill breaker to provide coins from notes. No good for us, found a brilliant laundromat in the end.

I suggest the owner either update their hours of operation or open on time. I arrived at 9:15 to find the place still closed with another couple waiting outside. I called the number posted on the door and no answer. Everyone should call before you go to ensure they are indeed open.

Technically, the place was good, plenty of options, good quality and enough cleansing options. But, the service was absolute trash and not worth the money. They do not accept card payments and the machine that receives your cash steals the change from you. Proceed with caution.

Good laundromat, drying option available. The shortest program (12 minutes) with drying is good for underwear. When washing, you have several temperatures to choose from. Washing time is about 51 minutes, detergent is added automatically. Creditcard not accepted.

Absolutely abysmal place…washing machines are either out of order or take your money and don’t work…either that or then the dryer doesn’t dry your clothes whatsoever even after 3 attempts all 45 mins each. It’s ridiculous and absolutely disgraceful.

They say on the door that they take card. They do not. Furthermore, the machines are quite finicky and when the family who came in with us tried to pay, the machine accepted their money and did not start the wash. This feels like a scam to me.

Guy responsible for laundry doesn't respond on calls , and emails. They owe me 500 Kč. Laundry machine ate money and didn't start process, it happened twice for month! This time was last i came here. The owner totally not responsible person.

cash only, close door before start (took me moment to figure out, there is safety position of the crank), the washing soap is automatically added (you wont need to bring any), there is personel on phone to assist You... which is great 5/5

Payment by cash in czk currency only. Very easy to operate. The washing machine by Miele. Detergent not needed as it automatically added. We did washing in 49 minutes and drying in 36 minutes options and everything was well-washed.

Laundry machine ate my money twice this morning. The first time I thought it was my mistake but tried again and never started the laundry process, this store owes me 300 kc. Phones dont work neither, aweful place.

This place has smart machines with laundry detergent built in. They charge more for using cash but they were out of cards so it was the only option. They have nice bins to quickly move and fold laundry too.

The credit card reader did not work necessitating finding an exchange to get cash. Then the machine was out of change so a dryer load that should cost 240 CK cost 500CK. Absolute rip off.

Took my money, didn’t give any change. Wouldn’t keep that money as credit, couldn’t add extra time to my cycle with that extra money that they basically stole. Can’t use card. Terrible.

Sign on the door say they’re open at 8:00, google says 8:00. Stood outside for 30 minutes, door locked, no answer on the phone number given. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Expensive, but otherwise works well and washes and dries clothes. Great bar just down the street where you can sit and wait for your clothes.

Machine D took 200 CZK and wouldn't start. No staff onsite to speak with. Help number goes directly to voicemail. Not happy.

If the machine has no surplus it can update before the payment, not after and then screw the customer. shame. 260Kc.
