If you are from another country, do not ever ever use this place. I dropped off my clothes and asked for them to be washed and dried and for the shirts to all be hung on hangers that I provided. I paid for delivery and they said that it would be back at my apartment by 4pm. 4pm no clothes, 5pm still no clothes. Finally at 545pm I walked back to the store. They had not dried my shirts and put them on hangers so they stretched out and were wrinkled. I took everything back to my apartment. The next day I went in and asked if the shirts could be rewashed and dried. The women said yes no problem. I just went to pick up the 7 shirts and she hands me a bill for 80 reals about $15 to wash and dry 7 t-shirts after I already paid the first time. So in the end it cost me $33 for a load of laundry that took 2 days and horrible custome service. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst laundry I have been to. First they charge 55 reais for one bag which cost 15 in copacabana. Then they ask me if I want whites and colours washed separately which would double the price , where I nearly lost it but had no other choice at that time . They managed to mess up my new havaianas shorts, and my white shirts are mint green now. Laundry wasn't even folded well and had a weird smoky smell, as if they smoked in the back while drying the laundry....Furious !!! Not sure what they do there but in copacabana I got the laundry back nicely arranged , and of course they didn't ask for separate wash (matter of course) NEVER AGAIN Will come around tomorrow and show you your crappy work

Gostei,atendente muito simpática que me auxiliou bastante. O preço não é barato. Mas o processo de lavagem e secagem foi rápido,fiquei satisfeita.
