Excellent laundromat but my only issue is that it's very expensive. Washes start at around $8 and to dry starts at $12. So you're looking at at least $20 per load for a regular sized load, and around $30 for a big load. Great wifi and helpful workers. Clothes come out clean and smelling good.

Very impressive! Ultra clean, very friendly and helpful service. Comfortable lounge with TV while I waited. Easy parking, close to shops if you want a coffee, and the price is right. I'm travelling around Australia and this laundromat is without doubt, hands down the best I've ever been to.

You must be mistaking this Laundromat for somewhere else! No other Laundromat that I have used even comes close to this place. Helpful and friendly service and my laundry has never smelt so fresh. Where else in the area do you have the option to wash in cold, warm or hot water?

Spotlessly clean, very friendly, helpful and efficient staff, clothes come out smelling lovely AND they have eco-friendly machines. They have it all covered here. I would never pick another laundromat over this gem. Well done Laundromat Lounge, your service is impeccable!

5 stars would recommend, I was straight up not having a very good time but the rides in this place cheered me right up, but the rides tend to break down and fill up with water and my skin feels scratchy afterwards, other than that great rides would recommend to anyone

The most expensive laundromat I've found in Sydney so far, and there's no ability to pay with a card. Nearly $40 to wash and dry a single large load of washing. I suppose they can get away with charging so much because there's not much competition in Dee Why.

Used this service today 16.12.18 and am pleased with the wash service. Clothes smell clean and the load was super quick... The load was ready while i was chilling out !Staff very helpful and courteous. Will use this service again for sure …

Used this place for the first time today and I'm very happy with the service. Dropped off a mattress topper to be cleaned and dried and was charged a good price and was ready on time. Topper is clean and in near original condition so I will be back.

Super clean and owner is super helpful and friendly. very different than any other Laundromat, but also a bit pricey ($9 for a cold single load, $12 for a cold double load) but in exchange for that you have lots of space and entertainment.

It was my first time and it was such an amazing experience. They have many machines and dryers to all types of washing. Their customer service it just brilliant. As I said earlier it was my first but definitely not my last visit here.

Amazing service despite the pandemic. What I love the most is their comfortable lounge area. They're a bit pricey but I really don't mind paying more given their impressive services and machines.

The most expensive laundromat in the southern hemisphere. I pay $4 for a small load at my regular laundromat in Potts Point. The sane load here costs $10. No thanks.

The only laundry lounge near dee why area which is really convenient and cool place to wash clothes. There are several machines with many alternatives wash options.

Fantastic service and facilities, I had a down jacket dried and the lady was knowledgeable and friendly. I shall be back again and will recommend to friends.
