Until this place gets new staff members that know how to talk to customers, I will take my business elsewhere. Today the employee on site called a customer “ghetto”, and was very rude, disrespectful and argumentative! They were yelling in front of the whole laundromat because the lady put money in the horse machine that apparently was unplugged. The employee watched her as the money and never pointed out it was unplugged. The lady’s child wanted to ride the horse while doing laundry. The woman was African American and spoke to the girl at the counter about it not working(who was also African American). That’s when it went left. She told the customer to plug it up herself because what she was doing (folding clothes) was more important. It was disrespectful and dismissive and upset the lady. To call a customer “ghetto”, curse, yell and the whole nine was enough for me to see to know that I will not be returning. After threatening the customer and both going back and forth she proceeds to call the cops playing victim. She even told the cops she was “black and ghetto” when they asked for a description. Another employee walked in on it and immediately tried to take sides with the employee totally unaware of how she handled the situation PRIOR. I have biracial children myself and to see your employee call that young lady (young, black and ghetto) was totally UNCOMFORTABLE and i won’t be back.

I only give 4 stars because the brand of machines used has a really slow spin cycle. Heavy duty on the metal washers cleans great! But they waste a lot of energy, taking 30 minutes to dry instead of 10, and therefore costing a bit more to dry than they should (and literally wasting energy). Wish they'd install a row of Electrolux machines for energy conscious customers, or those in a hurry to dry, to replace the installed row of 'HE' SQ machines. They don't spin very well either, and don't clean as well as the standard SQ or Elecs. The touchscreen machines clean very well on the heavy duty cycle. Honestly, not your Mama's front load steam clean LG, but as good as the best cleaning laundromat machines I've ever used. The dryers are great! Love they added auto reverse and anti wrinkle options. App is a bit clunky to use, but it is nice to have it once it's setup. Washers and detergent lids need to be kept open at night and between uses, they're moldy smelling in the morning (easy fix). They're not moldy smelling at the end of the day. Definitely best laundromat in the Oakwold area. Cool place to grab a bite or beverage next door too.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and even to the laundromat that was previously here. Even though the price is more than other laundromats, I enjoyed the new technology… Tonight I didn’t enjoy my welcome. The sign says and has always been “last wash 1hr before closing”. I arrived tonight at 8:51pm to wash my clothes and was told the last wash is at 8:45pm. The worker at the front tried to go back and forth with me when I said the sign says 1hr before meaning last wash is 9pm. She replied “we can’t get the sign off”—looking at the sign you can clearly see they’ve altered the closing time from 11pm to 10pm but not wash time!?? I proceeded to the washers anyways and she says “well when I lock the doors at 10pm, I’m leaving”. Very RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And UNCALLED FOR. If this business has changed hours they need to update signage. But I have a feeling she thought she’d bully me into not washing she can leave at “10pm”. This will be my last visit here thanks to Alicia with the glasses.

I am from the state of Indiana working here at a hospital project I'm at Union pipe fitter by trade I want to say one amazing thing about this laundromat besides I've never in my life and counted one like this and I travel at least 9 months out of the year for 38 years I've traveled and this is the top dog right here unlimited laundry on Monroe Street is every bit of a five-star place as it's professional employees are Danielle is outstanding she helped me she is the only reason why I'm back along with a cleanliness professionalism the place is outstanding I've been to a lot of laundromats then I also encountered another employee that is a very outstanding lady that helped me get the app on my phone Maya she helped me just as much as Danielle did these two are very valuable very very valuable employees I want to let the recognition be known for all to see and read the place is a class act Rich Caudill pipefitter terre haute Indiana

Pros: Very clean. The attendant is always super nice. Brand new. Wide selection of washer sizes. Lots of folding tables. Everything is digitized so you can use your phone for all your transactions. You can add time to dryers if you need to leave via the app. The washers have a deep clean option. Open late. Cons: The seating area seats are not comfortable at all. I usually wait in my car. You cannot dry your clothes for less than 30 minutes so if something is not quite dry instead of adding 10-15 minutes after the dryer has stopped, your only option is to do another 30 minute cycle. I used to go to another highly rated laundromat down the street that was cheaper but will stay here because I like that everything is new and that I can use the app for everything and Common Market is next door in case you need a bite to eat.

Employees are GHETTO The black female employee (with the black hair wrap and baby sitting on the counter) called a guest young and ghetto because she asked her to plug the toy horse up for her daughter to ride AFTER she gave them her business AND after she was made aware that the customer put money in the machine and it didn’t work. She also proceeded to use foul language telling the customer to plug the machine up herself and that she not doing it because that’s not a part of the company (RUDELY). Of course that would upset anyone especially when it’s for a child. Considering she had her own child at work I would of expected way more professionalism. The nerve of another black woman to call a fellow black woman “ghetto” says a lot about the people they have running this business. I’m so disappointed.

Load money onto the app, pay using the machine on the back wall or pay the attendant up front. Select the number of the machines you're using or tell the attendant the numbers. It's that easy. Clean, new, I like how much room there is to get clothes in and out there are several dryers at the end of each row of washing machines so you can almost claim your little area except for one problem. All the seating is one one area up front away from the machines so it defeats the otherwise perfect layout. The attendant working Saturday afternoon was very happy and helpful. I would definitely go here again. Almost forgot, they have huge machines! Great for doing a big load, blankets, coats, or sleeping bags, etc.

I’ve been looking forward to this laundromat opening for some time now, as it’s closer to me than my usual & next to Common Market. Just left and am so disappointed with my experience. The facility was clean & modern…however, the majority of my clothes came out covered with dark stains, ruining hundreds of dollars worth of my favorite apparel. I understand there’s always risk using a laundromat, especially older, not well kept ones…but for a brand new facility this was a HUGE letdown. No thanks, Laundry Unlimited. I’ll stick with Peachy Klean up the street. I’d rather have my clothes actually come out clean vs ruined. Highly recommend you avoid this laundromat.

I LOVE this place. This was my first time here and I won’t go anywhere else! They have a payment kiosk or a mobile app that you can add your debit card or scan a QR code to scan from your phone to add cash. Super CLEAN, good pricing for the washer and dryer options. A nice waiting area, and plenty of space to fold clothes. & automatic doors when you walk in. (We all know the struggle of trying to open doors with laundry baskets). The mobile app allows for notifications when the clothes are three minutes from being done, selecting which washer you’re using and the mode to wash the clothes in. The parking lot is a little tight BUT everything else is GREAT.

I was looking forward to this place opening up and i was not disappointed! I washed all my bedding here to test out their services and machines, and I was super impressed. The machines are brand new and clean so my comforter and sheets were fresh and clean. No weird funky laundromat odors, or lingering dampness. The ladies running the place are friendly and helpful, and there are multiple ways to pay and many different machine sizes available. It was all around a good experience. I will say they could do for some more comfortable seating, but you can always grab a drink and more comfortable seat at the common market next door.

I travel cross country. Many times you have to accept old machines and hope the place isn't to bad. Usually the newer the establishment the better. All the reviews local to the side of town I was in were typical and not to thrilling. Then I saw this place and had a hunch it would be worth the drive across town. Even on a Friday AM...not busy at all. Only one there actually. Brand new machines, new place. Super friendly and helpful attendant. A tiny bit of a learning curve to paying with a card at the kiosk but that's super convenient. And if you want to pay with cash you just go to the desk. Uber satisfied. Worth the drive.

CLEAN, FAST, POLITE. My dryer broke and left me with massive loads of laundry to complete. This laundry mat has giant machines that washed my clothes extremely well. Most importantly they are FAST. It was my first time here but I honestly can say it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing my bulky bedding and ruggable rugs with me. I’m still so surprised at how fast it was. The laundry mat employees were so nice and polite. The lady here greets everyone as they come inside and helped me set up the app to use the machines. All in all I’m very impressed.

Laundry Unlimited is a new, clean laundromat. Obviously, a lot of attention to detail was given by the owner to make this a very pleasant place to do laundry. My children and I truly enjoy coming here. The new washers and dryers clean and dry your clothes well. The employees and owner are welcoming and very helpful. The Speed Queen app is very convenient. Because using a laundromat is our only option for washing our family’s clothes, we are extremely grateful to have Laundry Unlimited in the neighborhood. Laundry Unlimited is top-notch.

Our washer broke right in the midst of us having a TON of dirty clothes. Personally, I have never used a laundromat so I was very skeptical. I was so surprised with the cleanliness of this place. They have giant washers and dryers that hold 8 loads of laundry a piece. I sat at the Common Market that shares a parking lot with the place for maybe an hour and had a drink while my clothes washed and dried. If you have big comforters, blankets , mattress toppers, or find yourself in a bind with a broken washer/dryer, go to this place!!

It’s a GRAND hassle if you just want to drop in to wash a comforter or something. Gotta download the APP, set up an account WITHOUT autofill, add your card manually, scan QR codes, add funds, use a completely different computer in the laundromat to find which washers or dryers work…blah blah blah. We had already loaded detergent, oxiClean, and fabric softener before we knew not to use the washers we chose. Never mind, let me go use some quarters and the place down the street. Attendant: -19 out of 10 for helpfulness.

Writing my first Google review as this place deserves it. In town with a weekend worth of clothes that needed to be stretched to a week, my buddy Mark recommended I check this place out. Definitely not your stereotypical laundromat. This place was modern and clean with top of the line equipment. I was in and out in no time. The mobile pay feature is great because who carries cash or change now anyway. Here’s to hoping they bring this concept down to SC.

I happened to run into the owner on grand opening weekend, and remarked on what a beautiful renovation & the new innovation was. I finally was able to clear out some time tonight to take over my large area rugs that are washable and some large bedding. In and out in about 1 & 1/2 hours using the deep cleaning setting. This place is fabulous and Davon was the bomb in getting me up and going! I’ll definitely be returning for larger projects.

This place makes laundry day less of a chore! Up to date machines, easy pay by app- and you can add cash to your account there in the facility! I really like the way they have it set up with washers and dryers set up together in rows so I never have to wait for a dryer. Speaking of, 1 30 minute cycle has completely dried every load of laundry I've done here! Even the extra large load of towels. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

It’s always very clean. The laundry attendant Janay, is MARVELOUS. Way more than exceptional service every time I come to this location. She is friendly, very attentive, always willing to help and answer questions with the mobile app. I really look forward to my doing my laundry because I know I’ll be met with great service, a clean environment & fast and efficient washers and dryers. My favorite nearby laundromat closed recently, and I decided to give Laundry Unlimited a try. The space was really clean and efficient, and the staff member who helped me (Melissa) was very friendly and professional--she offered some great advice on the best washers to use for my purpose, and was quick to help me when I had trouble with one of the machines. I'll definitely return to Laundry Unlimited in the future!

I don’t usually go to laundromats but being that out washer went out on us I had do choice. I’ve been to a couple different ones in the area and have been disappointed. So my cousin told me about this one and I love it. Very clean and easy to use the app for start washers and dryers. Free Wi-Fi , TVs to watch and vending machines. It’s about 20mins from where I live but it’s definitely worth the drive!

I was a frequent user of the previous laundry and was saddened when it was closed. I am, however, very happy with the new laundry. I love that I can see real time my washer/dryer times via an app. I don’t have to use coins but I can pay via the app. Not to mention today was free wash day! Chevelle was very nice and helpful also. I will continue to come back to this laundry.

I have a washer/dryer at home but always come to the laundry once a quarter for the powerful washers. This company has purchased the former location installing their fancy computerized machines. Well the machines are weak, we talking about needing 2 washes to get the expected clean at $11.45 each weak. Advise skip this location. The quality is not here.

As soon as I walked in I was impressed, the whole place was clean, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the smart machines are so user friendly! All I had to do was download the app and then I was ready to go!!! So happy my usual place was too packed, otherwise I’d have never found this place!! Definitely my new go to washing facility of choice!

My wife and I live full time on the road so we are frequent users of laundromats. Of all our travels over the U.S. this is by far the cleanest and best laundromat we’ve been too. They have newer, high quality machines at a very affordable price. Shout out to Davon for being extremely helpful and kind both times we’ve been here. Exceptional service!

Clean, friendly environment, free wifi! They’ve got two SUPER SIZED washing machines and a good sized facility which is well kept and staffed with helpful and friendly staff accompanied by R&B and jazz music at the time I visited. All machines are worked by mobile application so be prepared to download the speed queen application before you come!

I love this laundromat. It’s always clean and tidy. Has the large machines for washing king size bedding. Also has nice rolling carts to carry items to and from the car. There’s an associate inside who can help answer any questions and helps with troubleshooting any problems. It’s nice to know you’re not alone when going to wash. 5 stars from me.

The new manager is extremely unprofessional and loud. She swears all the time and loud enough for me to hear her from the back of the store. Maya is a godsend and is always so helpful. Ever since she stepped down as manager the vibe isn’t right and that needs to be addressed. Not a fan of the new vibe or the new manager.

Great location. Cleans clothes like normal . Usually clean and dryers clean and available. I’ve noticed some week night workers don’t stay on top of things the way that the weekend employees do, so it may be hard to find a working , clean, available dryer Monday-Thursdays . Decided to give the place a try. The facility is very nice and clean. All the machines are new and in excellent condition. The facility is also cashless. You pay via app or at back wall via card. App is great as it can update you on progress. There is a market next door that you can eat and relax at.

So my girlfriend had bought me to this new laundromat. And Mellisa was amazing at intake. She explained the way the machines work she’s claimed all the perks and she was so helpful. Because of Mylissa I am now a new client of speed queen thank you again for your services in staff. Amazing.

This laundromat is State of the Art! No coins needed. The computer system controls all of the machines and everything is extremely efficient. There is a seating area and TVs, WiFi and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great location too.

3 customers drove out in one morning because the store wasn't open at stated time, and there was no notice on the door. Will easily travel down the street to the store that is always open or with proper postings for customers. Too bad.

It was literally before 8:45 and they told me I had to come in the morning to wash clothes. This is crazy it's takes literally less than 50 mins for me to wash my clothes. Please do better and be more consistent with your times.

Place is open and clean. Employee's are available and knowledgeable..Also very polite and attentive .The prices are good for me and I'm on fixed income. More importantly There bathrooms are clean and can actually use them .
