This morning 1/12/2022 @ 1:35am I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the older (45-50 year old) white heavyset man Employee in the turquoise shirt that says attendant. I was getting quarters and the laundry attendant older white man came to Harass me, he was rude and Very disrespectful. I come once a week for the past 2 years and spend between 50-75$ per each visit. I have seen this older white heavyset man pray on young girls, follow girls into the parking lot inappropriately and harass them also, it’s no surprise this older white man is a predator. I have filed charges with apd for the harassment since the management and owner are no where to be scene. I’d advise everyone who comes here to come with company since it’s a unsafe and unfit for single girls and women.

A Mega side washer was not putting water into the washer on hot. Tried to address it to the staff but she told me to put it on warm. I told her I wanted to wash my clothes on hot and if she could refund me. She grew hostile and walked away. I asked for her name and she address me to the number and said I could call it. Tried to call the number and the mail box was full. She was on the phone with the guy who runs the place. He sided with his employee and told me nothing was wrong with the washer and they don't need my business. I am fine with that I don't want to give my money to a place that doesn't have well working washers and they won't address the problem with those washer or to rude employees. Be careful washing your clothes here.

My go to place to wash my things. It’s 24 hours and it is always clean. Charlotte is the best employee! In the middle of the night it can sometimes be a little sketchy outside, but that’s Albuquerque. My main complaint is that it is coin operated only and they do not take cards, but do have an ATM. It takes forever to put 35 quarters, one by one, into those enormous washers.

The crew here are normally friendly and generally leave folks alone to peacefully go about our business. Apparently the ownership now insists they go full woke Karen and oppress the minorities and low-income customers they serve: be aware this location will engage in active harrassment and discrimination on the basis of your personal health status and choices.

They will still your clothes and I do not recommend this business whatsoever I’m reporting them to Better Business Bureau Employees are horribly rude especially the dayshift employees wash and fold Crooks it seems like they may have urinated on my clothes as well.

I love this laundromat! It is clean and cool!( Air conditioning!!!) They have huge washers and dryers! Always a high chair available to put my kid in and vending machines! There more than enough folding tables and baskets! Highly recommend!!! 24 hours!

Such a pleasant experience! The laundromat is clean and spacious and everyone is super friendly. Ms. Charlotte, the attendant, is a gem! She was helpful, pleasant, and just all around sweet. I will definitely return whenever I need to wash

Rude, unprofessional staff. First visit and was looking to use this place as my regular laundromat BUT my washer was not working properly it was no water coming out at all , I went to ask attendant for help and she responded very rudely,

It is 24 hour laundry place. It's pretty well kept. Has stools available. Two TV's on each side by the dryers. Has a vending machine. Prices are a little steep by a quarter a two compared to other laundry mats but over all a good place.

Great, clean spot to do your laundry. Felt safe. This location does not do wash and fold (drop off) laundry anymore. You can get your dollar bills exchanged for quarters or tokens. You can buy detergent if needed.

Great customer service, great place. All the equipment works, it's very clean, plenty of parking, WiFi, takes quarters, four machines give change, ATM, snacks, free coffee, outside seating, TV screens, 24 Hour.

Best time to bring wash & fold is 9am-1pm & 3pm-6pm. Nice staff & customers! Very clean. Lots of washers & dryers. Great folding cubbies. Change machines. Macines uses quarters.
