Disgusting Customer Service and Appalling Quality Control - Ordered a so called “meat fried rice” and a so called “vegetarian fried rice”. Meat fried rice at $14 was with no exaggeration, more than %90 rice (no veg except some onion) and the same went for the Vegetarian fried rice which contained a few slithers of carrot, onion & wombok. With surprise, I called to let them know how terrible this was and that they may need to check their portion control. Owners son Andy seemed nice enough to offer a replacement on the two orders which seemed fair, seen we had just paid for a bunch of rice. Went in a couple of days later and Andy was not working, but explained the situation to the two woman at the front who had no idea what was going on. Once they understood, they relayed/translated it to the father/owner who was working on the wok. He began to raise his voice and was clearly not pleased. Feeling uncomfortable, I said is everything okay? The woman replied that you have to bring the old food in to be replaced! I said Andy did not mention this? The father continued to get more angry and at this stage, waving his arms around and raising his voice in a foreign language in my direction. I intervened saying “do not worry about it, it’s clearly too costly to replace” and walked out. What a joke of a place. Never have I witnessed such a tight display of money and unprofessionalism in a food establishment. I noticed others have pointed out how tight and pathetic this business is in this area. They are charging people big prices for poor quality food. This place is a scam. To not even apologise and act this way is shocking. You have, and will continue to lose customers. Go to Doreen noodle bar instead.

This place are so so unfair.. They scam you . I went to do a phone order and they say one price over the phone and when I went to pick the food up, they say a higher price.. I then ask for the girl who answered my call . She remembered me and I asked her the total of my order because I think I was the second last order of the night. She said the original price to me and Infront of the owner and he said no prices went up . So you can't say one total on the phone and then when you get there the food order is a higher a price.. So not right if running a business... Why not just apologise for your mistake and say you can pay the original price tonight and then next time bare inind the new price list.. It was end of night so why not have compassion and admit your mistake.. Now you lost my business as well and I have over half a million followers on social media. So will be posting how awful and owners have no care towards customers.You should keep your local customers happy!!! Not be so horrible ... So not nice people there at laurimar noodle express... Will post on local community page too. You should not be owning this restaurant if you can't please customers. You need customers to survive.. I hope that fellow customers go else where because my post is so so so true.. Thanks for reading my distress I encountered...

Just over a year ago this was a 5 star review and I’m now editing it. We have been a regular customer for over 5 years, even driving 15 minutes out of the way after we moved out of the area to keep going there. We have always ordered the same dishes - chicken pad thai and singapore noodles. Pad thai has never ever had any spice to it. Tonight both our meals were so spicy we couldn’t eat them. Particularly the Pad Thai. Clearly there was some kind of mistake made. I’m not changing my review because of the error, I understand mistakes can happen. I’m changing my review because when I rang and complained they didn’t care and took no responsibility nor offered an apology. After I argued for some time and knowing I was 15 mins away, it was like “oh you can bring it back” - hardly convenient…. Offering to replace it on my next order would have cost you a lot less than losing my business and changing my review.

RUDE OWNERS. This mob has no regards for customer service and would split your spleen for a dollar. I truly believe in supporting local but these people are not very customer friendly. I asked to pay for boiled noodle box for my child and the counter girl charged me 6 dollars and then owner changed mind and asked for 8 and I said that's too much cancel it and with a rude outlook charged me 6 like they were offering free. I would reject if it was not for my child. The young girls working on the counter were polite and couldn't believe the owners chasing 2 dollars after making an order of 50 dollars already from me. Zero stars for being customer friendly. About 2.5 stars out of 5 for food.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered dinner for my family spent $100 most of which was not edible. I ordered Chinese Broccoli with Garlic (which was not on the menu) ....I was told they could do it. When I got home it was regular broccoli drowned in Oyster Sauce. BBQ Pork was also drowned in Oyster Sauce and not edible. Chicken Drumlets tasteless, cold and dry Spring Roll pastry was half a cm thick and inside was cold and tasteless The only thing which was a mild pass was the fried rice. There are definately better Asian options in the area

Extremly disappointing customer service I placed a phone order for fried rice with no pork and was told that the fried rice doesn't have pork? However when I got home the rice had pork in it. I immediately called them & they told me to come pick up up another lot. When I got there the woman that took the order started arguing and yelling at me that the pork was chicken! Really I know the difference between chicken and pork. Noodle Express you've just lost a customer!

We ordered through Uber and the order came with stuff missing. I rang the shop and all the girl on the phone did was giggle. I told her it wasn’t funny. She offered no solution other than expecting me to go and pick it up. She was a young girl who thought it was a big joke and wouldn’t put her boss on because she said he wouldn’t understand me. They were quick to take my money but offered no support. Don’t use this shop they are terrible.

If you are craving noodles in a box, this is your best option in Laurimar, but it's certainly not my favourite source of Asian Food in the area. The shop/kitchen itself needs an upgrade. A clean fresh shop fitting would go a long way towards making me feel better about the food. The staff are fast and professional. Pricing is okay, but not overly cheap. Parking can be difficult on the street front so you may have to go around the back.

Not sure about this place really I've been here on several occasions and the food isn't consistent in taste.. when it's nice it's really nice, when it's not nice it's just not nice..the noodle place in Mernda for example isn't the best however they are consistent and the food is generally nice.. Give laurimar noodles a try it's generally nice but it might be when they are busy the quality drops a little..

Last 2 times we have ordered have received the wrong food. Tonight we ordered honey chicken, steamed rice and Singapore noodles. We received honey chicken, fried rice and Pad Thai. Food of late has been quite bland / all tastes the same.

Very disappointed, we ordered through Uber eats only half the order arrived , called restaurant they responded with they can refund food not there or we can go in to pick it up UMMM The reason we used uber eats is to not pick it up . They replying with we have no one to deliver , we have gone to this restaurant a lot but no more

Just placed an order and I was asked what the sizes where in the dishes. The female owner screamed 'Take a Look' pointing at the boxes...in a very loud, nasty manner. Customer service is absolutely lousy...let's hope the meal counteracts the horrible experience I just received placing an order.

Waited 30 minutes for our food to the be missing part of the order and part of it wrong, then yelled at by the counter staff that it wasn't her fault the order was wrong. The spring rolls were still part frozen inside. I was a first toti customer tonight and I will NOT be returning.

The service was fantastically quick and easy. It's an affordable price and you get a generous serving for everything you buy. Even on a Friday night I was very impressed all around. If you need something quick and yum, couldn't get any better in the area.

So yummy! The food is so fresh and tasty, I regret not coming here until now. Great service and super fast. This is my new favorite local take-away. The Mongolian beef noodles are a must if you're not a fan of anything spicy but love lots of flavor.

Not the best. Fried rice tasted like it had been reheated. Dry, onion slithers like paper, burnt corn. Satay chicken had a cm of oil on the top of the container. Only thing that saved this meal was free prawn crackers. Can’t say we’ll return.

I haven’t had a bad meal from here yet. Always fresh and delicious. Phone through the order and it’s ready for pick up in no more than 15 minutes every time.

Had the Honey Chicken here twice & found it was dry & tough like they cook it then when someone orders it, it gets reheated again so won't bother with that again. But other dishes were nice

Best noddle take away I have eaten. The staff are friendly too. Specially when i hear and see them putting up with rude inconsiderate "customers". I'll keep coming back …

Requested no onion, no capsicum as I can't digest them properly. States on docket, states on lid. What did I get? Container full of onion & capsicum!

Fast, friendly service. Love the soup noodle. If you order on Menulog you will pay slightly more so if you are picking up, best ring the shop direct.

Ordered noodles through Uber Eats. The order came in a box with no fork. Would be nice if this was considered as I didn't fancy using my fingers.

Told me the uber order will take 2 minutes, i waited for 10 minutes and after that told me 15 more minutes. Very poor service.

Fast service, egg omelette was enjoyable but disappointed with the fried rice as it was super dry. I would say over priced.
