I took white socks and a white t-shirt there to be washed and the socks came back looking and smelling clean, but the t-shirt came back with black marks on it that looked like it hadn't been washed at all. Very disappointing. Edit > After recieving a message from the owner of the business, offering to wash my t-shirt again at no extra cost, I decided to return to this establishment. He explained to me that I had paid for the clothes to be machine washed and dried and that's what he had done and if I had wanted him to remove stains, then I should have specifically asked him to do so, as they would need to be treated separately. It seemed to be a fair enough request and he treated the stains while I was there the second time. As such, I have increased my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars and appreciate the effort that the owner went to in order to clean my t-shirt. However, as there were no signs or notifications that I had to specify that there were stains that needed to be treated separately, how was I to know? Perhaps we both learned a lesson this time. Perhaps in future, I will specify to future launderettes that certain clothes need extra treatment and perhaps the owner can make his policies clearer to his users. All the same, I thank him again for removing the stains from my t-shirt with no extra charge and appreciate his efforts.

Took a large bag of colored clothes and talked to the owner. Very nice gentleman that knows a decent amount of English. He had my clothes washed and folded in about 2 hours and texted me when he was finished. Great service at a very fair price. I would absolutely use this place again. 5 stars.

#1. Speaks English. Paid 20.000 COP, 1.5 hours laundry was ready for me and folded! Perfect service. Super friendly to gringos. Their hours are not correct to what is post on Google Maps. They didn’t open today (Saturday) until 10 am. Highly recommended this laundry service!
