All my laundry smelled like smoke! The price was expensive too because of the minimum 2 kg rule. I had only about 1 kg or even less but still had to pay 40 reais (almost 9 euros). Then especially I don't expect it to come out smelling like smoke. Not recommended at all, sorry.

Excellent value for money, great location and Dona Sônia was incredibly kind when she offered to take my shirt to the Hotel (which was very close) in case I wasn't able to pick it up before closing. The friendliness of this lady and of Rio people in general is captivating.

My 400 thread count duvet returned with a pulled thread, dirty, unironed and smelling like clothes that take a long time to dry on rainy days. I do not recommend.
