(3) 8KG washers, (2) 16KG washers & (4) 17KG driers. The washer cost is 4.50€/7.50€ respectively. Wash time is 35 minutes. The dryer is 1€/10min. There is (1) vacuum for 1€/4min. Free WiFi! Very clean inside. Nice, new machines (this place opened in the last couple years) Detergent costs 1€ in a vending machine that only accepts coins. There are other various soaps as well (softener, white brighteners, etc) There are (8) different washing programs: see picture. There is no change machine here and you do not pay to use the machines directly on the washer or dryer. You pay a central machine then select the respective washer/dryer number. It’s essentially a fancy, modern change machine. You can pay with bills (5s, 10s & 20s only) and coins. Maximum change is 20€ and coins only which is very nice and allows for a lot of flexibility for paying! No credit/debit cards accepted. Directions are all in English which is very nice.

Nice laundromat. Very clean, ample clean counter space for folding, clean bins for transferring wet clothes to dryer, good signage, free WiFi and a small library of books to read while you wait. If you don’t want to read, there’s a nice wine bar across the street (Nabucco). However, it is the highest price of laundromats in the area (4.5 euro for a 8kg washer, vs. 3.5 at other places). One other person noted there were no dryer sheets in the vending machine (I don’t use them.) Did my clothes here twice and was happy. Note: follow the instructions on the sign carefully - it is not intuitive and I lost money the first time by not reading and following the instructions.

Quieter than then the hostel laundry room. Someone tried to use machine 4, but it didn’t work and took the money. I also tried to buy bio powder from the dispenser and it took my money twice with no change because the numbers weren’t in sync with the machine so watch out for that! Also had a poor cockroach lying on its back flailing its legs trying to get back up. There was no one to help when I went like mentioned in the other reviews. Wash took 25ish mins and it’s a euro for a 10 min drying cycle and I did 2. But it’s a self service laundromat so you get what you expect!

Never thought I would review a launderette but credit where credit is due. Great place to wash and dry your clothes! Very helpful couple work there. Total cost for a small/medium load was€7.50 including drying and folding! Basically ended up dropping it off and going off around Florence for an hour and it was ready when I returned. They were also proud to let me know that Michael Jordan and LeBron James got their laundry done there when they were in town too!!!

Just put my washing on (25/7/23) machine started, came back before it was meant to finish and the clothes had not been soaked, detergent was still visible and not used. Had to pay and start the machine again, fortunately this time the machine started with water visibly pouring into the machine. Disappointing when most of the reviews rated this laundry highly which I why I chose this place. Tried calling and messaging the number in the shop with no answer

Don’t go!! All broken machines, owner avoids calls. Followed the instructions with the money machine that enables washing machines and did not work. Tried calling the business several times and they didn’t pick up, only after few tries owner blocked my call. Lost 15 euro and no laundry!! Totally scammy. There’s much newer and cheaper place two blocks down. 16kg machine here is 7.50 euro, Express Wash offers 14kg machine for 5 euro and they all work!

The owners are a very sweet, welcoming, and helpful couple who not only helped us figure out how to use the machines, but also made a wonderful recommendation for where to get pizza. My wife and I speak almost no Italian, but they were able to assist us with our large amount of laundry and we felt comfortable enough with them to leave our laundry while we went and got pizza. Highly recommend!!

Avevo da fare una lavatrice di colorati e bianchi e consolo una lavatrice ho fatto un bel bucato senza rovinare niente spendendo davvero il giusto che non guasta mai. Stopped here to do a quick couple of loads before dropping our bags off at the hotel. The machines are quick and do a good job! Lots of options for clothing types. The owners were there to help us with the machines. Very very friendly! They take cash up to 20 euro and it gives you change when you select the wash and cycle, no cards accepted.

Great place….This is a very clean and welcoming spot. The owners were very informative of local food/entertainment while we waited even helped load the clothes at times. Lave la ropa sucia de una maleta de mano estándar, la lavada vale 4.50 euros y un ciclo de 10 minutos de secado en 1 euro. Un euro extra por jabón líquido, y otro extra si deseas suavizante. Me parece un precio bastante adecuado. Le puse cuatro estrellas ya que al ser autoservicio, puede resultar confuso y no hay nadie para apoyarte.

The wash and dry Il delfino is a perfect place where to bring your laundry. The machines are new, the environment is clean, the owners are always available. I manage apartments for tourists and I advise anyone to use Il Delfino laundry service: clean linen, respect for time and friendliness. All you need to work well!!

Ils ont le wifi gratuit, une distributrice pour acheter su savon et une distributrice de monnaie pour échanger les billets.

Luca and Elaina Maria the owners are the friendliest people. They will help you do your wash and -or guide you thorough what do to. You can feel safe leaving your clothes in the machine and coming back. They are always working. I encourage everyone to visit here for your laundry needs. They speak some english.

Great laundry for those on extended travels. Owners speak enough English to get you through the process and will dry and fold for another two Euro. They stick around until 1400 so you can drop off early and pickup after lunch without a worry. One load + dry and fold for €6.50! Great deal and great owners.

Only made us pay 10 cents for the detergent too but im not sure thats the normal pricey. I think its normally 1 euro. Very happy!

The shop owner was helpful (if he wasn’t there I think we would have a hard time with the paying process) and the price was nice, 2 euros for drying!!! When we got back we found out that the clothes were all folded and packed (!) We highly appreciate and recommend this place :)

This place is very neat, owner is welcoming. Price is reasonable,7.5 euro for washing and drying. Owner offered to helping with drying so we could find a cool place to relax (35 degree ). We came back around an hour, he’s folding the laundry for us. Can not expect more.

The place was very clean and well-kept. The owners spoke English and showed me how to operate the washer and the dryer from their central machine. You have to purchase the detergent packet from the vending machine. Overall, it was a very pleasant stress free experience!

Same experience. This is a self service laundry that takes euros as well as credit and debit cards. However the owners are there to assist and will even fold your clothes if you are not there to do so. I had to insist on tipping them.

It wasn't clean, and most of the knobs on the machines were gone for the dryer. Be sure to select the setting of wash before you insert the coins. The machine didn't let me change the cycle once it started.

This is a great Laundry we took most of our travelling clothes there today and had them washed and dried in about an hour. The owners were incredibly helpful and fun to deal with. Definitely recommend.
