Came in the night before, as my wife and I were eating at a nearby restaurant. One of the workers said they accept credit cards and the rate would depend on how much clothes I bring in. This laundrymat was not my first choice, but the one I was looking at was closed. The next morning, the dropped off my clothing, fitted inside a grocery bag. In my opinion it would have been between 5-8 euros. He looked at my clothes and said 10. I took my credit card out, as I thought it was a pay first type of service. He started to yell and say no credit card, cash only. I said you told, me credit card yesterday. I began to gather my clothes, thinking I would not be able to pay by cash. He then said credit card payment is fine in two hours when I picked up. He was rude and gave me a nasty attitude. Would definitely not recommend people come here. Clothes did smell good and look clean. But would not come again.

Came here because reading all good reviews & close to my hotel. I was disappointed with the honesty how they charge the laundry. I asked the price, they said small is 7EUR, medium 10EUR & large 15EUR & above. I brought my clothes which is not much, less than 5kg & fit in a small backpack obviously. The staff asked me to put my clothes in their basket. they unfolded all my clothes to make it full in their basket & charged me 10eur for it. & keep saying my clothes considered medium because their basket is full. Some of my thick clothes are not fully dry as well, still damp a lil bit. I weighed my clothes & i knew it can fit in the smallest machine of 7kg & would cost me 7eur. I wash & dry same clothes & same weight in Paris which cost me 7EUR too. It's so disappointing when they took advantage of tourists. Only good thing i can compliment is fast service. That's all.

I had an excellent experience here; highly recomended. I'm staying in Rome for two months and will use them the whole time I am here! When I picked up my clothes I made a mistake and thought my pair of dress pants were missing. The people at the shop were kind and even allowed me to look around for the pants. They told me that they remembered the pair specifically and that it was in my bag. When I double checked, I found that I was 100% wrong, and they had done an excellent job folding it in with the other clothes. I just missed it.

Disgusting service! They ruined my white blanket by putting a huge yellow-red stain on it, while they brazenly assured me that this stain was there originally and I gave the blanket in that form. An employee lies to your face, this is unthinkable! In addition, the quality of the blanket was spoiled, which indicates that the recommendations for dry cleaning products are not followed and they do not look at the labels.

OMG, my partner and I read the reviews on this Laundromat, as we were literally stay on the next block, and decided we’d take our clothes there. This was a great choice! We got back to our Hotel about 4pm, I dropped off our clothes and was told that I had to come back by 8:30pm. I headed back at 6:30pm, after having a rest. All clothes were cleaned, dry and folded ready to go. Amazing Service, Highly Recommended

Really quick service! I had a lot of clothes that needed some refreshment, I left them there and went to have dinner and picked them up one hour and a half later! Clothes were smelling nice and fresh! Why waste your vacation time doing self-service laundry when you can have someone do it for you while you have a nice meal and drink Italian wine?

EXCELLENT service. In Los Angeles, I have to pay at least $40 for same day laundry service no matter what the weight. Here, I had two hotel laundry service bags filled with clothing and paid 15 Euro. My clothes were ready in 1.5 hours and the owners (from Bangladesh) were super friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Very simple, no nonsense service. I dropped my clothes off for a wash and dry, an hour later they were ready. My only complaint is that a few socks were still a bit damp but at the end of the day that is not a big deal. Very close to my hostel and took a lot of stress out of backpacking with dirty clothes lol.

Great service especially for travellers - dropped off 2 hotel dry clean bags stuffed with clothes - a white and a dark load - they charged 20 euros for all - came back clean, folded and smelling fresh - picked up within 2.5 hours on a busy Saturday

Was charged 15€ for a small backpack of clothes, which I realized were still quite damp and mostly inside out when I returned to my hotel. There are several lavanderias in this neighborhood and I’m sure you could do better.

They charged me 20€ for a single load of laundry, which was sloppily folded. Based on other reviews here I was expecting something closer to 7€. Maybe it was a "tourist tax"? I would look elsewhere.

Got charged €20 for a small-medium size of laundry which was ridiculous however was very happy after as they got rid of two stains on white clothes and the clothes smelt fresh and was also folded.

The kind gentleman at this laundry does an excellent job and speaks excellent English. If you are staying at the Liberty Boutique hotel this is the place to go. Bravo!

Phenomenal service! Went in here and the owner offered to help wash our clothes to save our time. Clothes came back smelling clean and fresh!! Highly recommended.
