Once you are a client it’s hell trying to get in contact with anyone, they are ALL on lunch breaks 60% of the time. Not smart to have your entire office take lunch at the same time, kind of unprofessional. They literally respond once a month (if responding at all), they will constantly tell you “Only Intake Is Available, I can leave a message for you”. So it’s legit no better than automated services, they tell you you will be charged a specific percentage then they’ll change it later down the line. Once they’ve settled your case, they will close it and take forever to pay you out by closing the client portal to you and avoiding you completely. They’ll tell you they have gotten paid out from the opposing insurance and are just waiting for (blah blah blah paperwork) which is all in-house business and should be taken care of with no problem. It’s ridiculous because they will tell you they have all the paperwork in house then not have an answer as to why it’s taking so long, when in reality the company Begum & Cowen are the ones slowing down the process. This place definitely need’s a better way to communicate with their clients, and overall just a bad experience for a open and shut situation.
